After hours of searching online for a birthday gift for my fabulous sister -in-law, knowing that nothing would be complete without a nice bottle of wine, I opted to look locally in the area (I live in GA). Sent flowers and chocolate dipped strawberries to my mother-in-law in Phoenix for Valentines Day. Ordering online was very easy. Follow up emails clarifying order were timely & accurate. I called around 9 AM and ordered some chocolate covered strawberries for my boyfriend who was staying in a hotel locally. Jenifer was wonderful and a pleasure to talk to, even discounted my purchase because the delivery area was so close to her location. By 11:45 AM my boyfriend had a dozen fresh chocolate covered strawberries. Cheaper than any of the big competitors and so worth supporting a small local-owned business. We even had a small delivery hiccup (that was totally my fault) and they got it resolved very quickly while being so patient with me. 10/10 would order again. :)

In less than an hour and a half, she got exactly what I requested in the surprised hands of my wife. My boyfriend used M.R. Designs and Gifts to send me a gift basket as a surprise and we were very happy with their service! Of course the basket was beautifully wrapped and better than he expected it to be, but from what my boyfriend explained to me by dealing with them over the phone and from my experience, their customer service is outstanding! He had it delivered to me on my college campus and I didnt have my phone on me at the time, but the driver waited at least 20 minutes and even the lady in the office was trying to contact me and my boyfriend trying her hardest to get the gift delivered! Luckily I saw the missed calls on my phone and was able to meet with the courier, but the fact they went above and beyond to try their hardest to get it delivered was special. I received a lovely hand-delivered gift basket for my birthday. I use the word basket generically because it was actually a large flower pot filled with edible goodies. My family members that ordered it know how much I love gardening. They also know that I am gluten free. I love the fact that with MRDesigns each gift basket is tailored to the individuals likes and dietary restrictions. The basket contained Silk Shortbread, gluten free Shortbread Brownies. They are awesome. There are two brownies to a package and I’m using all the willpower I can muster to resist eating both of them right now! They are that delicious. Oh, wait . . .
