We had some termite damage on our engineered hardwood floor. I called over a dozen flooring companies and was told they couldn’t help me because I didn’t have any spare planks available for the repair. And no one was willing to try to find a similar product to match. Then I called John. Not only was he incredibly friendly, he told me he thought he could help find a similar product. I sent him a photo of the damage and the next day he had material on order for the repair. He continued to follow up with me throughout the week to let me know the order was on its way and when I could expect the repair. His team arrived on time, made the repair in under an hour, and were so professional. You would never guess this was a “matched” product as it looks nearly identical to the rest of the flooring. European Design just completed our floors - wood style pircelain tile, carpet and baseboards. We began working with Jonas in the showroom. We visited a number of times; deciding between wood, wood tiles and vinyl flooring. Jonas was very patient and knowledgeable, guiding us through the decision process. Once we decided, we worked with Marin for the estimation and installation. A few weeks before the holidays, we agreed on a start date about 3 weeks in the future. The demolition started on time, and the job finished on time. A few times, we met with Marin to make decisions, and we stopped by almost daily to see the progress. The tile crew was great, explaining what they were doing, making us comfortable with their skill and ouri decision. We were also getting the house interior painted.Marin worked with us to make the timing work, scheduling the carpet installation after the painting was done. We have had a few questions since the job was completed and Marin has been very responsive. Bottom line, it looks great!

ED was listed as a source (among three) of a particular brand of flooring I was looking for. Their showroom has a reasonably complete display of most popular brands, as well as tile and carpeting. I did not shop price particularly but was confident they were competitive. After the product was ordered and delivered to their store, I changed my mind and wanted a different looking floor. They were able to help me get the distributor restocking fee reduced materially, saving me money caused by my changing my mind.The install was timely and professionally done. I would give them 5 stars except that there were a few spots on the floor after, solvent I believe. Marin came out and removed them. No biggie, but cost a star in rating.They give references, and can have mine if some one wants to talk to me about it. NOT a deal breaker.

The entire team at European Design Flooring is wonderful. From the first time my wife and I walked into the showroom we knew that this was the company we wanted to work with. They had hundreds of samples to choose from and the lady who helped us out was focused on our needs.Once we ordered the wood floor they were delivered to us within a week. The owner, Marin, delivered them himself and explained to us the installation process and helped prepare us for the next step.The first day of installation the team arrived at 7:30a and began moving the heavy pieces of furniture, removing the existing carpet, and began prepping the concrete. Around 10:30a they were all ready to begin install. Before 6p, the same day, the 6 man crew was finished installing just over 1,200 square feet of engineered hardwood floor. The next morning, at 8a, the crew arrived again to finish installing the baseboards, moving the furniture back inside, and even cleaned the floors one last time.All I can say is that they were clean, professional, and fast!

In my search to find wood flooring for my entire home (minus baths and laundry), I went to about 5 or 6 different vendors of many varieties. I went from several upscale locations in the Scottsdale Airpark to wholesalers. I chose European Design for many reasons. First, they had an amazing showroom with many samples. The sample floors they have laid in the store are artistry and immediately gave me a feel of their abilities. The salesperson, Andrea, was by far the most knowledgeable person I had dealt with in the flooring business. Andrea knew the entire inventory and more about the demo and installation process than anyone I had talked to. The patience she showed in sending sample after sample home with me was amazing. Also, once I had narrowed my choice down, European Design ordered me a carton of the floor and the owner, Marin, brought it to my home to insure I would be happy with it. The pricing of their floors was extremely competitive especially considering what is included at no charge (moving large furniture, carpet removal, placing felt pads under furniture). I felt I got a bargain. They do not contract out the demo and installation. They are family owned and operated. The work crew was very efficient, hard working, talented and especially neat. The owner came every day to check on the progress and insure I was pleased with the installation. I am very fussy and detail orientated and they did not let me down. Overall, it was a huge undertaking and if I did in again in another home, I would only consider European Design.

Marin and his team were outstanding. The price was inline with other bids I received, but Marin was the only one who would provide references of recent jobs similar to mine (we were having stone tile removed and matching up existing Provenza flooring with the same style). The references all said the same thing... Marin and his team were top notch craftsmen.The job started on time even though at the last minute I nearly doubled the square footage of the job. There were no hidden costs and the job finished on time.
