Presentation is awful. Food wasnt the best. The portions were pathetic. When I brought up the issue that girl didnt care or showed concern. Worst vegan restaurant experience Ive had. Food is sad here. I spoke to the manager and all she did was give me an extra strawberry. Strawberries were also looking rotten. Afterwards the staff gave me dirty looks. You people here clearly dont know anything about the restaurant business and it shows. My sister also wanted a tamale and they didnt have any. She had the breakfast pizza but it tasted like a creamy lumpy mess. We felt disgusted afterwards.

This has been one of my favorite places for years! Their coffee and treats are so good and they have great vegan options that taste amazing! The staff are always so great! Has a fun laid back vibe and a great patio which allows dogs!

Officially one of my favorite new places in PHX. Staff was incredible. Friendly, accommodating and make a mean almond milk mocha! Everything is plant based. I really liked the sushi w/ sweet potato. Enjoyed working on their awesome patio. I look forward to trying more of their menu which include lots of baked goods and a full breakfast and lunch menu. Kacey told me they do open mic on the weekends. Overall awesome experience.

One of the worst experiences I’ve had with vegan food. My friends and I try lots of vegan cuisine locally and otherwise, and this was unfortunately a bad experience. Food is very expensive for very small portions and very mediocre quality. I dined on the patio with friends- there were no other orders, just ours. We were there for over an hour waiting for my food to come out. Eventually when I got half my order (was still waiting on the other half) it was done wrong and they were out of what I wanted which they did refund me for which was good. Then we ended sitting for another half hour waiting for the other half of my order to arrive (just a short stack of pancakes). We finally got up to go in and tell them to refund the orher half as well because we needed to leave (we needed to be somewhere and had no idea it would end up taking this long). As soon as we went in, they somehow were ready. We felt we should have been refunded or otherwise compensated for the amount of time that was wasted- and didn’t even end up getting to all eat together. I would not recommend there are much tastier vegan restaurants with better portions, prices, quality, and service.

The staff is really nice and the variety of options is great. I love that everything is vegan! Both times Ive gotten coffee, its been super strong and in a huge cup. That made it really fun and I watered down the leftovers at home. The cupcakes taste amazing. The sushi is pricey for the amount (over a dollar a piece) but its worth a try at least once (it still tastes fishy!). Be aware that the seating is limited and outside only with minimal shade

A favorite place of mine. If they have Blueberry Cheesecake I highly recommend it or their chocolate chip cookies. I really like their Vegan Posole.

First time visiting and it was pretty darn good. I cant remember exactly what I ordered... I had a coffee, sandwich, and something that looked like a brownie, but wasnt. Anyway, it was so good that I told everyone about it. Its hard to find good vegan/vegetarian food!

Great food, I go for the Ruben but it was sold out the lasagna was amazing and the sweet potato sushi was a great too. Its a small place but worth a visit if you like healthy food.

Was excited to stop by this place when we saw the big VEGAN sign driving by as tourists from NY. There was a good selection of items on the menu and sweets in the front case. We ended up deciding on the lasagna and protein packed pancakes. I wish I read the other reviews before ordering. The lasagna tasted like I could have made it better at home. It was pretty average and a little crunchy/overcooked on the bottom. There wasn’t anything special about it which was disappointing. The pancakes were very good, but portion was a bit small. We also tried to chocolate chip cookie. It was good, but again nothing special. They currently only have outdoor seating which was way too hot for us coming from NY. Wish we could’ve had a better experience here - really wanted to support this vegan business.

When we arrived it was not busy some of the staff was sitting outside chatting at a table. It felt like we were interrupting their casual luncheon. We entered the restaurant and waited for about 10 minutes to be greeted by staff (we normally would have left, but we were waiting for someone). There were others milling around in the establishment putting things away looking busy, they provided no greeting. One of the workers finally came in and asked if we needed help. We placed our order; two of the three were incorrect simple things hot coffee was served warm/coldish and another coffee had almond milk not soy in it. The staff offered to fix. They have a great idea, but they need leadership and direction. Its like a bunch of friends have a good idea without experience to execute it. Customer service training is needed. Now, the coffee was just o.k., but the gluten free chocolate cupcake was not bad, a little dry for my taste. They have potential and with work they can be better at their great idea.

This is great locally owned, small coffee shop where you can pick up good quality coffee and treats. They have sandwiches for lunch and both indoor and a small outdoor sitting area. They are well worth a visit for some independent coffee.

Wonderful little place! My boyfriend got the valentines deal and it was so cute! The lasagna was AMAZING and everything tasted great. They even included roses!

THIS PLACE IS SO GOOD. I got the Reuben and my boyfriend got the carne asada burrito, we also got the lemon bar and Java chip scone, I suggest coming even if you’re not vegan. Very hospitable staff and great food, definitely coming back!

This is an amazing place to hang out with your girl/boyfriend and your friends. Most of the food (pastry) that they offer here is vegan which is good. They also serve wine, other drinks and beer. The best part is that if you need to do your homework this is the place for you because its open 24 hrs and they have FREE WIFI. The parking lot is big so you wont have a problem finding a where to park. They have a patio where you can sit down and enjoy your coffee/drink while watching the sunset or chatting with your friends.

Vegan never tasted so good! My dirty Chai Latte was creamy and delicious. And the blueberry muffin was light and fluffy. I just love the decor and trendy urban vibe. Alicia was super friendly too. I will definitely be back!

Food and coffee was great. Just one staff member, so you will wait. Atmosphere was discombobulated, would have been nice to be able to sit inside. If you have OCD, you will be straightening, organizing and analyzing things to straighten and organize as you wait, unless you order and exit quickly. Great location.

Ahhh so many yummy options and toddler approved! We got a breakfast burrito, scone, cookie, had to try the pancakes and waffles 🤤 so so yum and tamales but I havent tried those yet, they smell amazing! Im thankful for the friendly staff finding what will work w my Groupon! I will definitely be making the drive and recommending to all my friends!

My favorite coffee spot, but more than that. They have beer and wine, plus some yummy food. My favorite is the curry. This place is a favorite and I miss when they were 24 hours. I was one of those in there with friends at 2 am for some coffee and vegan food after a night out.

Very disappointed in the food and drink. I received their dark chocolate iced coffee, and the drink was both gritty and watery. I was unable to take more than two sips before I threw it away. Total waste of money. Then I received the original breakfast sandwich, which was mediocre at best.Far too expensive for the quality and the lack of care while making the drinks and food.

VEGAN ONLY! I was unaware of this when I walked in but the late night lady was very friendly so I tried it out. Side salad was delicious. Calzone was a bit doughy and had a lack of fillings and flavor but what are you to expect of something without butter cheese and meat? All and all not for me. People with dietary restrictions may have a rare good 24 hour option.

Great potential but I waited 20 minutes for just a tea and scone, asked what the wifi was, was told it was public and it ended up being inaccessible. When I went in to speak to the employee, I was not even acknowledged, hoping they can work on tending to customers in a more organized fashion.

24 hour cafe ??? That alone gives them the 5 stars.This place has been around for about 10 years. In January 2018 they went strictly VEGAN. IMPORTANT: THEY DO NOT HAVE/SERVE NON VEGAN THINGS. Unfortunately the menu online is incorrect. The pictures posted are of the menu taken November 2018. Posole is quite scrumptious. Ziti was good too. Vanilla chai was perfect. Will be returning.

Service was a little on the slower side. Food was delicious but a bit overpriced. $24 for a normal sandwich, a soup, and a 16oz drink seems high. The sandwich was normal sized bread slices, not sub sized, if they were it would have made sense for the price. Im not sure if the pricing is due to this restaurant being strictly vegan, but Im still inclined to think it should have been priced lower.Overall, Id love to eat here again if they price everything a little better.$11 for the sandwich$8 for the soup$3 for the drinkNot including taxes.

Had brunch with my girlfriend she had protein pancakes, which she said were delicious. I had the Reuben sandwich. It was amazing! I would definitely go back just for the vegan pastrami! Bonus tip: if you give them some notice, you can buy the pastrami by the pound to take home like you do at the deli! We didnt try them, but the baked goods looked amazing also. We will definitely be back. Tip #2: they have a couple of Groupons available, which makes trying them out easy on the wallet too!

Good food and bakery. But extremely limited gluten free meal options. The pricing for making the limited options gluten free reduces the size of the product to an insulting amount for the price, especially when compared to the other products offered.

Went here two times I gave them 4 stars because I wish there were more options on the menu. I was kind of forced to choose between two dishes. If I could i would give it a 4.5. I liked that they were open when I landed and as well as the staff being excellent.

This is one of my favorite cafes in the PHX area. The location is perfect when your heading downtown to work or even heading home from work. One of the coolest features is that its 24/7 everyday and has vegans options. When I go there I get the pumpkin spice chai latte with soy milk. Amazing!! The WiFi is free and its a great place to work and study.

I really wanted to like this place, but ended up really disappointed. The food was bland and tasted like I could easily make this at home in the microwave. The carnitas jackfruit was watery and tasted like lime juice, but that was the highlight of my dish. The pinto beans were undercooked. The roasted potatoes were mushy. The free wifi that they have signs everywhere for didnt work either. (I tried all three SSIDs.) Very underwhelming experience; I would give them 1 star but they get 2 stars for being vegan.

Always wonderful, always VEGAN food great for take-out or for eating on their PATIO (sometimes while a jazz or rock band is playing on a weekend). I love the SUSHI rolls made to order, and the TAMALES, and the BREAKFAST BURRITO... plus now I get cravings for their new (always vegan) CARNE ASADA BURRITO --- or as a BOWL... Truly love their food, and the owners and folks working there are dedicated and decent. Oh yeah, get a coffee or SMOOTHIE or even a BEER there as well. Kind of an amazing place.

I pass through Phoenix every so often and stopped in to try this place. Let me tell you, this place is legit! It’s all vegan and taste amazing and super fresh. I tried the “pastrami” sandwich and the chorizo burrito but with spicy mayo. The spicy mayo is made in House and taste great! Everything I ate, tasted great here! Def recommend, if you are vegan or love vegan options.

I was highly impressed with Urban Beans!! I have been on a mission to try all of the vegan restaurants and cafes in the valley, and this was on my list. The baristas were so friendly and positive when I came in; I felt so welcomed! Furthermore, the barista who made me my London Fog steeped it extra long and got creative with the flavor, so that it was the most magnificent latte I had ever had. No joke. The scone was also DELICIOUS. Not too sweet like some of them are, which is where many go wrong! Very moist and not dry at all. I will definitely be back! ✨

I returned to get a free cup of coffee because the last cup I purchased for $3 was cold and in a weak attempt to warm it up the cashier pour hot water into it.The free cup of coffee was ruined by spoiled half and half that I did not realize until I took my first couple of sips at my desk. Youll notice I drank more than Id like to think about, extremely disappointed in the lack of care of there products. Never going back even though they offered another free cup.

Great vegan place! The coffee is delicious and so are their food options. I fell in love with the pear almond scone. This is also a nice place to sit down and do some work or read. Theres an inside and outside seating area.

Went for brunch and the food was very tasty. Our order wasnt quite right and they fixed it right away and gave us a pastry. I got the mocha chocolate scone. It was so delicious!
