Dr. Patel is kind and knowledgeable. Tadd always greets us like family and helps us pick out our glasses. I trust his opinion and thats saying something! Always excellent customer service at this location and everyone is so friendly.

I was there about 2-3 days ago and I love the staff. I was able to go in and feel welcomed they gave me the option to either buy them then or wait.

Ive been going to the Target Optical on 19th and Bethany School for four years and its always a really good experience! Theyre super helpful and go the extra step to make sure Im taken care of. Today I brought in a vintage pair of 1950s glasses to get sunglass lenses and they made sure to over them thoroughly to ensure there were no cracks or weak spots to better ensure their safely. Little things like that really make a difference!

My daughter broke her glasses and these guys took great care of us. My daughter clearly felt bad and they cheered her up. I appreciate this team and will always come here for my daughters’ and my appointments.

Target Optical at Christown is the best. From Dr. Patel, to the staff, especially Tony. Everyone was friendly and professional. My eye exam with Dr. Patel went well and, with Tonys assistance, I was able to select and purchase the glasses and sunglasses of my liking. Thank You and Keep up the Great Customer Service.

Staff there at the Target optical were professional and friendly. Acknowledged me as soon as I walked in even though they were extremely busy. The staff was very informative. I have to give more props to my son Tony!! I wouldn’t of went there if he didn’t stand by his company and the eye doctor there. So I went and I’m glad I did. The glasses came in fast too! Love them!

I had my first eye exam appointment after four years and was extremely anxious going in, but it was eased greatly after seeing how kind, patient, and fun the staff was! Dr. Patel was very thorough with his explanations during the exam and always made sure to ask if I had any questions many times throughout the process. I felt very comfortable as the staff were amazing and definitely did their job perfectly. 😊 (The eye exam and exams for contacts without insurance cost me a total of $120! Definitely a steal!!)

Tad and the team are excellent in every way. Professional, courteous, helpful and have a genuine interest in my family and I and helping us to have the best eyesight we can. Me, my wife and daughter all have gotten exams from the GREAT Dr. Patel and we couldnt be happier. Keep it up - this team is a credit to their organization.

As we walked in there was a sign that read masks required i was even offered one which was nice, but then one of the employees was walking around without one. Very upsetting to have to comply with rules they dont even follow.

Very kind doctors. I travelled from other state and didn’t take enough pairs of contact lenses with me. After calling and rejected by a couple of other places, doctors at this place offered me a free trial pack so that I wouldn’t run into situations where I would be technically blind for two days while I’m on vacation. So appreciate the help from the doctors from this place!

I brought in an old pair of glasses to repair with lots of superglue on it and the staff were patient enough to help me bring it back to life. Awesome people and very friendly. Definitely recommend!

Everybodys website says next day glasses they lie 10 14 days trick to get you there paid 700 for glasses that broke they fixed them and they are broken again this time the transitions became cloudy cant aee out of them took them back for a 3rd time only to be told warenty has ran out I only had them for 1 week thieves

Review update, I believe my issue has been resolved. Got a new script with add number on it. So, I will go back. Think it was just an small mistake. Recommend.

Believe me when i say that you will always get treated with exceptional customer service! i love this location. All the employees are very helpful and patient— they give great feedback, always thoroughly explain the different options/deals, and have great energy. Despite the rush of foot traffic they experienced, they made sure to attend to everyone. This is my second year returning to this location and Mona made sure she did all that she could to assist with my eyeglasses. She was so sweet!!

What an awesome experience. I’ve never had glasses before and just found out I need them. I was in Target anyway so I stopped in. Laurel was so nice, patient and helpful, made sure I understood all my options and was totally transparent about cost from the get-go. So many styles to choose from and an almost-painless experience (because nobody ever LOVES spending money on glasses, but this place almost made me). I don’t think I’d go anywhere else. Highly recommend!

Dr. Patel and his staff are great, they are very friendly and are quick to attend you even when the store is busy. This is my second year coming here and its been by far my best experience, I highly recommend them.

The staff at Patel Optometry were excellent! The appointment was flawless, painless, and well organized from every aspect: the check-in process, the new patient paperwork, the exam, selecting eyeglasses, and going over insurance. I highly recommend you go here for your next eye exam. The exam was thoroughly explained every step of the way, the dr was extremely polite and streamlined the entire process without feeling like youre being rushed along. The operation is like a very smooth, oiled machine.Absolutely fantastic!

Best labs EVER!!! The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I had initially bought frames online unfortunately came from China and the staff noticed no markings as to the company name or anything noted on them. He mentioned that they dont even know what they were made of. Which is understandable because Costco told meexactly the same thing minutes before any way I picked out new frames and when I picked them up they looked fantastic and I can see without difficulty because they have progressive lenses. No problems adjusting. I took another pair to another eyeglass store a couple months prior and had problems adjusting. Target Optical is my new eyeglass location! Try them out you wont be sorry.

Everyone was so nice ! Staff was beyond understanding of my toddler running around grabbing glasses , they play with him and try to make him happy . My husband and I where able to successfully have eye exams and pick out my glasses fast and with all their help we had since we struggle a bit with getting old information from other eye office they where on the phone and happily to call and help us out. Thanks to everyone the Dr.Patel amazing! Explains everything he is doing and gives you information about what can happen or why it happened , takes his time and yet is fast . Lets begin by separating both parts of target optical. Dr Pathel am very please with his customer service and diagnosis portion that should be a 5star. I been getting my glasses for the last 10yrs at this location, but ever since they hire all this new people theres no customer service anymore always in a bad mood. After I got my eye exam and I started looking at frames, all the associates were just standing around with out asking if I needed any help. In my case is very important the type of frame I choose because of my prescription is very strong not any frame will work for me. When Laural, Larissa, chris, use to work there my experience shopping for my glasses use to be just perfect. I hope this change soon.

The doctor is very professional and smart. The staff knows what they are talking about. They help you find a great frame quickly and give great advice. This is one of the best optical places Ive visited and Ive had glasses since I was 6 yrs old.

Staff here is extremely friendly and the doctor seems very good. I dont usually write reviews (especially for an eye exam) but the people here (Tad, Laurel) went above and beyond with the customer service, very refreshing, they deserve kudos!

I was new to the area and was due for an eye exam and new glasses. The entire experience was excellent. The Dr was friendly, knowledgeable and most importantly genuinely cares about his patients. The support staff friendly as well. There was a slight hiccup with the glasses order which was corrected very quickly once it was discovered (typo on my script, were only human afterall). Fast forward 88 days later, glasses broke (unintentionally, my own fault) and I was within their 90 day warranty and free of charge I am about to pick up the replacements. Its safe to say that while I live in the area, this is where I will go. I will even consider only using target optical if we move.

Very rude. I asked them to adjust my glasses because they were to tight an I was told “no, because we didn’t sell them.” This has never been an issue before, and I was offered no other options or solutions.

Quick, smart, and easy not even a long wait as most practices have!Both the assistants and Dr. Patel were knowledgeable in both their jobs and the wares/services available! Very professional all around! Got a lot of freebies for solution/cases and the $25 off the first visit promotion netted me an eye/contact exam, a year of gas permeable contacts et al for $35 total! Definitely wont be visiting my old optometrists practice EVER again! Sorry Dr. Warren H. Heller!
