After shopping around to many carpet stores and getting a little sticker shocked on a good quality carpet for our home we happened upon Paradise Tile and Stone which is right around the corner. What a little gem! They have an excellent selection as well as fair prices, even for a more premium carpet. Cosimo was a true gentlemen, very knowledgeable, and did everything he said he would and more! Great installers that did a top-notch job - wish I could remember their names because they were very professional and thorough in their installation. I had the flooring in my whole house replaced. Benito, Marie and Edwin removed all of the existing tile, carpet and baseboards. They installed vinyl plank and new baseboards, caulked the baseboards and cleaned up their mess. They had to repeatedly move my furniture out of the way because I have nowhere to place it temporarily and then moved everything back. They did a fantastic job! The vinyl plank looks great and I felt the price was very reasonable.

In April 2020 we had Paradise Tile & Natural Stone refloor our bedrooms, masterbath, masterbath closet and entryway and are once again very pleased with the end result. We are repeat customers. We used this company in 2017 and loved the job they did then. The owner, Cosimo, has a terrific selection of tile, stone, and luxury vinyl planking. He is very easy to work with, is punctual and efficient, and has a trustworthy and skilled work crew. We feel we received excellent value as well. I went to a couple different places before stopping at Paradise Tile that did not make me feel like I was anything but more money in their pocket. We had several estimates from other tile companies when we walked into Paradise Tile. Just happen to be in our neighborhood, Anthony (Cosimos son) talked with us about options for wood flooring or wood like flooring. He introduced us to Luxury Vinyl flooring. Hesitant at first was slowly hooked at how real it looked like wood, lifetime warranty and waterproof! Cosimo the owner was out same day and gave us estimate. Still unsure on what I wanted we picked up samples and Cosimo said go look at this product in one of his customers homes and we did, Wow, it was beautiful! This customer also gave High reviews on vinyl flooring and workmanship.Outcome: Pricing is comparable with other flooring products but with one exception-Cosimo uses his own installers. That was a important to know that Cosimo doesnt just sell the flooring but also pay attention to installation until the job is complete. The workmanship was top notch and his installers showed up every day on time and cleaned up at end of day. Everything was done on schedule, 2000 sq ft of flooring w/ baseboards completed. This is a tiny store front but a small business that delivers big results. Shopping for the latest stone and tile and flooring - all which I’ve done a lot of - is an immense pleasure at Paradise Tile. I’ve done business for years and it continues to be such a secure feeling to know that the owner looks at my home like he would his own. I always feel I am in the most capable of hands. The work is stellar and the products top notch. Cosimo is more patient with me than my husband when I can’t make up my mind, why wouldn’t I go back.

The business is trustworthy and has great customer service. In 2017, I had shopped a few places and had the issue of trying to install tile in a second floor condo with HOA rules regarding sound proofing. Cosimo was knowledgeable on condo flooring installs and helped me to pick out a beautiful laminate wood floor and carpet. He was quick to come out and give me an estimate. The installers for both were top notch. Cosimo has the best folks working for him. So far, no complaints from neighbors about noise and the condo looks amazing. Beautiful flooring. Also, I appreciated how friendly Cosimo is and quick to respond to any questions or concerns.Flash forward to 2018, almost 2 years later, I was having an issue with a transition piece. I reached out to Cosimo unsure of what to do to fix this properly after talking to a few handymen who did not seem to understand floating laminate flooring. Cosimo graciously offered to replace the piece and even send out one of his expert installers the next time they were in the area to replace it. I doubt you will find another flooring store with this type of customer service. This type of care keeps customers loyal. I will definitely use Cosimo in the future as well as continue to recommend him.

We had Paradise tear out the old tile and replace it in our entryway, kitchen and small bath. They shrouded everything for the tear out including making a small “room” of the entryway so there was no dust in the rest of the house. They use long levels when laying the tiles so everything is perfectly flat, no tiles or corners sticking up. Great work. I highly recommend them. Cosimo himself measures it and checks the work in progress!

Met with several different flooring companies and this by far was the most knowledgeable and experienced one! Cosimo the owner was wonderful to work with, we went to the store to look at flooring options and decided on the luxury vinyl plank flooring. We used Paradise Tile & Stone to replace all the flooring in our house. When we first went to the store to look at products, they were extremely helpful. The great service continued from there. Cosimo came to our house to measure and write his quote. I thought the price was fair for a quality product. His installation crew was great! We had 4000 square feet of flooring replaced. There were six guys working and they worked hard! We did not have one single issue with their workmanship. They showed up when they said they would, finished the job on time and on budget.Definitely recommend!

A few months ago we had carpeting, tiling, and hardwood floors installed. Cosimo was great to work with. We highly recommend Paradise Tile. They replaced all of the flooring in our Goodyear home with tile (mostly) and carpet. Unlike many tile stores in the valley, Paradise installs their products rather than handing the job off to a third party. Cosimo, the owner, is engaged in the entire process from product select through installation. After having visited many of the competing stores along Bell Road, getting samples and contractor lists, we found our way the Paradise Tile on a Wednesday in early February. Cosimo and his son assisted in getting us a few samples. On Thursday we called to let him know that one of the samples was perfect. Subsequently, Cosimo offered to come to our home the next Sunday to measure the space and prepare the sales agreements. Then he calls us on Friday morning to say that he had another installation that was postponed and that he could start our installation that next Monday morning if he could come out on Saturday finalize the deal. He did and we signed. Monday morning his tile guys, Rajulio and Oliver, show up right on time and after two weeks we had 2600 sq ft of new floors and baseboards. The installation could not have gone any better. From start to finish, everyone at Paradise Tile performed exactly as they said they would...a first class operation with integrity. We are thrilled with our new floors.

There are not a lot of tile stores near Anthem so we googled some options and randomly chose Paradise Tile which is near Tatum and Greenway in Phoenix. Cosmo and his son helped us select some great samples to take home that day and a few days later came to our house to measure. We chose luxury vinyl tile which has a 50 year warranty in a pattern that looks like wood planks but without the upkeep. We were very happy with our selections and looked forward to our installation day. Our installers continued to make our experience with Paradise Tile a seamless one as they were very interested in seeing that we were completely satisfied with the outcome. We felt they went above and beyond to make our results extraordinary from a design perspective and did not overlook even the minutest details from concept to cleanup. We would definitely recommend Cosmo, his products and his team of installers to everyone. Not only did we connect with some great luxury vinyl tile during our transaction but we also made the “Chicago” connection. As it turned out, Cosmo and my husband are both from Chicagoland making for instant bonding and rapport. Already had a place on Scottsdale Rd I was planning to buy tile for my dining room and 3 of our bedrooms. My instinct told me to get a competing quote. Google search results sent me here. The owner took the time to understand my needs and suggested Luxury Vinyl Planks for the bedrooms. Did he say Vinyl? No way was my first thought. He explained vinyl, showed me the planks and explained the virtues of the material. I took some pieces home and fell in love with the look and feel! I am so happy I went in this direction for the bedrooms. And to think I almost chose having to walk on cold tile, usually barefoot in my bedroom! Im very pleased. Easy to clean, wet or dry. Install was near perfect. A couple areas needed attention, but they were more than happy to correct. As for our tile dining room, it came out beautifully. We color matched as best as we could to go with the existing travertine. Not one single tile is crooked or uneven and I am very particular. Planning to go back when I am ready to complete my fireplace surround.

We found Paradise Tile while searching Yelp for someone to install new flooring in our condo. We wanted a laminate wood floor to replace our carpet. Cosimo brought samples to our home and helped us choose the style and color that complimented our home perfectly. I cant say enough good things about our experience with Cosimo and his team. We had all of the flooring replaced in our 2300 sq ft house...some tile and some carpet. We also had new baseboards installed everywhere. These guys impressed at every step. Cosimos initial estimate (based on my own measurements, and before we had even picked the tile or carpet) was almost dead on. Demo started on the exact day it was scheduled, even though we had scheduled everything a few weeks in advance. We hired Cosimo and his team when we decided to replace the carpet in our offices/bedrooms and went to his store to select it. I was referred to Paradise Tile from a friend who had used them. My friends flooring looks amazing and my flooring was unparalleled. I wanted to use a laminate floor for durability and Cosmo helped us choose the style and color that looks perfect in my home. All his flooring is of high quality and the laminate meets the California standards for quality/CARB 2 compliance, no matter what sample/brand I chose from, I googled them all, no formaldehyde in his shop. The flooring looks beautiful, it looks like real wood and the baseboards fit perfectly with a modern edge around the corner. I am very happy that I got a HIGH quality, beautiful floor WITHIN my budget (and believe me, I got several quotes). Will definitely use them again on all future projects. Ve been a repeat customer for several years now. Paradise tile has a large selection of flooring at reasonable prices. Recently, my wife and I had Paradise tile install some laminate wood-like flooring and had our stair case re-built (Yes, we had brady bunch stairs) I cant say we were surprised, but the craftsmanship of the job was spectacular and exceeded our expectation! This review is long due. Finally got some time put this together.In Jun’2016 after moving to our new house in Stetson Valley, we had to change the flooring. We wanted to change the worn out carpet full of pet hair etc. wreaking havoc on all of us in the family. We picked up Empire Today for their nation-wide presence. That was a big mistake! After wrestling with their sales and operations point of contacts for 4 days we called off the agreement with them. We compared some local flooring folks and spoke with them. He was 5 stars through and through and no wonder why!Cosimo explained the difference between types of flooring, answered all our questions patiently and helped us to finalize on what we want. We picked up higher end luxury vinyl for spaces other than bedrooms and a low-pile California carpet for the bedrooms. To our surprise, the cost was less that what Empire Today quoted even for simple laminate. We decided luxury vinyl over laminates as we wanted a no hassle, water-proof flooring for hall, loft etc. Cosimo handed out nicely broken down costing, worked with us to lower it where possible. We finalized the deal on our first visit.He came over for the measurement during weekend, gave us a plan around procuring the material and actual work. 4 days for both luxury vinyl and carpet work of around 2000 sqft.The work started as planned. The folks who worked with Cosimo to do the actual work came out to be extremely professional. They worked during the day when we are off-work, cleaned up after their work so that we can live in the house during night. Never faced any problem considering the fact that our daughter was only 4 yrs old at that time. Cosimo came for a final inspection and it was wonderfully done.It has been almost 9 months since. The flooring is still awesome. We remember Cosimo for doing a great job with our flooring. Highly recommend him for any of your flooring work.
