Have not been into the shop as I live in California. However everything I have gotten from zeal has been top notch. In fact I prefer their house brand sticks over big name sticks any day. Highly highly recommend the Kings Envy, Kings Comeback or the Lost Cause.

Best cigar shop and lounge in the greater Phoenix area! Owner Bradley is super friendly and easy to talk to. He loves recommending cigars when wanted. Hell also just let you cruise the expansive humidors (yes theres two!!) if youd rather. Best kept secret in Phoenix is hes brought in exclusive house branded cigars that are blended and manufactured by the factories of the leading cigar brands!! So, you can get world class cigars at a fraction of the typical price! Of course he also carries an incredible selection of world-renowned cigars.Zeals lounge is an exceedingly relaxing place with an intimate feel. A great place to come and clear your head. I only wish the lounge hours would extend into the later evening hours. One of my favorite cigar spots. The staff is friendly, helpful, and great energy when you enter the place. The cigars are very affordable. The are about the culture for sure. You will not be disappointed. Its a must go visit spot.

I live in IL and I found there youtube channel that is absolutely incredible especially if you are a novice or seasonal cigar smoker like I am. Through watching the youtube channel I learned a lot about enjoying cigars and new cigars brands. I emailed them a few questions and they responded with in 24hrs. I ordered my first 5 pack of the Yeti Tracker house brand cigars it came right on time and the Cigars are super high quality and delicious!

After retiring a couple years ago, I wanted to start a new hobby to relax. I just got interested in cigars and got hooked (and educated) by watching Bradleys videos on YouTube (both TNT and Zeal). Worth it. Very helpful. Every great review was correct. Pointed me towards some very good cigars. I mentioned that I heard their house blends were great. They were too big for what I was looking for so they showed me others that were perfect for the occasion.

We watch Zeal’s reviews online and looked forward to visiting when we were in town. The shop has several really good brands, but the gems are the house brands. It is difficult to choose only one, as each one has its own signature blend. Bradley is a great guy and is very friendly. All in all if you love cigars make this a stop in Phoenix.

This was my first visit as it had been recommended to me by other local cigar aficionado. Zeal Cigar has a really great selection and extremely knowledgeable/ friendly staff. Prices are very competitive too. I will return in the future to replenish my stash and just to sit and enjoy a smoke in their comfortable lounge. Highly recommended!!!

This shop carries a lot of your favorite brands in a very nice and fancy humidor. Those cigars are very competitively priced. The real treat is further back in the “house cigar” room. In that room, there is a smorgasbord of great cigars that you’ve never heard of.My standard is a Rockie Patel Vintage 1990, so as the family line of cigars go, sorry Vida, I don’t go that light. Between Len and Brad, I’m going to have side with the Devil Doc. The Crooked Beard is fantastic and delivers a great Maduro flavor.I’m looking forward to exploring the cigars in that room, but it will be hard to pull me away from the Devil Doc and Crooked Beard.

Unfortunately, I have not had the chance to go check Zeal Cigars out in person. It is roughly 1,781 miles and 28 hours away from the house. But have ordered from them many many times, and have never been disappointed. I get my cigars within a week with their great shipping, they are all shipped with a boveda pack, a box of matches (awesome), and some of the freshest and honestly best cigars you can find. If you know me sometimes I like to mess with online companies not to be mean but just to see how far they are willing to go for a customer. I asked for an autographed sticker...they did not disappoint and Brad even said no problem. It probably took a moment of their time, but was huge and a big reason I keep going back. Someday Brad I will make that 1,781 mile journey to check it out and hopefully smoke a spice cream with you. Keep up the great work.

The whole staff/family is very knowledgeable and extremely friendly. Their name brand and house brand selections are top notch and prices are wallet friendly. The intimate lounge is great for small groups.

I ordered 10 Cigars and the acrylic humidor (which came with 5 premium cigars and a digital Humidity display). Everything arrived quickly, and was packaged exceptionally well. The cigars were all cellophane wrapped and sealed with humidity control packs and cushioned with bubble wrap. there was no extra room in the box for items to rattle around. There was no damage or missing items. I could tell that they put care into packaging them. I smoke a cigar a couple times a week and love a variety of cigars both flavored and unflavored, but I cant afford to smoke more expensive ones as much anymore because of a job change (stupid COVID-19). However, in addition to their more expensive premium cigars, they also have some budget ones. I ordered some of the more cost effective cigars for a weekly morning bible study with a friend. I already tried one of them out and I think I have found my new go to cigars when money is tight. Im looking forward to using Zeal cigars for further purchases.

I agree with the reviews right before me regarding great customer service and outstanding sticks. I started as a result of a friend sharing it. We live 2/3’s of a continent away from AZ. So I have to say they are the best online cigar retailer I have tried out of about 7. The house brands are really really good. I bought 3 10 pks in the past week (since summer is coming) and I am not really a big cigar buyer. They are simply that good. The Reith Family Cigars are very very good as well. I would put them up their with the top 10 I have ever smoked. (In the past 9 years)Zeal is simply fantastic. Kari is great at what she does. The sticks are well worth it but also a great price. As of today’s delivery I have a Zeal only humidor for my primary selections. I call it my Zealidor. The other brands are relegated to my 2nd one. Thank you Zeal! You and your crooked beard and the Devil Doc are doing a great job!

Zeal cigars is a great little spot for all your cigar wants and needs. The owner Brad is a very smart guy and knows the business well. He can make the best recommendation for your specific pallet. All while staying withing your budget. The house blends there are very fun well blended, and very well made. Some I would say go beyond normal name brand cigars you see everywhere. I find myself stopping here alot when Im in the area. The lounge is smallish but thats fine. Talking and socializing is good for you.

Ordered online and were having an issue currently with lack of communication. There was an issue in some of the shipping information that I would like to correct before get shipped to some strangers because I dont believe that theyre going to appreciate $50 cigars much like we would and I really dont wanna lose that amount of money if its an issue that can be fixed. However no one is answering my emails or answering the phone and its getting frustrating.
