I love this shop! They have amazing prices and you can buy new or used!! Forget trusting random people dumping their table. Buy here and depending on location, they will transport and set it up for you!! We bought a used one and it came with brand new felt and bumpers, a triangle, diamond, a set of balls AND brushes!! They even give you some chalk that matches the color of the felt you pick! Out ended up being cheaper in the long run and an easy, fun experience as opposed to.. Well if youve ever had to none a pool table on your own, you know. Pick up some accessories while your there!

My brother referred me to this company and he is EXTREMELY hard to please... I am Active Duty Military and just got stationed at Luke AFB with my wife and new baby. We just got a house and we are getting a pool table from my parents, I called the shop for a quote to move the table, level it, and get new felt. I spoke with Rick and he was amazing, he had me send him a picture of the table and got back to me right away with the upmost professionalism and integrity. I did price quotes and eventually went with a different company solely on price because of the new baby and new home, but my wife and I will 100% come here first for any future entertainment upgrades once we get a little more settled. Rick was very knowledgeable and pleasant to talk to and purchase from. Being in his showroom you can get the feeling that he loves what he does and all the nostalgic games and artifacts are fun to look at. The delivery was quite professional and fast. I worked with Rick to get a pool table. He was very knowledgeable and REALLY worked with me. He made sure to take his time and answer any and all the questions I had in a way that I would understand as this is my first table. Super knowledgeable, patient, and professional gentleman!We scheduled an appointment for his guys, T and Jack, to come deliver and set up the table. The guys were VERY professional in everything they did. Rick came along with them and made sure everything was set up as needed and answered any final questions I may have had.I was delayed in writing this review, but have had the table about 2 weeks now and couldnt be happier! The whole family really enjoys having the table and I am able to teach the kids a little about geometry. My Army buddys all love coming over for drinking nights and shooting some pool and playing some cards.We couldnt be more happy, and its all due to Rick and the guys at billiard gallery! Id highly recommend giving them a call for any sales/service/move needs you may have!!

The table was very reasonably priced as well. The table is very flat and level, shoots well and I could find no flaws. After ordering my table Rick kept me well informed of installation. His crew T and Jack were both knowledgeable, polite. Not once did I have to get up and shut the door to keep the refrigeration in the house. That has never happened before. Rick was excellent to deal with! We were looking for a pool table for our soon-to-be short-term vacation rental. Google Maps took us straight there and it was not difficult to find. The owner greeted us with a smile and let us know that Google has the incorrect hours of operation, but he opened up his door anyway and let us take a look inside. There were beautiful tables and anything you could think of for a Billiards/game room. We bought an 8ft table with beautiful wood work and even chose the felt color and leg style. Billiard Gallery has the best prices in the valley that we could find. We bought a pool table onsite and was delivered and assembled professionally. They measured the area and centered the pool table in our room. We will be returning customers for sure.

Negative stars!! Beware customers. I paid these guys $500 just to assemble a table. They didnt bring the right tools, then broke mine that they borrowed. It took them 2 trips and hours of work. After they put it all together it was way out of level. They had start over again which took hours and then it was still bad. The third time was perfect level and I paid and they left. I shot some balls around and they started dropping on the floor falling out of the ball return. Got down and noticed only 1 out of 4 bolts was even holding it up. Bunch of screws missing, etc. So I called Rick the owner who refused to finish the job I paid them to do without charging me even more money. This guy is a scam artist and a total jerk. He even charged me for new clothe on my rails and just reused my old stuff. I have a recorded call of him telling us we are crazy and that we are lying about our table. We have pictures of the obvious mistakes. The installers did not like me looking at their level and checking their work. I have played pool professionally and I know what a table should look at feel like. Im assuming they dont install for to many professionals and that is why they can do mediocre work and get away with it. I cant believe they are still in business, wow. Just aweful. Shame on this company. I will be getting the local news to do a story on this.

What a refreshing experience! I usually hate sales people and making big purchases in general, but buying my table through Rick at Billiard Gallery was downright pleasant. I ended up buying a King Edward table at a price $300 less than the last place I looked. No pressure, no dodgy sales tactics, just solid information and transparent pricing. They even had the orange felt I wanted in stock! Then, his crew had it delivered and installed within a week. They were timely, professional, and efficient!

Bought a pool table from them two years ago. Had my A/C guys put a new unit in my house one day and they had to move the pool table and broke one of the legs. They came down and repaired it with no problem. Great set of guys!! Pool table is still beautiful!

The website said they were open 7am - 7pm today, so I went in looking for a new cue case, and possible a new cue. The place was impossible to find, as there is zero signage on the building. The door was locked, so I called. He said he only sees people by appointment during the week, despite the information posted on the site. He would usually meet potential customers there as he only lives 7 minutes away. Really? He wants his customers to wait out front for him while he drives from his house to operate his business? It looks like a trashy hole-in-the-wall and I couldnt tell if he even has a showroom. All you can see from looking in the window is an unorganized looking office. I will not be giving them my business and recommend others to not waste their time or gas going there.

I would give 6 stars. Great service. Steve was very friendly and knowledgeable. A+.

Dont believe the images you see on their website or google. If the warehouse door wasnt open I would have not found the place. No signage out front. It is not a store, it is a warehouse that he is storing stuff. I was looking for a Que and he said that they were at his house. Prices are higher that you can find online but probably the same price if you shipping. Anyways, if you are desperate for something then it might work for you.
