Honestly I was amazed at the wholesome environment. Matt and Bingo welcomed us like family, which was such a pleasure. We had 3 first timers and one has epilepsy, the amount of support and reassurance really set the stage.If we could give more stars we would. This place doesnt look like much from the outside, but once you get inside it is super clean and modern. The artists and people who work here are more than happy to help you. I went in with my girlfriend to find her a new ball for her medusa piercing that was lost and Matt helped her find the right size and gave her them for free since they were just laying loose in a jewelry box. I will highly consider getting my next tattoo from here based on this experience alone.

Ive been to a lot of tattoo places and from the outside this place looks pretty humble but honestly it was so much fun getting tatted here. i went for friday the 13th deals but it was packed so i went the next day- hardly any wait and the guys there are super chill and fun, and the artist i believe is bingo has like 27 years of experience so i felt very comfortable and my tat turned out SICK. 10/10 recommend ill be back here soon!!

Response to owner:This was done on February 27th, I even have a video of it being done that was taken by my friend. I also think I would remember the very in your face TATTOO signI want to clarify this place wasnt my first choice, I originally wanted to go to the arrowhead mall one but it was shut down, but being determined, I went here! When I first came, I didnt mind the wait time, even if it was a little too long since they were trying to do stuff in the back. However, I was told I would get a discount because of the wait which was my septum being 80 instead of 100, but I was confused because a septum is usually 80 to begin with, but I just overlooked it because if they really do charge 100, I rather pay 80. They were still really nice, even the guy who did the septum piercing was nice. The problem started when he started piercing it, I felt the rip deep inside me, it was such an intense and painful rip and I didnt express it because Im not one to do so, but it was one of the worst experiences Ive ever had in terms of pain despite people telling me this was NOT supposed to be the case. So after almost three months of no change and developing bumps on both sides of my septum despite sticking to my clean routine. I decided to go get it checked where I originally wanted to go and they let me know that there was bacteria due to trauma and/or bad piercing, which sucks even more. But they were really nice and I got to pick out my own piercing and even dye it while maintaining the titanium piercing! When they were putting it on, they kept assuming it was behind the bumps (this is important to note) because behind the bumps is where my sweet spot would have been, after so many attempts, they finally figured out it was right in the middle of the bumps and it was really painful, they put the piercing on and it was EXTREMELY low and she told me that they pierced MY TISSUE, not even the cartilage which happens, but they pierced my t i s s u e, they hadnt noticed because the piercing you guys put was so small it looked normal, so now I have to let the tissue heal and get it repierced correctly with them. I genuinely wish I had just waited, its possible this was a one time incident but this one time incident has really scared me to get piercings in general. I really recommend going to modern mods body piercings instead but Im sure the tattoos here are great, I have nothing to say about that.UPDATE:Just got my septum done again after it healing and it was EXACTLY like people described, a quick pinch and it was so smooth and it was over before I knew itI really really dont recommend this place for piercings

So let me start off this review by saying, I did like my tattoo, I thought Bingo did a great job and it was extremely fast. The owner is pretty cool and understanding as well. But it was an extremely unprofessional experience. I got there early so I could be in and out. I want to also add, that I had gone the night before at a a time when they were supposedly open (according to Google), all to find out that they had been closed for hours. So I went the next day and it was just a mess, hardly anyone (staff and customers included) was wearing a mask, no social distancing whatsoever, there was no kind of appointment system and people were literally every where in such a tiny shop. Now on to my tattoo, I originally had a drawing of what I wanted and was considered palm sized, the owner told me, it was cost additional, so I went back and forth and finally decided on what I wanted and just opted for a different design. I would recommend that you have what you want drawn out so that way they can tell you up front what the costs will be (because they are quick to say this and that will be extra & I would hate for that to happen like it did to me) and make sure you get the owner and artist to agree on the price that you’re going to pay as well. The reason I say this is because when I finally decided on what I wanted, the owner agreed on the price, however, my artist did not and was going to make me pay extra since it was so detailed, and I had to reiterate to him that I was told the price was what it was. Thank God, he agreed to just do the tattoo. Now would I go to this place again, I really don’t think I would. There needs to be a bit more organization within the shop etc. and a bit more professionalism. But I will end this review by saying that the staff were really nice and cool.

Bingo was an amazing artist and willing to work with me on my first tattoo. Made me feel super comfortable about the whole process by talking me through it and telling jokes (I wouldn’t recommend laughing during the tattooing). It came out amazing and I absolutely love it! Went in on Monday did not have an appointment, was greeted by Matthew who I want to say was very nice and listened to what I was interested in and also I let him know that this was going to be my first tattoo and I was a bit anxious, he reassured me that I would be alright and that Bingo would take care of me with my anxiety.He said Bingo would come talk to me when he was done with his client.Then I met with Bingo and showed him what I was wanting and he then said he would draw up sketch and show me. I was excited with his idea and decided to get it done. He was so much fun during the process and made me very comfortable. I know refer to him as “ The BOMB” BINGO BADABING.And YES I will be getting more done!

Bingo Badabing was the tattoo artist he did an outline of a cat on my arm and it looks amazing. Getting my first tattoo I was comfortable, gave me a heads up for the level of pain it would(which wasn’t bad) great attitude and nice place and I will be going back in two weeks for another tattoo.

If you don’t like wasting your time, DO NOT go here. I loved the Friday the 13th tattoo special but if you can’t handle it, don’t do it again. I drove 40 minutes to get to here for them to tell me “we’re tired. Sorry.” Which I totally understand.. The receptionist kept telling me to “think like a human” whatever that means. So he said “come next week, we will get you in.. I’m not trying to steal your money. I’m not a tattoo artist but I just know they’re tired.” Okay so fine.. here comes next week and they first thing they said “we’re tired, come first thing in the morning.” ...... so I go on to explain what happened last week... one of the artist says “I get it, but” as soon as you say “but” there’s no need for an explanation. You’re basically telling me I don’t care. It’s the principle of the receptionist telling me to “come next week we will take care of you.” Eventually Danny took care of us. And he was great!!!!! But this shop, sucks. You go Danny.

The owner, Matt was the first thing we saw when walking through the door, i appreciated that! He gave my sister and I a great deal. Our tattoo artist, Bingo did a great job. He was really funny as well as very fast with his work! Our tattoo came out exactly how we wanted it to. We felt at home here. Overall it was a fun, fast, efficient experience! I will definitely be coming back for my piercings in 2 weeks!

Went in for a nose piercing and originally wanted 2 piercings but decided to only get one. The piercer made comments about not knowing if she forgot something in her set up (lack of confidence and worrisome for me) and also just acted like she didnt know what to say as far as aftercare. I called in later to get the 2nd piercing and the owner said yes she will be ready in 30 minutes. I went in a waited for like an hour to be told she still had 3 people ahead of me. About 2 hours after that I finally got my turn. The piercings turned out fine but timing and confidence was not on point

My husband and I were looking to get tattoos and called around to a few places. we called limitless ink tattoo 5 mins before they opened and they didn’t answer so we kind of just went on to the next shop down the line. Within minutes we got a call from the shop owner (Matt) returning our call and that’s when we were sold. He told my husband to come in with out ideas and was able to get him started. Bingo pulled out a stash of candy without me even having to mention how I was feeling. The sugar almost instantly made me feel better.
