A small, but beautiful piece of history here in Arizona! My favorite candy ever. I just wish it was even darker and more prickly pear flavor, but that’s a personal preference. I love the cacti and the 1 pound cactus candy boxes. Will always come to get my fix every few months. :)

Ambience is cool. Service is great. They have here nicely packaged desserts, some containers nice to keep as souvenirs. Taste of chocolates are very good.

Funky little factory outlet. The cactus candy is different from anything else, you either love it or hate it. I loved it.

Their chocolate ice-cream is what theyre known for and I personally think theyre worth every cent! Would definitely go back for their rich, creamy and chocolatey ice-cream!

Just bought the southwest candy sampler for some friends back in the Chicago. I was skeptical of the price of a small box of candy ($13) and thought it would a good souvenir to bring home, but wow were we disappointed. Everyone had to spit it out because of how sugary, tasteless, and the crunchy outer layer. Over priced and bad quality! Super disappointed and embarrassed

I had a cactus candy on the way to Vegas this weekend & it was so good, I am stocking them in my salon in Scottsdale!!! I was so happy they were local. Great service & super fast service, it was ready when I called just a few hours after placing my order. I’ll be a lifelong customer!

Absolutely the best Candy! Nice to have the variety of cactus shaped treats! Wonderful for my family to take back with them when visiting. The owners are friendly and the best part is they are involved and hands on with the products they make right here in Phoenix! Dont forget to try the salsas and prickly pear jellies!

There products are a gimmick without the cactus or prickly pear that should be in it. Prickly Pear Twist, with artificial flavor. Or cactus gummy with no cactus. Very disappointed.

Only getting one star because of the lack of responsibility of the two ladies currently working the Cactus Candy at Terminal B. A cleaning lady went by Right in front of the candy store and spelled soapy water. The 2 ladies working there didnt make any effort to deter people from walking through it and one little lady arms felt when she slid on the water. I am waiting for my flight and decided to stand there so they could go get something to clean it operate least put there to keep people from sliding throwing away. I notice they kept unpacking boxes. I asked if they would stand there so I could run into the bathroom get paper towels or if they could while I stood there and their response was that was not their job so they stayed over in their little corner unpacking boxes. I even said if anyone slips on this and they did nothing to her friend it how would they feel and they just looked at me with blank faces. Disgusting. I dont know how they can live with themselves. I called the company to let them know right away but nobody answered and went to voicemail.

Terrible service ... I called and no manager or anyone I could talk to about my order ... Left e-mails 5 of them and no one gets back to you ... The guy I talked to says he could not help me that he just answers the phone thats all ... What ??? Still never got my shirt I ordered ... This place is a scam ....
