So. I pawned a gold chain back in November. The chain was given to me by my great grandmother. It was blessed by The Pope. The chain meant alot to me. I say “meant” because my chain was misplaced unfortunately. I found this out when I went to pick the chain up back in February. Needless to say, I was pretty upset. Well. Daniel, being the super cool dude that he is, was willing to work with me. After a series of authentic/genuine apologies, Daniel opened up the store’s private catalog and sat with me while I looked for a replacement. After lots of looking, I found a few chains that I liked. Daniel was cool enough to order a few to the store so that I had more than one to look at in-person and choose from. I guess Daniel’s supplier was having issues on their end or something. As a result, they weren’t able to get the chains sent to Daniel for almost two months. Well. Daniel contacted me regularly to keep me updated. Even while he was on vacation, he called the store to see if the chains he and I ordered had come in. If this isn’t exemplary customer service, I don’t know what is. I just left Arizona Gold Exchange with my new chain. Although I miss my chain, as it had a ton of sentimental value, I’m happy with the replacement. Thanks again, Daniel. I’m sorry for being a pest. I really appreciate all of your help throughout the entire process.

Staff was very professional and knowledgeable. I told them I was looking for the Dirty Harry gun and they had one on display already. After inspecting how nice the gun was, and how fair the price was I decided to purchase it. They had me fill out the proper paperwork which was fast n easy and then I was on my way. I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE these people!!!! They have integrity, yes I said integrity. They are knowledgeable, honest have and compassionate to your situation! They are also willing to work with you, unlike other places. I was in a situation where I had no choice but to take a loan out on my great grandmothers diamond necklace thats been past down from generation to generation. This necklace meant the world to me and the thought of losing it was unbearable. They knew the significance of this necklace, and even though the loan had matured, they actually worked with me so I didnt lose it! If it had been anywhere else, that necklace would have been GONE! If they made it to where you could make payments online, THEYD BE PERFECT!!!

Great place to buy and sell, although I tend not to sell.I spent 3 hours in the store, joking with the men in here. Walked out with a firearm and silver. Its difficult for a man to stand corrected, but just yesterday I was. A couple of days ago I wrote a review about this place that discredited the owner Howard and his practices. I truly cant tell you how wrong i was. I never gave the gentlemen a chance to explain himself and for that I apologize. After visiting the store the first time I felt I was being dealt with unfairly, so I left upset and wrote a not so great review. After thinking it over for a day I called the store and spoke with Ashley who was very kind and professional and asked to come in. When I did I was welcomed in as if my family owned the place. I explained the situation that happened a day prior and she assured me that they will make things right. Unknown to me the owner Howard was there and helping another customer and once done with them he came over and introduced himself like a true gentlemen. He himself assured me that the matter would be taken care of along with a special bonus. Believe me when I say that with him coming over and introducing himself and apologizing for the prior outcome was enough, but for him it wasn’t. He went way above and beyond on assisting me and I truly want to say THANK YOU!!! You are a gentlemen beyond belief. I havent seen this kind of customer service in a very long time. It is no wonder why everyone who has written a review has given him 5 stars for his honest dealings and his exceptional service whether it’s rendered by him or his employee Ashley who is a complete sweetheart.
