I love this Costco and I dont know if they are hired by Costco but the two ladies who was selling this coconut chicken soups and making samples around 2 PM on 3rd Nov were totally ignoring everyone, chatting with each other, didnt even greet any of the customers around her, and when we actually tried to purchase the stuff they looked annoyed that we asked questions and didnt even say thank you. I think its just rude.I wonder how they were hired, I wonder if they said oh yes we are gonna absolutely chat with my coworkers and not greeting anyone on the interview unless thats thier job.

Very nice location. But Im very puzzled with the door attendant. He asked if I was a Costco member. I said yes I an. And he insisted on seeing me membership card. So far I have not had that happen to me at any other location Ive been to. From here to Houston Texas.

Absolutely amazing store. The staff are nice and helpful. They do their best to make your shopping experience as good as possible. Store is (in my experience) always clean. Bathrooms, floors... You name it its clean. Good food court and produce. Only gripe I have I know the cant fix. Parking. It is a very hectic parking lot. In all it is a amazing Costco I would highly recommend

Was expecting more from this place seems very ghetto wouldn’t mind traveling to 99th ave and McDowell if it wasn’t so far away word to the wise of going to checkout they only offer card alternatives not cash the associates were kind of just standing around with their boss in the middle of the clothes section asked a question of where wipes would be and if it’s like they were shocked they had to answer the question told me it was in the pharmacy aisle but there was none only came for a few things thankfully wanted to stay and eat but just didn’t get that vibe I was wanted because I had a backpack on seems they will smuck up to individuals who look like they have money or sweet old ladies. Hope my next visit is better

Exactly what you expect when you go to Costco the store was busy but clean. The gas line was long but moved quickly. It was good.

Jonathan and Logan at the mechanic division of this Costco were terrific! I came in last night because I was having issues putting air in my tires. Although I arrived 5 minutes before they closed for the evening, Jonathan and Logan kindly dropped what they were doing to show me the issue and solved it for me. Fantastic service; I will be shopping at this Costco from now on. Thank you, Jonathan and Logan!

This is one of the best Costco locations. Friendly and helpful staff, conveniently laid out. Parking lot is always clean and I have not almost been run over here as I have at other locations. Just avoid Sunday as this seems to be when everyone goes here and its a bit busy and chaotic.

Well laid out and well stocked. Also has the best bakery items of all the Costcos in the greater Phoenix area. None of the items were over proofed or over cooked. A little further to drive for us, but will be the location we go to from now on!

Friendly staff. Convenient location. Large parking lot. Haven’t had a bad experience at this Costco! Checkout lines can be long but they move pretty quickly. Love the Costco deals. This facility is fairly clean. Return process is easy. Nice I can call them and ask for stuff in stock. Staff is very helpful and always friendly. Probably my favorite Costco to visit in central / north Phoenix area!

It seems Costco at noon on a Thursday is THE place to be! Parking was a bit much but, what can you do? It was busy. That said the flow of customers was not at all bad and no waiting for self checkout. Great first visit!

Great. I really think its great how fast they can check you out no matter how busy it is. They had my transaction complete before I was able to get my membership and debit card back in my wallet.

Costco never fails. I needed to order 542 cases of water to donate to local shelters in the Phoenix metro area. No matter if it was online or in person, they were able to accommodate the orders. Thank you for helping AZ AARP deliver 21,680 bottles of water to those in need especially in this heat.

One year into a 3 year warranty on my battery, and the car care department tries to make me pay because of their increase in price. The contract on the 2nd page states nothing about an increase in price (merely taxes and fees, neither of which applies here), but the workers at this Costco insisted I pay the difference in price to swap out. After two managers were called, I was able to leave with my new battery, which was covered under warranty.After leaving to the parking lot, another worker follows me to my vehicle to explain why I am wrong and he is right. Here’s the contract, decide for yourselves. As for me, this department needs some policy and customer service training.

Gas was my drive here for $3.25. QT across the street was $3.45. I paid $3.43 in Peoria Costco this past week.Without a doubt, Costco prices influence my driving habits. Even when in CA, I always go there to fill up my tank.

Bagels made went moldy before even opening them a few days after purchased. Otherwise great stuff.

This place is incredible! I buy my dogs food and many other food products here. I’ve even gotten my eyes examined here. You can get a slice of pizza that rivals anything you’ll get in Naples, Italy! Get yourself a membership and bring the whole family!

This visit was a simple trip for gas. The fuel station is in a smaller area in comparison to the other locations in the valley which makes it seems much more busier during the rush hour and such. However, still a great visit

Lin at the front desk was so helpful and awesome. She helped me so much and was so clear through the whole process. This is my main Costco from now on

Always super busy location. Understandable this is the only one near by Phoenix, Scottsdale, Tempe and Arcadia. My stop when Im in area to get a quick bite to eat.

Things that I’ve happened to me here:1. My cart was stolen after I paid when waiting for my iPhone.2. They blocked off the gas so it’s impossible to leave.3. Bought a computer and they didn’t have it spent hours trying to get it.4. Worst customer service.5. I mean it’s Arizona you can’t except a lot, but this place is awful.6. Can’t get a refund on my executive membership, despite being a member for 20 years.

Gas queues take such a long time... Staff are really helpful tho.

I was a walk in to the tire shop on a Saturday . I had a nail in my tire and John was all set to help me out. He explained it may be a wait since there were people ahead of me. I totally understood left my car there and got a call about 10 minutes later. They called and need some tool for my tire or maybe the spare that should have been in the car (I am not really a car guy so forgive this part of the review) anyway with out that tool couldnt fix it. He told me they could fill the tire pressure back up and then explained I can call my dealer to get the tool and bring it back and theyll fix it. Awesome guy just like all the Costco auto shop people but I did want to single him out specifically. Sooo 44th & Oak Costco you guys have a keeper right there with John.

Whats not to love? employees are well cared for and it shows. should be a business model followed by every corporation in the US.

By far the worst unorganized pharmacy ive ever had to deal with. Seriously horrible enough for me to swear of costco as a whole. Being told my prescription is out of stock to them calling 5mins later telling me my prescription was ready after already leaving the store. Getting text from to pickup arriving and sitting waiting for my prescription 20mins because they cant find it??? Horrible management

Not bad. Very clean. Got gas here too, definitely hard to get into it when its busy.

Costco is truly a nightmare. They have great products but it just feels like there are too many damn people there every time I go. They need to double the facility size, double the aisle size, double the number of cashiers, you get the point....

This Costco always has a great selection of goods and the staff are friendly from entry to exit. Every Costco has issues with parking, so that is going to be the case wherever you go. If I could change one thing it would be the crowd control. Some store locations do a good job of making sure the crowd stays in some semblance of a line, but it was getting a bit out of hand at this location. We had a group sneak in behind us that did not have passes, which defeats the purpose of checking passes upon entry. Despite that, everything was excellent.

As expected. Crowded and everything in bulk. They had some good deals, I took advantage of. 👍 The lines to the gas station were a mess as usual. Paying a few cents more, elsewhere was worth avoiding the traffic jam and headache.

I love Costco - best place for cheese and wine 😁 among many other thangs ... relatively decent offering of clean and organic options. Other than foods, their buyers are very good and offer quality tested products at reasonable prices. 👌🏼

Costco closed my normal location. However, this location setup flows well and seems to get you in and out fast.

I am not sure the discounts are worth the demeaning experience. It was my first time. I had to be photographed. On check out they carefully review your receipt for who knows what. Finally, the only credit card they accept is Visa. Its a huge warehouse place with tons of stuff but youre treated poorly.

It was my first time there and I was read it very kindly by the staff oh, when I asked for assistance they would go out of their way to show me around I have a great experience.

Wow. The shopping is all there and the prices are reasonable. Pretty nice staff , some not too helpful or friendly.

Close enough to my business to go there for supplies and food we need. Decent parking outside and easy to get in and out of. Its really Nice that they have a gas station onsite, the prices are always the best around. Costcos baked goods are excellent and always fresh! Don’t forget to grab $1.50 hot dog and drink or excellent sandwich while you’re waiting . Now with self checkout.... finally!

I came into this Costco for the first time today. Have a party in 3 hours, live an hour away and these guys did an amazing job! !! They quickly made me a meat and cheese platter and a shrimp platter!!! Outstanding!! Thank you to the deli department at Costco!! Worth the membership for the service!! Costco on Oak St is a very clean facility with a well trained and friendly staff. With its enormous variety of product options, I love the fact of always saving$$$ when buying their bulk items, whether fresh, frozen, bagged, or canned! Oh yes...Costco has the easiest giant carts to push! (For me anyway, in spite of my 5 ft 2 height and 73 years young age.)

This was our first time inside of Costco in many many years. They had restrooms and a gigantic selection of a lot of really nice stuff and food. Next time I go there Im going to buy the huge bag of beans 25 lb. All my spices. And a couple of other items. I did the math on most of the items that I was interested in and it was pretty decent as far as the prices go if I consider the pounds or ounces. They do keep it nice and clean in there and orderly. It was a little crowded for my taste but considering that it was Friday I guess that can be expected. everyone was notably wearing a mask and there were marks on the floor for people to stand six feet apart during checkout. All in all it was pretty pleasant.

Love my costco visa card. It has my picture of me on it so i dont have to pull out other cards to prove who i am. I use it everywhere. The staff are very efficient, pleasant and helpful. Products are great. Best Rottiserie chicken in town.

Always good to shop after work. Get the dinner items, this afternoon picked up a couple of good bottles of wine, Raymond Merot and Cabernet. Some stuffed Salmon and a few other items. Now I am ready for that Friday evening with the wife. Staff is great.

The customer service at this location has gone down hill. Unfriendly management that literally shrugged his shoulders (Richard) when I brought a safety concern to his attention. The other staff thought it was serious and stated that managements no longer concerned with safety. Ill be going to a different location in the future

I like going to cosco thier customer service is excellent, The food court ill the food so does my grand kids they get excited they are rushing me to finished. Also during the Covit-19 thie where,very professional and polite. Thanks to al, the employees are awesome.

Every time you get used to buying something they discontinue it. Today 9/17/21 I bought a chicken bake for the first time in over a year, it will be the last time, instead of the chunks of chicken they used to use they are now filled with chicken paste, disgusting, if I had the time I would have gone back and returned it. see picture.

Usually Costco has great food and great selections all around but today at this location All the croissants and most of the chicken was burnt.

This is a large clean organized Costco that operates extremely efficiently.

The only time Im disappointed when I go to Costco is when they stop selling something fabulous or delicious I got addicted to ☺️. And dont get me started on the towels and clothes!❤️

Warehouse store membership required. Large quantities but discounted prices. Excellent quality produce and meat.Has senior hours early in the week. Very good selection of wine and liquor. Now has self check so small orders dont wait online.

I made it out under $200!!! Got a beautiful new rug! And lots of little things I couldnt resist. So convenient and prices are great!

I cried because people who work at cashier were so nice to my baby who cried while waiting and entertained her so warmly, she was smiling and happy :) people who work there are always so friendly and have a great customer service! Thank you so much!

Great food, best juicy chicken in town! Highly recommended I cannot give them 5 starts because they need to have better control on the waiting list system!!!

Its hard to rate a super chain that is notorious for always being at the top, but here we are. The store is clean and the staff is always striving to be helpful.I have no idea why their returns/guest services area was placed right by the exit, but I suppose thats out of anyone hands now.

Fresh food, love their pizza, their croissants are not of good quality now, I miss the butter aroma and softness. They should introduce more Halaal food.

I love costco this place is so great i really like their kirkland cognac its their version of cognac but still produced in france so still considered true congac ...softer then remy martin but smoother and sliggt taste of rose....anyways i due all my shopping here but im sure every 1 else already knows costco is poppin.

This membership store is clean, convenient and has wide aisles. There are consistent offerings as well as seasonal surprises. Prices are good for bulk purchasing. I love purchasing flowers here because they are fresh and reasonably priced. The food court, and indoor seating, is quite popular.

It’s Costco, what else is there to say about this amazing place. Awesome products, bulk items of everyday things you need, and the best food/fruit/booze you can get at a discount price. They don’t need marketing, well because, there is nothing else out there that comes close to them. I sell everyone I meet on getting a membership, and just about everyone ends up getting a membership. If you are not a big shopper get the gold, if you are, the executive membership is worth it, 2% on all purchases, pretty much pays for its self, 6000 in annual purchases pays for your membership ever year. Thinking about getting nice new TV, with the Costco 5 year warranty, nothing beats it, I’m telling you. I’ve been a member since I was 18, I’m now 40.

Had to go to the Costco on Oak in Phoenix because my vet called in my dogs valley fever medication to this location by mistake. I work nearby so I headed over there. A kid who (allegedly) had just shoplifted from the electronics department came flying out the entrance and nearly knocked me over. The pharmacist was extremely rude when I needed to ask a question, simply, does my dogs medication needed to be taken with food or not. Not going back! Ill stick with my Costco at Southern and Sossamon!

Hi usually its real busy but going around 2:00 pm is ok I got a good deal on the variety pack of ice cream and the store is always well staffed and very neat and clean and the best part is the employees and management always smiling and friendly thank you

This is a smaller Costco, but it has just about everything I need! Very helpful staff and its organized well.

Ive never been to a Costco and I was amazed how big it was how much stuff they have.

Hey—its a Costco. But as far as Costcos go, its a smidge smaller and had a bit less in the warehouse than usual. The smaller size seems to impact product offerings as well as aisle space. So, be prepared for people and cart jams, long lines, and difficult turns inside and outside of the warehouse in busy days.

Everything is great but always plan for a busy and crowded atmosphere.

Always the cheapest place to get gas but be prepared to wait.

Extremely congested check-out and food court area. Screaming, unattended children, equally loud parents, and a general level of uncleanliness not found in other Costcos means I will go out of my way to not visit this location.

I love Costco! They treat their employees really well by providing benefits and living wages.Their products cannot be beat! I cannot wait to buy their inexpensive pumpkin pies! I cant make one for cheaper!The rotisserie chicken and chicken street tacos are some of my favorite items that they make fresh in house.They also stand by the products they sell. I received a great speaker as a gift 20 months ago. The bluetooth feature did not work with the new phone I bought so I returned it. They were able to find my friends account that bought the speaker for me and gave me a store credit so that I could buy the latest version! Very impressed.

Costco is always an awesome place to shop. I dont personally have a membership but I went there with my friend. Just cant afford it, especially because you mostly buy everything in bulk.
