I desperately needed a tune up for my acoustic guitar and decided to try a local company instead of one of the big chains. So glad I did...The owner (his name is Preston) helped me understand my guitar and the options I had to make it sound better. He guided me through what he would do to it and even sent me photos throughout the process. It was really cool!The prices were fantastic and I was treated extremely well. I’d definitely recommend for anyone who needs to repair or customize your guitar and want someone you can trust.

Preston told me he just opened his shop up in October, but with his level of professionalism and work I wouldve believed he had been doing for quite the number of years. I gave him two Jackson guitars to work on that needed a number of things worked on and he was incredibly transparent with the labor and process to the address the issues on my instruments. The guy really knows his stuff. I just got my instruments back today and they play better than ever before. Preston is one of the best techs Ive met. Super friendly, all around great guy. Will continue to be doing business with him in the future.

Preston is obviously passionate about his craft, which is the kind of person you want when making adjustments to something as precise and expensive as a guitar. Honest guy and one of the nicest people I’ve ever met.

Best experience Ive ever had with any business, ever.I was looking for directions to somewhere else when I discovered Tetelestai Guitars on the map.At the time that I initially rang nobody was available to answer. However, Mr. Moore promptly returned my call and was very amiable, helpful and professional. We set up an appointment for a future date. At the shop he evaluated the state of my instrument and explained what would be done and the cost. Very transparent on the entire process. He answered all my questions and even gave me recommendations which was a huge help. He gave me an honest turn around time range and ended up completing the work far sooner than anticipated! Many months later, the instrument still plays like a dream. Mr. Moore is an absolute master of his craft and an all around awesome guy. Seriously cannot recommend the shop and his work enough. I will definitely be returning for as long as I can because I have no doubt world fame is right around the corner for him and his shop!

Highly recommend this shop. Preston did a great job setting up my classical guitar and eliminating a buzzing that was difficult to diagnose. Excellent! I can’t say enough good things about Tetelestai guitars and Preston Moore (owner/luthier). I’ve brought two basses here, my jazz bass for a setup (it now plays better than ever), and a custom bass that was literally just a box of parts I had collected, and Preston took the time not just to assemble it, but to make it all work together so that I now have a custom bass that sounds amazing and feels great to play. Brought my guitar in a couple weeks ago, needed work and sounded bad. Preston (owner) knows his craft inside and out; he did extensive work and rushed to get it done in a day as I had a practice that night. Pricing was great, his work was even better. The absolute best part of my experience though was how knowledgable and communicative he was, explaining everything he did, the purpose behind it, how to continue to get the best sound from my guitar, etc. The difference in sound was apparent immediately during practice the night of. In the weeks since the quality bump has been nothing short of drastic. Seriously, from tinny and buzzy to rich and clear.So I cant recommend this place enough. Tetelestai will be my 1st stop in the future whenever I need guitar work done.
