Went looking for countertops, very nice selection, showroom is nice with lots of different title and flooring options. Would recommend you check it out.

Went to pick a veneer for our backyard project and we’re met with the most UNFRIENDLY, least helpful front desk staff! It’s frustrating to deal with a company that has forgotten customer service. They were condescending and sharp in their response to our questions and apparently aren’t concerned with retaining business. Needless to say, we did not so business with them. A big thumbs down👎🏻. QDI landed our transaction with the respectful and informative way they do business, also known as great customer service!!😀👍🏻👍🏻

This company has the best selection of slab material, very responsive and professional. One of their sales rep Tony is the best, always answers text and calls. Not to mention their showroom is beautiful, highly recommend to customers and fabricators/contractors

Very helpful team, contactless check-in and seamless transactions. Found the right slabs very fast and they put it on hold for our fabricator.

Second time my wife and I went here to look at granite slabs... we were impressed both times, beyond having an amazing selection the staff was all very helpful... assuming non commission based as we were helped the same by multiple staff members. We wanted to look at a few different slabs to pick our own and within minutes the back pulled them and put them on display for us... very professional and impressive operation. Thanks MSI

Obviously they excel at quality and quantity of different products. Love their inventory... their front desk is not very helpful. I walked in and signed in. They told me to wait and someone will come help me. I was there for 20 minutes and no one helped me. I went back to the counter and asked for help, they just said, what do you want. I showed them the slab and they helped but me reserve it, but it seems like their customer service is seriously lacking. Otherwise no complaints. It would be very beneficial to MSI to really help their customers, and explain what their options are. I was open to looking at flooring and other tile, but just didnt want to get them to help me....

Beautiful Showroom and an outstanding appearance when walking in looking at all the variety of tiles, etc. But after struggling to purchase and waiting to receive, I was told that they did not have any in stock and had to get a refund. Other than that Customer service is ok but lack management.

Impressive facility but very unfriendly girls behind the counter.They require you to check in with a list of questions that should come with a chair, as youll be there a minute or three filling it out your answers. The management should really separate the girls up front or have one dedicated greeter..., as it feels more like an integration when you walk in rather than customer service.

Nadely, Maura,& Valeria have all been excellent to work with, even though all materials are very scarce and hard to find, they always try to find solutions!I will definitely continue to use MSI because of the hard working employees I have personal met and worked with. I would HIGHLY recommend stopping by the showroom for any stone needs.

Nothing against this location, but as for MSI Surfaces, I would never recommend their product. I installed a floor less than a year ago and it has not held up. I went through the warrant process and they do not honor their warranty. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!

Making choices for countertops and backsplashes, walls and floors, and then coordinating getting the products available for pickup would have been impossible for me to do without them. They detain you when you first come in and make you fill out a form like in a doctors office. I thought it was a big waste of time and did us absolutely no good. There was no help to be found for us and when we asked a service person for some help he kind of waved us off and went away. They have a lot of wonderful floor coverings and everything else you want . But it did us no good as we had no assistance from them. They seemed totally uninterested in our business so we took it elsewhere. Go to Cornerstone or AZ tile instead . They are friendly and helpful even though they can be just as busy as MSI.

MSI has a wide variety of stone you cant decided which one is nicer than another! Their staff is very friendly and helpful (not pushy). The area where the slabs are located for viewing is very clean and bright. They are displayed so you can see the slabs perfectly. Very good experience.

The material in their showroom vs. what was delivered was way off. Not a shade or two, but different colors. It had to be returned. The contract says a 15% restocking fee. I was charged much more than that. Still no response on why after multiple attempts. Ill save you on the rest. The absolute worst and rude service anywhere!

We have been to several places looking for granite countertops. MSI has the nicest showroom and warehouse setup, hands-down. The staff was extremely professional and accommodating. We will definitely be returning customers for other needs.

We I want to looking for travertine pavers and split a stone for outdoor patio renovation. My first time there and probably last. I dont know of other peoples experiences but I found them to be very unhelpful, there wasnt anyone around and when I went to the front desk and asked questions they looked at me like I had two heads. Too many really good flooring and stone places to take that. Went to QDI Surfaces. QDI has an amazing selection and absolutely excellent displays.

Poor customer service is an understatement. If you are looking for any flooring go somewhere else. Once you walk the 4 rude people behind the counter will sigh and roll there eyes when you have any questions. They are more interested in gossiping about who is having weekend “relations” with who else then helping someone trying to buy flooring.

This place is worse than a communist government. No mention was ever made that I was required to wear a mask even if it causes me health problems, until they had collected detail information on me. I was required to use a smart phone so they could collect that info and the numerous questions required to be answered made me think I was applying for a government job. I will not purchase anything from this place.

Front desk was super helpful and accommodating for my partner and I. They had abundance of selections & were attentive to my needs without being in my face.

MSI has some nice product but they are an absolute pain to deal with. Unfortunately we selected an MSI product before checking with our fabricator and he refuses to do business with MSI for similar reasons. Their processes are rigid and their people are frankly not customer in. And dont even think about returning any excess tile purchased as thats a nightmare.

Judith, Valeria, Francisco, and all the front staff are incredible. As owner of Redemption Renovations, they always help my clients choose counters, backsplash and tile! Showroom beautiful but horrible service

MSI is the place to go for all types of stone,tile,nd flooring. Showers, living room, kitchens, outside. Hard to find stone and they stock alot of whats on the showroom.

Wosrt customer service Ive experienced in quite some time. Waited 1 hour to pick up an order that they told me was ready for pick up. Then was told they couldnt find it. After leaving they called an hour later to say they found it. Only reason I gave them a 2 star rating is that one of their supervisors personally delivered the order the following day. Later tried to return 1 unopened box of tile that was left over so I called to make sure they would. I was told no problem but would have to pay 25% restocking fee. No problem here as I was aware of this all ready. Drove 45 minutes to return it and was told by someone else that wont take it back because I didnt have enough to return! Wow great customer service. Never will I use or recommend this company.

Clean and friendly environments

The guys here were very helpful. They pulled a slab of quartz for me because they didn’t have a sample on hand. They helped me find samples of glass tile that weren’t in the floor- just based on my description. It was a very productive day thanks to the MS International folks.

THE WORST COMPANY EVER. AVOID AT ALL COST. So disorganized. They can never find our orders even after giving them our PO and sidemark info. We try to get out clients/customer to avoid them, if possible. The worst to deal with. They never know what is going on , lose orders, cant order over the phone, it has to be done by email so good luck asking questions when you can not actually speak to a live person. I literally have to place the same order multiple times because they never received my email order. Then I get placed on hold multiples times for them to re ask me for my PO number. It always been issues after issue after issue with them. Terrible company.... we prefer to use Arizona Tile, Daltile or Bedrosians. They all have great customer service and everyone you talk to speaks perfect English.( I dont mind accents but the lady I talked to kept saying words wrong and I swear she made up a word...I was baffled) SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE AND GO ELSEWHERE.

Background - My husband and I are remodeling our forever/retirement home in Las Vegas. Its difficult to choose a countertop based upon small samples despite the visualizer tool on the MSI website. Went to 3 of the 5 MSI Las Vegas locations listed but 2 didnt actually carry MSI products and 1 had a small box of 5 x 5 outdated tiles. Then I tried a couple of other places (competitors) in town - had a horrible experience with one and another was just too expensive. Checked MSI website for distribution centers and had a couple of choices - Phoenix or Las Angeles. I decided to drive to Phoenix. Read the reviews and it seemed a good idea to make an appointment ( did so - 9 a.m.) Packed an overnight bag and hopped into the car.MSI Experience - Didnt want to get caught in traffic so ate/drank breakfast while driving downtown to Roosevelt location. I arrived feeling anxious on Friday morning 02/21/2020 with backsplash, cabinet door, flooring samples and coffee stains on my white shirt. Walked in and all that built-up angst melted immediately upon meeting Tony Quiroz at the front desk. He listened to my story, we laughed about the coffee and shared his knowledge as well as time. Tony was the first person in this remodeling process that actually understood the level of stress that comes with this type of project and the importance of seeing the entire slab (he demonstrated better insight than our project manager). He has a wealth of knowledge from working with the materials ( granite, quartz, marble, porcelain, tile, etc.). He actually took the time to help me select the exact slab of granite from the website, walked me through how to order, created a pre-selection form, and helped me load samples into the car. Unfortunately, our general contractor uses the CA location so we couldnt order from AZ. Theyve also been having a great deal of difficulty with the countertops ordered from CA coming in on time or being lost in shipping. Upon returning home, I shared this experience with the project manager in hopes the company would consider using the AZ MSI distribution center. I feel confident that all these issues would either be erased or efficiently be dealt with if Tony was their contact person.

One of the worst places to purchase slabs. Everything they do from the order desk to loading the slabs is so unorganized. If you need to come to this place plan on spending the whole day here. Hopefully they can find what they sold you in somewhat of a timely manner. I tell my customers to avoid MSI SURFACES at all costs. An hour later they get my slab loaded and then tell me they can’t give me any sort of receipt or paperwork because their systems are down I’m telling you this is the worst company to buy slabs from I’ve been doing this for 17 years and they by far are the worst

BEAUTIFUL organized showroom featuring tile & backsplashes, & an incredible selection of slab granite in the warehouse. They were friendly & gave us samples within a few minutes of our request.

If you have a problem with the tile, they will backdoor screw you and cut you out of the communications with the contractor and/or design team. THEY CAME OUT AND INSPECTED IT TO CLEAR THEMSELVES OF THE TILE DEFECTS and left us hanging here with tile that has scratches throughout -- for over TWO MONTHS. We cant remove it as they said they were sending a formal inspector here to evaluate the problem. DO NOT ORDER TILE FROM THIS COMPANY IF YOU EXPECT CUSTOMER SERVICE.AND DO NOT BUY THE DELLANO TILE AS THAT IS THE ONE WERE HAVING THE PROBLEM WITH -- YOU CANNOT FIND OUT HOW MUCH THEY ARE GETTING FOR IT (OR HOW MUCH YOUR CONTRACTOR IS MAKING OFF OF YOUR ORDER) UNLESS YOU SUE THEM. SEE YOU SOON BOYS AND GIRLS.

They have improved some on the time it takes to get your order out.

They moved, so address is wrong for one. If you love dealing with a staff that could care less about doing business with you, then this is the place for you. But dont worry, once you get your load ticket, you only have to wait 1 to 2 hrs to get loaded, so pack a lunch.

Thoroughly disappointed by the services received from MSI. I purchased granite and tile from them before and the tile purchase was a nightmare. They claimed the order was at their location when in fact it hadn’t shipped from their warehouse in Texas. When it did arrive they then sold my tile to someone else the day I was to pick it up. I was without tile for about a month. Their management lacks professional customer service and I would recommend shopping elsewhere.

Customer service is absolutely one of the worst I have seen in a while. Wait time is absolutely the worst . No words to describe how bad this place is.

Long waits, wrong product being shipped and Bad service. This company is unorganized, Over and over again there is finger pointing and no one wants to take responsibility.

The worts company I have ever seen. Ordered backsplash on 4/18 and it was told it will be ready for pick up in 3 days. Called every third day until 5/2 and still no ordre. 3 day thurner into 20 day and still no order. Was placed of 45 min holds and primissed call backs which never happened. I still dont have any idea where the order is or when it will arrive. Be honest and tell your customers thrut, stop coming up with different lies. The worst experience I ever had with any company in general. Wouldnt recomend to anyone.

Please know in advance that dogs are not welcome in this showroom as they are at Facings of America and Arizona Tile. In Phoenix summer heat, if you are traveling some distance and have additional stops involving your dog, this is important.
