Went in on a Friday and within a few minutes owner had recommended a kit so we went with it. There was a car already being worked on by the time I paid so I left my car there and went home to wait, they called me in about 3 hours and everything was complete, within about an hour one of my fuses went out due to the system, owner said it was something common that happens due to the heat and had me drive up there so they could repair it, no hassle or attitude - willingness to help, was in and out within about 10 minutes. Installed in a 2018 Honda Accord, great quality, clean wire work and my sound system is now sounding how I’ve always wanted it to. Definitely will be recommending to others.

Great service. I walked in to have my amp and sub installed. They were already busy and booked up for the day, but they still managed to squeeze me in. The sun sounds great and they even calibrated the settings to make the speakers that I already had in there, sound WAY better. Totally coming back here for future work. Great job guys, thank you!

It was my first time coming to Phoenix Car Audio and im glad that I did the owner is a honest and very cool guy. I needed a alarm for my truck so i purchased a viper alarm and you know what they installed it in 1-1/2 hours complete no BS. He at first quoted me $450 and when I went to pay he charged me $400 🙏i will defiantly be spending more $ here. I was quoted $490 @ audio express and they had a 2 week wait 😆 what joke and they also said it might be more $ depending on what parts they were going to need????

He gave me a great deal for a nice radio and instantly had his tech get started on the installation. While I waited he gave me free water and had a nice seating arrangement for waiting. Was completely satisfied with the way my car turned out. I bought a stereo and dash kit online and came to this place for a technician to install it. Took less than 1 hour to do and came out perfect.Also enjoyed the customer service.

I got there a little before 10 am and had two customers ahead of me, the owner told the first guy sit and wait till I can get to you the next customer was looking for speakers and he told him to try back later. I stepped up to tell him I wanted an alarm and without hesitation he said I can’t do it, didn’t ask what kind of alarm or for what vehicle!!! Just straight out rude, do not recommend!!!!

I went to phoenix car audio to have a radio and back up camera installed. I brought my own radio and back up camera. After hooking everything up, I learned my dual radio was defective and didnt work. I was told to get another radio and they would not charge me again to install it. I bought a pioneer and they installed it...good people w/prices
