I visited Citrine this weekend and was helped by Sarah L. I’m SO glad I came in! Sarah helped me find the perfect products for me, and she patiently answered my MANY questions about them and helped me learn to apply them perfectly. She took extra time to understand what kind of makeup regimen I was looking for (I’m a young professional and was looking for a simple everyday work look) and expertly picked out products for me. One of the products was out of stock (due to covid supply issues), so she took a note of the product name so I could easily purchase it when it came back in stock.After finishing up with Sarah, I loved my new makeup so much that I immediately brought my sister back into the store with me, and Sarah helped her find a perfect SPF moisturizer and concealer!

The staff and products are fabulous. After I researched the effects of some chemicals found in makeup, I decided to invest in quality green beauty. The staff its educated on all the products they have. I love that there are many different green beauty lines in house to try. Once you make the switch and see how much better your skin looks you wont do back to makeup with tons of bad chemicals.

I love this store! I live all the way in Texas and Citrine is my go to for all of my natural beauty needs. They will always be one of my token natural beauty stores and they do amazing Glam Bag giveaways a few times a year. Their team is always super helpful and attentive even from over 1,000 miles away. Excellent and knowledgeable staff. No pressure sales. Very informative and helpful. Non judgmental! The product lines they carry are clean and work amazingly well. They offer samples of most products so you can try it first.

After realizing that the store is within a reasonable distance to where I would be staying while visiting AZ I was intent on visiting and I had a great experience. They have a great selection of many of the well known green/clean brands for skin care, body care, and makeup and the sales associate Vanessa was fantastic! She was more than willing to help me color match a few makeup products I was interested in and was honest with her thoughts and opinions on what seemed to suit me best. I was also able to get samples of stuff I wasnt quite ready to commit to. I am a huge fan of the Follain store in my home state but would be more apt to visiting Citrine if we had one. Make a visit if youre in the area as it will be well worth your time.

My first experience here was excellent. I worked with Kendra who really listened to what I was looking for and matched products exactly to that. She didn’t push any extra products, but asked if I had any other needs that needed to be met. Kendra’s level of knowledge about each product line was honest and thorough. I will absolutely be back! My skin has been so happy with the products she helped me pick out. I am so happy to finally be switching over to more natural products with more eco friendly packaging. I’m excited to be a continued customer!

I had a few items to return including one item I had opened and not cared for. The staff was great at follow up communication as well as letting me return all the items for something else from their store. Great customer service and love supporting small business as I am a small business owner myself. I will shop here again :)

I absolutely love this place!!! I am new to natural products and I felt a little overwhelmed of what to purchase. Right when you walk in the store, you feel right at home. The ladies were so helpful and informative in finding the correct products for my skin. They also took the time to show me how to use each product correctly. I have to admit, my skin has never looked better! My skin no longer feels irritated by the end of the day. I am in love with their natural products! I wont go anywhere else for my beauty needs.

Absolutely the best cosmetics place in AZ!!! I’m so thankful that I found Citrine Beauty Bar. All their products are amazing and the staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. My skin has improved so much since I got on the regimen that they recommended. I always get compliments on my skin and makeup. I can’t imagine ever going back to the department store gunk I was using before.

I discovered this store through social media and I was a little overwhelmed because of the price and amount of products available. I decided to call to ask some questions and spoke with Crystal who was absolutely fantastic! She listened to the products I was using and explained why I wasn’t getting the results I was looking for. Here I was thinking I was doing all the right things. She gave me a whole list of different products that would be good for me specifically in all types of price ranges. She was so knowledgeable and explained WHY the products would work. Never once during our 15 minute conversation did she pressure me into buying anything. I was so blowin away with her exceptional customer service that I did buy a few products and the best part is that they were shipped within 2.5 hours! I honestly can’t say enough good things about this place!

I go crazy every time I get to visit this store. I feel like Im being pampered at a spa because the ladies provide first-class, individualized customer service by tailoring each recommendation to your needs and/or wants. I love their selection of natural cosmetics. Its a bit on the pricey side, but products are very high quality and responsibly made. Its a local business, and its important to me that I keep my money in my community.

I just visited this store yesterday for the first time and am so excited to come back! I am in the process of switching over to natural cosmetic products and Crystal was so helpful and attentive and listed out several products that I can try on my extremely sensitive, problem skin (combination of Rosacea and Seb Dermatitis). I had tried to order several natural products online from other websites before visiting, but really had no idea where to start—so talking with her about which products would be best for the specific issues Im dealing with really helped me narrow my search! I really dont think I wouldve tried any of those items with the sea of choices I was wading through online. She even did a color match for me and sent me home with several samples and a probiotic drink! Everyone there was really helpful and I am so glad I stopped by and definitely will be back to purchase some of the samples she gave me!
