Im a pretty handy guy, but garage door springs are one item that I will not tackle myself. I feel that they can be dangerous to wind/unwind, and prefer that a qualified expert take care of them. When my spring popped on a Saturday night, I immediately started calling/emailing companies. Despite advertising 24/7 service, most calls went to voicemail and emails were unanswered. All except for Eran over at AZ Garage Doors. He emailed me back within 15 minutes asking further details and for pictures of my door.We made an informal agreement to sync up Sunday morning. First thing Sunday, Eran gave me a call and said he could be out by 11am. Upon reviewing the pictures, Eran had quoted me a price for the two springs that I felt was very fair. He showed up promptly at 11 and gave me the final cost after looking at the door himself. His final price was below his initial quote! He took time to discuss with me how the springs were selected, showed me some areas to maintain to ensure longest life of the springs/door, and even cleaned/lubricated my track. Everything was done in about an hour, and I could not be happier. Great service, fast response, extremely fair pricing, and a quality job all done within about an hour. I would highly recommend Eran and this company.

I wanted to replace my 20-year-old garage door opener with a newer one with modern technology features and options. I called a few companies to inquire about providing that service. I spoke to Eran at AZ Garage Doors LLC on a couple of occasions. I told him what model of opener I was considering buying and asked whether he sold and installed them. Even though the one I was considering was a consumer brand that he did not sell he asked questions and made suggestions to make sure that I got what I needed for my door. He said he did install the brand I was considering. He provided a price for inspecting my current door and installing a new door opener. I scheduled an install date and time with him, and he arrived within that window. He removed my old opener and installed the new one. He obviously knew what he was doing and did the work efficiently, with an eye on detail and thoroughness. He kept track of the parts and pieces he removed and boxed and disposed of them, even hauling away my old opener and the packaging for my new opener. He charged me the price he quoted and made sure I understood the new features of the opener I purchased. He provided information on how to configure the new features and use the equipment that was installed. Eran was friendly, informative, helpful, and diligent. I would not hesitate to recommend him and AZ Garage Doors LLC for similar work.

I was told by another garage door repair company that I needed a completely new door. Aran came to my home and was able to repair my current door at a significant savings. His workmanship is excellent and he was very personable. I would gladly recommend him to anyone who needs to have their garage door repaired or replaced.

We had trouble getting our garage door to open on a Thurs afternoon and by evening it was fixed with a new spring in place. Eran was responsive, conscientious and took the time to do it right. We have had many garage door repairs in the 29 years we have lived in Phoenix, but no one did it as well as Eran. He balanced and lubricated the door, tightened or replaced all screws, and adjusted the opener. It runs like a new door! His prices are comparable to other garage door repair companies but his service is above average.

Our garage door broke late in the evening and Eran was quick to respond and showed up same day to take a look. We ended up replacing the doors for both bays, new weather stripping, getting a new opener, and moving the old one to the single bay that didnt have one before. First off, Eran is the owner of the company and also the technician himself. Yes, there are many 5 star reviews on google or yelp about other companies but Eran is a one man team! Hes the owner and the technician/installer! What’s nice about that is if anything ever goes wrong, you always have the same person who knows the history on your garage door services. You don’t have various technicians who don’t know the history on the garage work done on your home. Nothing wrong with it but personally, I prefer to have the same person who has worked on my home to service the job. Eran was also informative and educated me more about garage doors and garage door openers, etc. I was very specific on the openers that I wanted for my home. He actually came by my house first to take measurements and address any issues if there were any. He didn’t even charge me a service call! Most companies will! Most importantly, when it was time to install my garage door openers, Eran performed the task and install at his best! I was there throughout the install and he made sure I was comfortable and if there were any issues or concerns I had, he would address them right away. He even fixed what the damn builder messed up on. It’s 2019 and in this 21st century, it’s very very difficult to find someone/companies who won’t try to rip you off and take your money. The day before Thanksgiving 2019, I backed out of my garage into the garage door as it hadnt opened up all the way. Extremely knowledgable and polite! I called AZ Garage Doors to get a safety inspection and a maintenance checkup for my existing garage door. I scheduled a day and time a week and a half later simply due to my own busy schedule. On the day of the service, Erin called to let me know he was on his way and asked if it was still a good time for me. When he arrived, I expressed my concerns with my garage door. Eran explained how every part of the garage door worked and what could be done to change the parts I was unsatisfied with. He was very honest and did not push me into doing anything. I recently experience the typical issue everyone with a garage door and an automatic opener will experience sooner or later - a broken spring. You will notice this when your garage door fails to open all the way (the spring is designed to take up the weight of the garage door so that the motor can open and close it will minimal effort). Once the spring breaks, the small 1/2 HP motor cannot lift a typical 150+ pound garage door.Looking on Goggle maps for garage door repair in my area, I noticed AZ Garage Doors LLC had the most positive 5-star reviews, so I gave them a call. Eran, the owner took my call and was able to arrive within 2 hours to survey the job. He explained that the Wayne Dalton spring system that was original installed for our double garage door was not adequate and suitable for a 180 pound door. I had learned this online when I was trying to troubleshoot my problem, which confirmed to that Eran knew what he was talking about. Eran indicated that replacing the system with a Torsion Spring system was the same cost as repairing the Wane Dalton spring system and it would also be a more durable and robust system for our door. His estimate was also very fair and reasonable.I had the pleasure of chatting with Eran while he was doing the work and was quite impressed with his attention to details, quality of work and his professionalism. Great company! They came out at my convenience to fix a broken hinge on my garage door. Come to find out the broken hinge was due to a bigger issue that would have cost me a lot in the long run, and possibly a crashing garage door! Luckily, to my surprise, they were able to repair everything in a timely matter and at what I would consider to be a very reasonable price. Workmanship looks excellent as well. AZ Garage Doors knows how to provide excellent customer service! When I first called, Eran tried to help me troubleshoot the problem over the phone and when it didnt work, he told me how to secure the door. He adjusted his schedule to a time that suited me and arrived a few minutes early. The issue was a worn out chain but since the system was old, I asked him to replace it. He installed new motor/sensors/key pad, tightened some loose bolts, and programmed my cars. The price for parts and labor was competitive. Overall, everything went smoothly and I highly recommend Eran.

Lost one of our Garage remotes and needed a replacement and exiting one reprogrammed. Eran was at neighbors fixing their door. I told him what I needed and after he was finished he came right down and did what we needed in a professional and friendly manner. All provided at a reasonable cost. Our garage door was not working properly and making too much noise, we called to to see if we can get same day service and the technician arrives in last then 2 hours. He was very courteous and professional and an hour later our garage door got fixed and the price was reasonable.
