Went in to buy a beach cruiser and asked the gentleman if he could help me. He was very nice and helpful. A lot of older employees there and I believe that’s why they are so helpful (if they know what your talking about). I’m big on respecting our elders and they will reciprocate that.

Good as any other Wal-Mart. Im used to Albuquerque Wal-Mart where there is a little more organic selections.

This Walmart is almost an inconvenience to come to. The front door greeters are rude at times. The employees are in knowledgeable of there own department. They’re hardly restocked. And I can never get an electric handicap chair to be able to shop. I’ve came in four times the last month to shop and was not able to even get past the front entrance. Very disappointed.

Mostly has everything I need. Could be a bit cleaner but with the holidays its not too bad. Prices are good too !!

I cant go more then 2 stars because of how not clean it was and how bad there service was. But I was surprised on how the lines are moving faster now than they used to. To fix this place up to get it back up to a 3 4 5 star Walmart is cleaning the place literally clean the place for two nights straight clean everything all your employees clean everything then work on customer service for a week doing sales classes and stuff and customer service classes. And keep pressing and pushing the customer service is key customer service is key and theyll be back at four stars within 2 weeks

Great store. You can find anything you basically want. Dont try and ask for help though, half the associates dont know their own store. And, couldnt direct me or inform me of an item that is either not in stock or they just dont know if they stock the item and walk off looking at their cellular telephone. CRAZY!

Walmart has a great home and garden selection. All of home and garden needs in one spot. Patio furniture, house plants, plant food, lawn supplies and much more

The prices cant be beaten, except sometimes by Amazon, but the convenience of getting something in an hour by heading to the store instead of waiting for shipping is often what makes the difference for me.The customer service on the other hand is not great. They seem chronically understaffed, so it is difficult to find help, and when you do, they seem to busy to offer great service. You could compare it to a website where everything is self-serve, but at least on Amazon they dont have half the products under lock and key forcing me to wait for a customer service person who will likely never come.

Walmart use to be a great place to shop but the employees attitudes have drop. Walmart bo longer will honor their online prices in store. Tried asking the employees and management about this and their answers were if you want that price you have to buy it off the website. Looks like other stores like Target will be getting mine as well as a lot of other peoples business.

I was helped by Sandy from electronics and she help me so I can buy a phone for my son. I wasnt going to go for a $175 + phone but her knowledge and generosity and helpfulness was amazing and I wont forget it. I was also in a hurry yesterday and she was fast to recognize I needed help and was fast. The phone is amazing thanks Sandy!!! 👏💯

My son and I found everything we needed. I ask were my item was and the associate was very friendly and knew what I was looking for and what aisle it was on. The store looks like it is an older store or that they need to hire more staff for cleaning because it was very dirty inside and out. There was a lot of trash outside along the sidewalk in front of the store and in the parking lot. The inside was pretty organized but the floors and walls were dirty as well. Other than that it was a decent store, the customers and workers all were friendly.

I get it that people steal stuff, but literally half the store is behind glass and you have to hope and pray that you can not only find a sales associate but that they arent busy so they can help you get your item(s) your wanting to purchase and then that hopefully they dont lose it as they have to walk it to a register and your not allowed to touch it till you buy it. Really hard when your buying an 8 dollar belt lol

I have always had a great experience shopping here for my fresh fruits and vegetables which are always in stock as well as my Daves organic bread. So I am happy to shop here for those items. Friendly place and courteous service!

I had a horrible experience today at Regal Nails inside Walmart at Christown Mall!! The two ladies pictured were prejudice and disrespectful! The younger lady in the picture kept repeating to me that I didn’t have to be there because She got offended when I asked her to wash her hands! Later when I went to confront them, The younger lady she jumped up in my face in a hostile manner and told me to leave! With the world still being in Covid I have every right to ask this young Asian woman to wash her hands with soap and water! This nail shop has a serious problem with black women! I’ve been discriminated against and I am going escalate this issue!

Theres not much to say about Walmart. Used to be the lowest prices around maybe still are but to me they were pretty high its impossible to find a sales floor associate to help you lots of associates outside either talking or smoking. We parked by the pharmacy doors so wed be closer and after we parked and get out the guy tells us those doors are locked we had to walk all the way up to the front. Basically youre on your own when youre in there shopping trying to find stuff and at checkouts

I stepped foot into this store hoping to walk out with white fuzzy socks (they were new apparently). Instead, I walked out being escorted by a rude employee with an attitude. I asked an employee where the socks were, and I walked over to the aisle. There were no fuzzy socks. I saw an employee walk past them and looked at them, and I followed her down until I got her attention. She told me that they were in stock, of course i was well aware that she noticed that they were out. I was also going to look for a pet for my 5 year old son. He is very interested in rain forest reptiles. I have actually moved here from France (we do not have any walmart’s in France.), so I don’t know what this place has or doesn’t have. I kindly asked a woman “Hi! Do you have any frogs by any chance?” and she gave me a huge attitude and literally told me to leave and escorted me and my son out. I called later and the manager gave me an attitude assuming I was prank calling. I was laughing so hard like, I’m 29 years old! Why in the world would an adult prank call? She asked me so rudely to come into the store. I had my sister do most of the talking and I was astonished how rude people can be especially seeing as how their the manager of a large superstore. Teach your employees (and yourself) a little bit of respect and get rid of the attitude. Never coming here again!

I hate this Wal-Mart... I am disabled and need a scooter to shop, they never have one for me here. So I went to talk to a Mgr... come to find out, they only have 1 scooter in the whole store! Her reason was that the customers keep breaking them. Ill be writing a nice letter to corporate today.

Its a basic city Walmart with everything youd need. It just always seems like it needs a cleaning maybe because there are so many people or so much stuff. The staff is always friendly so thats good.

Experience was very horrible. Went in at 9:30 AM to get turkey slices from the deli. The woman employee who was taking an order with a female customer was kind and nice. She immediately looked around for another employee and finished with the customer and proceeded to act like she didnt see me. When I waved at her she asked if I need help and she looked around and then proceeded to help me but with a disdain. I made my order for 2lbs of Sara Lee Honey Roasted Turkey and she seemed relieved it wasnt much more. However when I asked if she could separate the 2lbs into 4 half pound Ziploc bags she became very unfriendly add said something under her breath. I got my turkey and then asked for some ham slices and I felt like I had asked the lady to lift 300 lbs. Worst deli experience ever.

The place was clean friendly service but I would say they need to open up their return or exchange center before 8:00 cuz they open at 6:00

This is a generalized review on the Walmart chain in general. Walmart has a product brand ONN this includes tvs, speakers, cords etc. recently there was an issue with my tv and I have contacted them several times on this product issue. I have had nothing but issues for getting this warranty resolved. I heard I’ll call you back, we have escalated the issue. I have been dealing with this problem since august. I have been given SEVERAL incorrect numbers to contact. I was working with an agent on the phone from ONN they contacted this specific Walmart location and the manager said there was nothing they could do. I am done with this company, I will never shop their electronics again and make sure I let everyone know about this issue on here and Yelp and also will contact the better business bureau. Do better Walmart.

Always convenient, location wise for me but if youre a procrastinator like me then I suggest not coming here for last minute shopping. Usually not available or its chaotic with items strewn and in areas they dont belong.

The only and I mean ONLY reason as to why I gave this so called, Walmart 1 star is because I unfortunately couldnt give it 0 stars. First of all, What kind of Walmart doesnt have Dino nuggets? And dont even get me started on the dairy section. They had cracked eggs all over the place, a TOTAL mess if you ask me. I even have a witness. And oh, the speakers!! They cut off and make an awful noise, it sounds like nails on a chalkboard. Frankly I would never go there again...

The only disappointing experience was having no manned checkout stands with lines backed up half way in the store with self checkouts. Very doubtful if I return. No social distancing or sanitation between customers touchpoints and very slow service.

It is surprising how this Walmart continues to get worse and worse. I was there today 7/27/21 and had to wait in line to check out for literally 1 hr no exaggeration. There were only 2 lanes open for the whole store 1 of which was to 20 and under lane and the regular. The manager Cassy saw how backed up the lanes were yet she did not do anything about the lanes until after people started complaining. This Walmart is very dissapointing, not that the others arent the same as well. Do better Walmart..

They never have shopping carts available which is a huge inconvenience with my young kids trying to get groceries. Hard to find staff for assistance & when you do their rude. Even management was not helpful.

I really like this walmart.they really need to get on the ball with their carts. Third time there ,usually have to wait for one, got lucky today, i got the last one. There was a guy just sitting there. That is why i gave you 3 stars ,just tired of trying to find a cart and no help from front end employees other than, oh their at break or lunch.

We always go to this one because the other walmart does not have in stock some of the items we need.Before my father passed away, there were sometimes he could not sleep at night. He would drive or walk to the Walmart in Centerville Utah in the middle of the night and walk up and down the aisles. This would relax him enough to go home and get some sleep. Walmart is here to stay.

Searched for a cart for a good 10 minutes. All of them were broken. Employee were scattered around Walmart just sitting down taking breaks. Definitely my worst experience at a Walmart.

I go out of my way to go to this location. The clientele is a bit rough but they always have what I need. The store on 35th Ave n Bethany home is a toilet!

I dont like this Wal-Mart......Ive never been to a Walmart where they keep so many items locked behind a glass cabinet. I happened to go in to buy some new Haines T-shirts. Well I found out they keep the t shirts locked up.....who locks up t shirts?? Never seen anything like it. If they are getting stolen....where is security and why arent they doing their job. Seems like this store has a lot the bad element hanging around.....Do your job security. Ive got better things to do then wait around waiting for an employee to unlock the y shirts

This has got to be one of the dirtiest stores I have been in. The inside was as bad as the outside. Sad to say there isnt any pride in doing a good job anymore.

We mainly go here for paint supplies and hardware with regard to demo and rebuilds. Little to offer but, its sometimes works. We went back three different times in 8 days to try and get paint simply mixed, no color added, but no one seemed to know how to work the paint mixer. That was frustrating!

I went to pickup a single ink cartridge ( Canon) but saw that I saved more buying a combo. The combo was even cheaper than Amazon! Wahoo !Gotta love Wal-Mart.

I have noticed that Walmart at Christown has been inconsistent with keeping their shelves stocked with items I typically buy. Twice in the same visit I had to climb on shelves to reach for items that were at the back of the shelves. Obviously they have no one walking around pulling product to the edge so that people can reach it. Long, slow check out lines. They have plenty of registers, but less than half open. The experience was frustrating. On a positive note for this visit, the staff I encountered were friendly and pleasant.There was an issue at Christmas time when I bought a Walmart gift card for a gift for someone. This at Christown as well. I asked that the cashier put $40 on it. When the person tried to use the card a month later, there was no money on it. This leads me to believe that the cashier was either a thief or incompetent. Unfortunately I did not save the receipt so I was told that all hope was lost in being reimbursed. I didnt count on theivery or incompetence at Walmart. A company like Walmart with the money that they have would not refund me $40 which I couldnt afford to lose. While I get that they need proof of a receipt, they should have made good on that. Not my fault that the cashier screws up.

Place is dirty not great service and it seems like Everytime I have to to there anyway there always out of Alot of stuff.

They are out of everything I went there for today. Where are the stockers? No 8 pak powerades, no medical needs of what I needed.Then bought a thermometer as mine is on its last leg and its came broken too!Not a happy camper at all.

Friendly and helpful as always. Was in and out in under an hour. New soups are awesome!

Honestly I think that this Walmart is losing business and probably is taking down multiple Walmarts with it it was so sad to watch many people walk out as the alarm sound it off the security guards try but at the end of the day this is a repeating habit and it’s literally a joke. Because his heart is the security tried along with police established outside the building within the first 30 seconds of me walking in I heard five alarms as if someone had stolen something and there was too many for them to catch and people just nonchalantly continue to do this.I think honestly Walmart either needs to rethink their location or strategize their security level not that we want to start discriminating against people but it was very sad to see no respect for the business..

This Walmart is always a delight to shop at. Its well organized, clean, and has a user-friendly shopping flow. The employees are attentive and seem to keep busy, while at the same time they remain observant enough to greet and attend to customers wants and needs.

Went to target to get a bag, for a zoo trip for the kids, just something small and cheap and found nothing. I went here and there were so many options. The price and amazing as well. Quick in and out, no problems.

I am disabled and I need to use a scooter in order to do my shopping. They only have 1 and someone else already had it. This is a low-income part of town. Ther are many elderly and disabled people living in the community and there is a Assisted-Living facility 2 blocks west of the store. One scooter for the public to use is unacceptable.

Prior to now, I have not been to this Walmart in a very long time. Now that I work near it, I come quite often when I am on my break. At first it was always clean and well stocked. It is still clean but lately not so well stocked. My biggest complaint is with the lack of cashiers and how they make this elderly person cashier, the person is a good worker just too old to be doing that job they wont even put he at the 20 items or less lane. Walmart youre better than that!

Limited staff in any area. Had to wait :15m for an associate in Auto dept, who could locate a key to open up a case to get a couple of LED light strips (really)? The lady who did finally help us. Was very courteous & helpful. Then as we tried to exit store @ 8:20pm, they had locked the East exit doors. No sign or barricades were present to indicate the doors were locked. Approximately 12 customers tried to get out these door & all of us had to turn around & walk the enitre store just to exit out the West doorway exit! Then we all had to walk the entire store again, going east. Just so we could get to our vehicles too leave. The store was messy & many workers were in bad moods & unhelpful. Not going to that store again. No thanks!!
