I know all of the criticisms and I still think Whole Foods has the best produce more consistently. Staff are friendly and helpful. Excellent butcher department also. Prices are competitive with similar similar stores and with the major grocery chains.

Always receive great customer service. Food is always fresh and prices are reasonable. Store is clean, and there is always a cart ready to use.

Went for lunch, this was the pizza I found waiting for me. 😬This location routinely doesnt care about quality. I asked if they were working on another one, or if more pizza was coming and they said no. Ha ha ha. I mentioned it to the customer service and they didnt seem to care. If this is the quality of things we can see, imagine whats going on in areas we cant see. 🙈

Always a good shopping experience. This store is farther than another one but this store is well stocked all the time so I dont mind the 30 min drive.

Very good supermarket, very practical to have it near our school, we get supplies there very regularly and the team is very nice. Clean store, well stocked and the staff are very welcoming.

When Whole Foods came to AZ I shopped there for a number of years at two locations. For various reasons I stopped. Both locations are gone. Today I shopped a nearby store to 20th St.Phoenix. That store was busy. When I walked toward that store I saw Whole Foods. I mistakenly thought Amazon purchase would bring prices down.I think they went higher. I went to Whole Foods 20th St after the other store. My reasoning was perhaps Amazon might have eventually improved Whole Foods. I looked at the cheeses in the two locations in Whole Foods 20th St. It was not good.There was nothing I found impressive or particularly appealing.

Love it on the pricey side but great selection of prepared foods.

I am mixed on this one. On one hand I love the store but wished they opened earlier in the morning so I could stop before work. Last cake I ordered through the bakery didnt get made at all, they gave me one out of the case but it wasnt very good.

Five stars for the great tasting water. The produce section is always attractive and clean. Nuts are always very fresh. The dairy case is always well stocked. Post-Covid, meat cut availability/variety is still a little unpredictable, plus last week I bought grass fed ground beef, and upon cooking it, the meat rendered a great deal more fat than 20% fat ground beef. Thats would explain the pallor of the beef :(

This is a very busy Whole Foods. Mostly a good experience here. Sometimes if you ask them to hold you an item they forget. Excellent bakery.

This store sold a broad range of goods at reasonable rates. We had three containers in the end. The business is well-organized and well-equipped to perform something useful. They also have a tiny cafe within a store that sells wonderful cuisine that can be enjoyed immediately.

We love this place. The prepared food is absolutely delicious and actually quite reasonable. Some of the other products tend to be in the higher priced ranges so be prepared. But you get what you pay for and the product is usually high quality.

My mall, I love this place! Its fresh and healthy, but still down to earth. I enjoy the meat and seafood more than I should, honestly; but the customer service is always great and laid back. My guys lasts much longer than leading grocery stores as well. Food for life❤

The first thing that stands out when you walk through the door is the friendly staff and the warm greeting. Walking through the aisles the food was displayed well and the shelves were in order. Not really a big fan of grocery shopping no matter what food store it is, but since I prefer to shop for my own food rather than order online (thats just me), shopping here was a effortless experience. Will definitely be going back.

One thing my husband loved this store was their pizzas have fresh ingredients. We have checked the ingredients and everything is natural. No chemical-added.And the top of that, the chef at bakery section told us that every Thursday they have offered good price for pizza from $12 to $7 which is a good bargain given the fact all of their products are natural.My husband also bought a beef jerky since there is no preservative added. We are definitely going back to this store even though the distance is one of issues. They dont have a store close by to our area.They also offered free sample of juice. I am hoping Trader Joes offered same thing. Because they also offered samples but most of them like food and or snacks.

Went specifically for filets which were absolutely delicious after cooking. Of course, had to also purchase desserts which are just beautiful and delicious. And cant forget bread, so many choices and so fresh. Items are pricey, but if you want to treat yourself or make an impression. Whole Foods is the place to shop.

Great coffee with friendly service. The rest of the staff seemed down and just not wanting to be there. It was clean place. The staff need a morale boost. Learn how to smile. They didn’t require masks here. They were not putting out the lunch food still.

On Jul.24 at 2:19 pm Ive purchased air chilled organic chicken wings at this store. Remark on the label - sell by Jul.27.2021. Today Jul.25 I intended to cook chicken soup, but after getting these chicken wings from refrigerator, instead in the pot they ended up in garbage can, because of smell. $ 10.36 thrown out. Watch the wallet when you buy something there, especially fresh meat.

Cute store, but nothing at all what I’m used to when it comes to Whole Foods. This one is on the smaller side compared to the Scottsdale location. Not a vast selection of cheese (block or cubes). I was kind of bummed about it as I wanted to pair it with a great Cab. The restroom is located in the back of the store opposed to most others being near the entrance. The produce was very abundant and fresh. The same goes for the bakery. I love that the carry vegan cookies and other goodies (whether you prefer vegan or not). The guy at check out was very kind and friendly, making the customer experience pleasant. I like that it’s very noticeable from the street, no matter which direction you are traveling from.

Per me, the very best of WholeFoods is prepared foods. Ingredients one buys for home, made in a kitchen cleaner than any restaurant. Phoenix WF makes amazing Margherita Pizza and also has Marble Rye Bread!!The reason for down to 3 stars are:1. Some very rude staff at the Torrance store2. No fresh delivered breads at most stores: why is everything par baked instead of delivered day by vendor

An employee, Rosedio (sp?) went above and beyond. He was stocking the fruit section and I asked about organic cherries. He kindly let me know they werent in yet but should be within the next few days. At checkout, he was in a different checkout line about to go on break and saw me and shared that the organic cherries had just delivered. He took his break time to go get them for me. People like this make such a difference and I hope Whole Foods appreciates him as much as I do.

Small store for the busy traffic area. Would not be surprised if they planned to expand, built anew larger store elsewhere.

Whole Foods in the best Market for me to get the freshest produce. And I love that they cook dinner for me (my fav take out place) and they make the best All natural smoothies. As I say, If youre shopping at Whole Food your getting Half food. And dont forget to use your Prime for discount specials.

I really like the store. Sometimes when they try to cram Whole Foods into an existing building, it becomes a very cluttered experience, however, this one is very well laid out and has a lot of the food bars that we enjoy at larger Whole Foods.

I like shopping at Whole Foods. I hadn’t shopped there for months due to the strict mask rules. It’s nice that they are considerate of everyone’s situation, which I believe increases tolerance, diversity, and business. This is a weird time that we are in and businesses have been trying to do what is best for customers. Although I’m careful not to come in as often so others aren’t uncomfortable, I’m glad I can be a returning customer. Hopefully, they can do the buffet again and just put a top over the trays. It was my favorite part about Whole Foods.

Sharing for the Deli, had the stir-fry wok and it was amazing and Troys skills at the wok were awesome. I did the pesto and basil with steak and veggies and it had amazing flavor and the veggies and rice were purrfect. Went into Whole Foods earlier this afternoon. No social distancing whatsoever!! At least ten people in every aisle reaching over each other practically climbing over each other. A lot of people with their mask don’t below their nose. Why?!! I don’t understand why your store can’t enforce this. Other stores do! I’m extremely disappointed and concerned about my health and the health of your customers. This Whole Foods is clearly not concerned about the virus It’s all about getting as any people in as possible and making money. Spoke to the store manager Mike. He said they allow 75% capacity. I asked how they monitor this. He went silent.It’s because they don’t. Today looked like the day before Thanksgiving it was that packed.You lost my business.

I’ve been visiting this coffee shop if I want to relax and do my work. I love this place because. It was so quiet and cozy. The coffees they had was so delicious and affordable. The music wasn’t too loud. The barista was so pleasant and polite. The coffee shop itself was so nice, and the atmosphere was perfect. I just love this coffee shop.

I went in to get deodorant and body wash. To my complete surprise and enjoyment, I left with a delicious Build your own salad and a fresh squeezed/pressed juice. This location was well staffed, well stocked and clean. It was busy but it is refreshing and encouraging seeing everyone on the same health journey as me.TIP: if you have the time, after you done shopping, finish your experience by sitting at their beer bar. They have over 30 selections to choose from; all on tap. Wowsers!

Whats the point of carrying the groceries you need when the store doesnt care for the health and safety of the customers and staff? Customers stroll in with no masks, or masks under the chin. No supervision by staff to enforce rules set by the corporate office. I emailed the manager of this store complaining about this lack of oversight and he couldnt be bothered to respond. Arizona is leading the country when it comes to the numbers of Covid deaths and yet, the store couldnt care less. If they ignore customers, how confident are you that the staff preparing your food and stocking shelves are following rules?

Always very busy, but busy is a good thing. Love coming here to buy something Ive never tried before. You can wander the aisles for hours and find something that youve never heard of before. Might just be bold enough to try it! This Whole Foods market is definitely a staple in this Biltmore neighborhood.

Always clean, and employees are friendly. I love the chipped ice bags to go this time of year to keep my fridge items cold since I dont live nearby.

Now here was a grocery experience with an employee that was thinking on their feet and solving problems. Well done! I was at one whole foods with no sign of cherry pie. I called Camelback to check if it would be worth my trip. The phone was answered promptly in the bakery, I asked if they had VEGAN cherry pies. She said she would check. After a couple minutes she came back saying there are none baked but if i was willing to bake it myself she would set one aside and write out instructions. Being that we were entertaining guests that evening I had little options and was more than happy. So followed the guide and the pie was thoroughly baked, yummy, flakey and beautifully golden on top. Thank you!

Best vegan baked goods selection Ive ever seen in a Whole Foods! They had all the right comfort foods: donuts, brownies, cookies, and coffee cake! The store was super clean and well stocked and the staff was friendly and helpful.

#corporate greed. Tried to return 3 stale items that I purchased here but without a receipt they just couldnt put that $20 on a card. Shame on them. Spend $100s here weekly. Never again. Will go to stores that honor their consumers, #Sprouts and #Trader Joes. Very disappointed in WF and Amazon.

Awesome food and choices. Delivery is even better because you can get what you want, packed, and delivered all within 2hrs no issues. Some areas allow for 1hr options too!

I wish the meat/fish dept delivered via Prime the same quality they sell in store. Ordering online gets you the castoffs that they wouldn’t dare sell to a person face to face. Has happened way too often to be a coincidence. Fish, pork, beef - doesn’t matter, if you order online for delivery or pickup you get the trimmings at full market price. Only buy meat/fish in store. Shame on them. Clearly there is a bonus system in place that in the end costs the consumer and alienates customers.

I enjoyed my recent shopping trip. The were plenty of helpful people and it was not too crowded for mid morning. Hope things work out and we can get back to shopping without PPE. Until then, WF is about the best place to go.
