Don’t count on delivery to be on time, bought all the flowers for my wedding here and they were still late delivering the arrangements to church. Was disappointed with them walking in with the arrangement while the ceremony was already occurring.

I personally was a bit disappointed due to the costumer service provided, I didn’t walk out honestly because I needed Flowes and they where the only flower shop close by and was disappointed after reading the reviews excepted at a minimum of customer service. The arrangements nothing to be amazed by and prices too much for what they provide.

Excelente customer service, absolutely recommend for any occasion. I made sure to order about a week in advance to ensure that what I wanted could be possible. The day of my order being delivered they made sure to send me a picture of the flower arrangement beforehand and they even called me after to let me know that it had been delivered to the recipient. I live out of state, so after struggling with other floral shop I finally have found a good floral shop. Will definitely order again in the near future.

Omg the flower arrangements are lovely and the prices are very fair too. Flowers are fresh and the roses are big! Ordered two arrangements for mothers day for two different days, and also I was first time buyer from this place and happy with it. And the FOUR STARS for the following reason I would have to say that if your looking to get help try to first look online on their fb page as to I was referred there for “catalog” for more options then what they have there on display, once I was at the location itself not very helpful there... employees were busy super busy a day before May 10th (understandable). One of the arrangement was couple hours late from the frame time given and they forgot the balloons ordered with it :( so the surprise was half way delivered but the delivery guy came back to bring them and got an extra one for free.

Called from California to order flowers for my cousins furneral services in Phoenix. They were very helpful with all my questions. I was asked if I had an idea of what I wanted to order. If I did, I could text them a picture. I text them a picture and they gave me a quote right away. Reasonal prices compare to other places. Flowers made it to the funeral home on time. They text me a picure of the flowers which were just beautifully made. We got a lot of compliments from everyone, just how beautiful the flowers were. Went and placed an $130 order and they told me to come pick it up at 6 that it would be ready so I show up around 6:30 and my order is STILL NOT READY so I had to wait for 20 mins while they made it and when they gave it to me it was NOTHING like I had ordered!!
