I didnt even want to give the 1 star. Do NOT go with this company, the reviews are deceiving. Ive been trying to place an order for over a week now. Leaving messages and sending emails to more than one employee. No call or return emails! Finally after walking into the store for the second time to place my order the Manger promises to expedite snd have my order in by my installation date. I called to pick up and they dont have my shipment in, in fact they wont have in till MAYBE 2 or 3 days from now in there exact words. So now I have to reschedule with my flooring installer who is already 2 weeks out. Hopefully my order will be in by then.

Extremely helpful and knowledgeable staff, top of the line products and materials, a contractors toys r us I only go here for the best. You wont be disappointed.

Nice people some had some knowledge and they were willing to ask others for help also not too keen on some of the pricing with out trying there products
