GCS Glass & Mirror was absolutely outstanding! It took a couple of tries to get everything up but that’s because the lag of getting materials on our end due to Covid. Once everything was measured by Andy the MEASURING WIZARD! (most precise measurements I have ever seen) for all of the glass to be ordered, which was floor to ceiling on two sides of the shower, putting braces in the ceiling turned out to be a bigger deal than we had anticipated. No problem for GCS Glass & Mirror! They made modifications that were necessary for the floor to ceiling glass and brought it back for the main install which was done by Adam and Joe. Watching these guys work and adjust the glass and put in the clips to hold glass was absolutely amazing.Because adjustments had to be made in order to accommodate our bracing, the door needed to be redone so it would be a perfect fit and there was no gap. Nick and Joe installed the corrected door yesterday and it is an amazing work of art. I wish I could load a picture for everyone to see how beautiful it is.We have GCS Glass & Mirror slated for two more bathrooms to be completed this year. GCS Glass was the only company out of 4 or 5 that I contacted that would provide the design that we wanted. Their price was very competitive even though the other companies were quoting plain glass without the grid on it. They arrived on time, worked efficiently, cleaned up when done and did a beautiful job.

The crew of Nick and Damon got here as scheduled and got right to work. They were efficient and skilled at installing the new shower surround. We had shower glass installed which is beautiful and was installed perfectly. The thing that truly sets them apart though is the customer service - Marco was initially set out to install our glass and noticed issues with our shower grout and potential water damage. He shared he would recommend we get this assessed/fixed prior to installation which we were able to do. Luckily, this issue was addressed prior to any lasting damage! I sincerely thank Marco as I was completely unaware of this issue and his attention to detail saved us potentially thousands of dollars in damages. Thanks!

We just remodeled our home and installed new tile in our shower, so we were a bit nervous about having someone drill into the tile; however, they were confident in their ability to get the job done without error and it made us more confident that they would take care of us!

Had a great experience with GCS. From the text estimate (you can send them a text message with your basic measurements and they will give you an estimated cost), to the measure and install, these guys were professional, courteous and clean. We had an issue with the wrong glass being made for one of our panels, and although it set us back a few days, they handled it perfectly - called us to let us know, rushed the re-order and thanked us for being patient. Mistakes and issues happen, its all how you handle them and GCS handled it like real pros. Would use them again in a heart beat.

In a Covid era where everybody is doing some kind of renovation that was a pleasant surprise.Their prices are very fair too. No surprises between inicial estimate and final one. We chose to use GCS Glass for an installation of new frameless clear glass shower doors. I won’t say there weren’t hiccups in initial communication trying to schedule, measure, etc- but in the end the glass doors look great. The coating they have on them resists hard water spots (which is quite the feat in Phoenix, AZ)- even a year later I can scrub down and towel dry the glass and the spots are gone. We had them install some custom wall-mounted mirrors for the same project, and all of their installers were polite, on time, efficient and did a great job!I’m most impressed by their commitment to their products, though: as I said, it’s been at least a year since they installed my frameless glass panel and shower door, and when I contacted them this week about my shower door handle (the paint had started to chip off in a couple of spots), I expected a tiny bottle of touch up paint or something. Instead they came out and replaced my entire shower door handle within just a couple days of my call!

WOW! These are now my go to glass people! I had a small job that took over 2 years for 3 other companies to even commit to it. Id given up on having it done. Finally, I called GCS Glass. I told Dallas how no one would call follow through, and he called back immediately with a rough bid. The tech came out to measure the next week, and took the most time of all other companies to measure correctly. Very detailed, and necessary because they were going into drywall thats not always even. It paid off, as the glass doors are perfect! They look even better than Id ever imagined. The company came measured and sent me an estimate that I accepted. They needed to come back to remeasure, this was a custom job, and get a 50% deposit. Since I was not on site in scottsdale for the summer we set up a special 8 to 8:30 am appointment. I called the day before to confirm and reminded the company that I was making a special trip to just meet them. They confirmed. I then drove over 2 hrs. And slept over so that I would be on time. The morning of the appointment I get a call at 8:25am telling me that we need to reschedule. No offer to be late etc just we need to reschedule. No explanation. I asked if the could send someone else. NO WE JUST NEED TO RESCHEDULE. When I protested this behavior the caller simple said. He did not have time for this and he then hung up. I did not call back. I hired a different firm.

We have had an outstanding experience in all phases from quoting through installation.The competence and courteousness of all the people involved with our custom mirror and shower doors was first rate.The quote was fine and all work happened as scheduled during the lock down period.Installers we’re properly protected with masks and gloves.All in all a great experience during difficult times.

My patience w/ contractors is thin and my time is valuable. We have used GCS in our last 3 homes - they @#! rock! Our current home has warped and unsquare walls and corners and ceilings (thanks, Maracay). And our orders was kinda tough: 1/2 Starphire ultra-clear frameless glass going 12 to the ceiling on the shower walls, and vanity mirrors going from backsplash to ceiling. Other glass providers have given us grief, complained, and lolly-gagged. GCS made the fit stinkin perfect, and performed the install job right the very 1st time, w/ 100% zero oversight or micro-managing on our part.• Garret and Brandon are easy to work with and on top of their game• The install staff is punctual, friendly, professional• Unlike everyone else, these guys have never blown smoke up our dress• Their measurements are ridiculously spot-on• They measure and install multiple weeks before other glass providers are even able• The pricing is super reasonable, especially considering the time and quality workThanks, guys, for making our Master & Guest Baths beautiful!

We were horrified with the experience with this business. All we wanted was a mirror for our master bathroom. We contacted the business and they had someone come out to measure. After the measure my wife noticed went up stairs and noticed smell of smoke in the bedroom. The measure guy smoked in our house and used our toilet and left the seat up.After the measure I called the office and paid in full. At that time I asked for estimated time and Emily running the front office said about two weeks. I said great, can we schedule on MLK day since I have that day off from work. That day was little more than 3 weeks out. Well two days 3 days prior to MLK day we still haven’t heard from GCS. I called them and Emily forwarded me to a person named Garrett. He told me MLK day no problem, between Noon and 2pm.On MLK day they were a now show. I waited until 2:30pm and had not even received phone call. I called Garrett and told him we could not wait any longer due to Dr Appt and other meetings. He said he could reschedule me for the following Friday at 8am, of which he said “they will be there right at 8am, since you will be the first install for the day”. Well, Friday came and agin they were a no show and no communication. I waited until 10:20am and had to leave to go to work.I received a phone call at 1pm from the installer stating they were at my house. Needless to say I was livid and told them I could not leave work to let them in. The installer asked if they could come back after I got home. I told him I had lot of meetings and wasn’t sure when I could’ve home, but it could be after 5pm. But I would let him know. Well I texted him at 3 pm telling him I would be home at 5pm and we would expect the mirror to be installed at that time. Almost immediately after the text I received a phone call from Garrett telling me “my guy was there at 8:05am in the morning, only 5 mins late”. I could not believe this owner/manger would call the customer and lie to the customers face, when he well knew they arrived right after 1pm. I tried to tell him we just wanted out mirror installed and he kept telling me his crew were only 5 mins late after 8am. At that point I blew my top with this unbelievable non sense and asked him if he thought it was ok to “treat customers this way? We met all the reqs for timing Windows etc”. Garrett then proceeded to tell me they will NOT install the mirror aince they had already tried multiple times and would NOT reschedule anytime soon.This whole situation was a nightmare. We are still fighting to get our money back and can’t understand why we can’t just have a mirror installled.I hope this story helps with anyone who considers doing business with GCS glass.AND if anyone wants to contact me to refute any response to this review from Garrett I’m willing to meet them and Garrett in public with my wife to ensure the lies are brought out

At the first of the year we had GCS Glass replace our factory master shower l with a frameless one. We absolutely loved the product and workmanship. The process was easy and their prices are extremely competitive. Fast forward to now and a few weeks ago the bottom hinge split and broke. I called GCS and they sent a tech the next morning. The hinge had a manufacturer defect and they ordered two new ones. Today the guys came to install the new ones and both were extremely professional and courteous. They did the job in no time at all. As they left I asked for their recommendation on cleaning the water stains. We dry the shower every day but we all know how hard our water is. One of the guys went to his truck and gave me a sample product to use. As soon as they left I tried it and it worked like magic. Not only did they stand behind their install and product but they took their time to make sure I was completely satisfied. This is a company and employees that take pride in what they do and the customer.

Man, I really wanted to like this company. Everyone uses them. They forgot to send me an estimate, then forgot to schedule install, then they measured wrong and then got the color of the metal wrong. They were unapologetic, and in the end I hate my shower door. I’m so disappointed and I would never recommend this company.
