I love the concept and the dog-friendly patio. The beer selection is fantastic. The server was friendly and nice, but overworked as he was the only server for a full patio and indoor dining too. I was very impressed at his ability to provide great service despite being the only server. The kitchen was slow so Im guessing they were understaffed too and possibly low on food as the board seemed pretty light for $20. I dont mind paying for good food, but there wasnt much on it and was confused by the chopped-up meat. I will give it another try sometime as Ive heard good things about this location and maybe it was just an off night.

Delicious food & beer, great open indoor/outdoor seating, but poor service.We arrived around 12:30 on a Sunday and was served our drinks almost immediately. However, we were not given water and we had to flag down the 1 server after waiting for 30 mins to order food. Luckily the food was fantastic, although the jalapeños poppers were mediocre. Then, we had to flag down another server just to pay whom was a little short with us. I saw more than 5 different parties walk in from their tables to request to order or pay.

Minnesotan visiting Arizona here. That Minnesota nice is ever present at Huss Brewing Co! Eric was very attentive, respectful, and had excellent knowledge of the menu. I had beer and food to go, the food aroma was just too good to pass up! Picnic tables outside were covered and they had water misters going, very comfortable atmosphere. I will be stopping here every time I visit Arizona!

Good beer, food and service, sat outside on the mister cooled patio and enjoyed some great laughs. Well have to go back and sample more!

The server was incredibly hospitable. Absolutely topnotch service. They provide and delivery to your tap filter water (which is much better than the traditional water most establishments provide). The patio is nice as is the inside area. Ambiance was inviting and comfortable. Pricing is reasonable. Why the 3 star review? The beer unfortunately wasnt very good. This place definitely has promise and I will go back. However the quality and selection of beer needs to improve.

Great beer, great nachos and outstanding service. It’s located in the corner next to Lou Malnati’s pizza. Staff was super friendly and I enjoyed the beer. I would definitely go back if I was in the area.

We’ve had their beers before, but never been to their storefront. This one is nice and open with a great patio area. I really dig the decor and location of this one. The beers are great on tap and the bartender was very knowledgeable about their selection. They serve food (delicious brats and pretzels) but it’s more finger food, however they allow you to order from one of the many restaurants around them.

Excellent service with a friendly staff, food was delicious. We got the 3 sausages and pretzel board and it was amazing. Cant wait to get back

Beer selection is good and they have decent food. Locally made sausages, lots of variety. They have beer slushies too. I’ve never had one but a friend did and said it was tasty.

Love supporting local - especially local breweries. Coming here at about 6:30 pm, the place was busy but not crowded. They offer patio or indoor seating. The menu offers a variety of great options, unless your a vegetarian or vegan. The service was attentive and pleasant.

The Belgian Countryside Flatbread was amazing. If it were a pie it wouldve gotten an 8. However, a 7.5 pizza rating on a Flatbread is unheard of from me. Usually they lose flavor in the bread.Crust perfectly cooked, presentation was so good we tore into it before taking a picture.Since this posting the last piece has been consumed by my review partner. That was my piece and now I must stab him with this fork.Hoppaloosa IPA was a great wash down and the flavors mixed perfectly.Appreciate the hospitality as well.Until next time!

I came here on a recommendation with my friend tonight. We had the Fig & Arugula flatbread with the 3 sausage combo & pretzel. GiGi helped us and was a treat. She was very courteous and explained everything and had great ideas for beers. I’ll definitely be back. The food was very good too. Lots of beer options. Location very clean and calming. Location a nice size too with also an outdoor patio.

Great beer! Pretzel is huge and definitely good for snacking on while drinking a few. Theyve got crowlers, 6 and 12 packs to go too. Cool merch.

Great Phoenix local joint. The space mixes inside with the outdoors seamlessly, so even if youre not outside you feel like youre in an wide open space. Good beer, and fun swag. I grew up near here and never knew how cool that area is, was, until decades later.

Tried my friends beer: a sour, a lager and a IPA. Nothing special about any of the beer. Light flavor in general. Very forgettable.If this is a beer review, 1 star. Their food is ok but over price, 1 star. Service is ok. Good location and amposhere. Good place for family and friends gathering. The outdoor patio is nice. Overall, not bad so 2 stars seems unfair. But with the beer, food and pricing... I really cant go beyond 3 stars.

Cool little place tucked back into a shopping center. If lived in the valley this would be a hang out for me. Sampled a few the IPA and was impressed, even took a 6 pack with me, all the way back to Hawaii. Didn’t try the food, so can’t speak for that. Definitely enjoyed myself here. Aloha.

WOW!!!! I have been a General Manager for Restaurants for many years and it’s hard not to pay close attention to all the details when dining out with my wife. Can I just say this is easily one of the BEST experiences I’ve ever had in any establishment including the ones I ran as General Manager. Steven was our server and made us feel like we were his only table despite how busy he was. His hospitality was beyond amazing and knowledge of the the beer was out of this world. I’ve never had Huss beverages before and he turned me on to “Scotrsdale Blonde”. Such an amazing beer. Steven was great and in my opinion, should be recognized as a future leader of this brewery . Not only would I recommend Huss Uptown brewery but you definitely need to ask for Steven. Thank you for such an amazing experience Steven!! You’re awesome!!! GREAT beers. They were out of one that I wanted to try, but all the others were great!

Overall I had a good time visiting Huss Brewing here. The flight of beers I got were good, and the food was good as well. Atmosphere was nice with an open-vibe, and lots of sunlight. A nice place to stop by if youre into breweries.

Good food good service...for my appetite a little pricey.

The beer here taste so bad that it should be a dare to drink on fear factor. It tasted watered down like how you add water to the end of a dish soap bottle to make it last longer. The food was good but felt over priced for the portion. My potato chips were all crumbs with a few real chips on top to give the illusion of an actual bowl of chips.

Food and beer were excellent. Doors were all open to allow nice air flow. Will definitely be back again!

Amazing spot! The beer was amazing and so was the food. They have a vegan brat, which was a pleasant surprise! To top it all off, they had this amazing beer slush made from grape cider and one of their light beers, along with a few other ingredients. I wish they had a location in STL!

My husband and I love breweries. Where ever we travel we always hit up breweries. This is by far the best brewery I have been to. Not only do they have delicious food like the sliders, flat bread and pretzels their beers are original. Like most breweries beers taste the same. Not Huss beer what you read is what you taste. The staff was friendly and environment was great. Before we leave Arizona I will definitely stop in one more time for a slushie beer.

I couldn’t believe we found a brewery open at 1pm on a Monday. We took a pit stop here on our way to the Grand Canyon, and the place was great. Good beers, shaded outdoor seating, very clean very spacious interior. We took a 6 pack to go and these really hit the spot after hiking rim-to-rim!

I dont do a lot of reviews but the beer was incredible. I like this german rauchbier made by Aecht Shlenkerla, Husss rauchbier was the same quality if not better ! All their other beers taste fresh, crisp and delicious. They always have homemade sausage and lots of great snacks. + Beer Garden. Great Times !

I originally stopped in here because the name aligned with my family name, but it turns out this place is a happening spot. Great brews, variety of food options, sliders, sausages, and shared options. There are a number of restaurants nearby but there isnt another brewery in the plaza, save the salads for another day. Grab a flight, chill on the patio.

Visited Huss for restaurant week. The atmosphere is modern and spacious. The food is creative and good, serving a combination of nuveau American and German recipes. The beer selection was good also. I enjoyed it and would go back.

By far one of the worst dinning experiences I’ve ever had. Noah R was extremely rude. I asked for no onions because I can not eat them. So I went through the ingredients listed, asked if anything had onions. He had to leave to find out, came back and said one item did and that it could be removed so I said let’s do that. 10 minutes later he comes back to tell me that there is actually onions in the beans too. Instead of asking if I’d like to get anything else he leaves me and my fiancé there for another 15 minutes before asking if we’d like to order anything else. After that he continued to ignore our table, letting others help or serve us, at no point did he ever ask us if we needed anything, and at one point he had cleared off every small side dish or cup from every table around us but ours. We even created a small stack of plates hoping he’d get the sign, instead when we asked for the check he came over and dropped in on the stack of dirty plates. Who the hell does that? Noah R does. My fiancé’s dinner which wasn’t described properly and was basically just a store bought sausage with ketchup and “curry” seasoning. Overall the beverages were fine, the food underwhelming and the lack of professionalism in our server was extremely disappointing. Worst date night but now we know never to go back and we’ll tell all our friends and family to avoid it going forward. Truly terrible dining experience.

OK to start were from TX and love the Coconut Joe and Orange blossom, cant get it at home. They drove to the Tempe location, in rush hour, just to get us 2 of Coco Joe cases so we could take some home. Talk about going above and beyond for your customer. Great beer but even better customer service. Could not recommend this place enough. Go enjoy, drink, and eat, the food awesome too.

Small and somewhat intimate. They had an interesting selection of beers and a lot of sizes for them. Lots of foods to share like sausage plates and nachos. Biggest bar pretzel Ive ever gotten too. It all tasted pretty good with bold flavors here and there. The staff were extremely friendly and laid back. It was a great atmosphere and they have some merchandise and even some board games if you like playing games while drinking. Easy to find location, wheelchair accessible and some outdoor seating too.

There is A LOT to like about Huss Brewing and this taproom. The beer is excellent and a solid contributor on the local beer scene. The food selection is great to accompany beer, including snacks and larger options. The location is enjoyable and has a nice little patio where you can bring a friendly pup.The only reason I didn’t give this location five stars is the proximity to the other restaurants which are packed and unfortunately turn Huss into an unofficial “waiting area”. That changes the vibe in the place.

One of our favorite places to go! The beer and food are both great, but the service is what really puts it over the edge. Everyone behind the bar is friendly and attentive - Yoshi and Ruby especially. We come about once a week for happy hour ($6 pitchers) and the nachos are delicious. If we have friends in town visiting this is the first place we bring them.

$5 Flagship Beers on Sunday, great Flatbreads (we had the fig jam and prosciutto with the balsamic reduction). Weve enjoyed their pretzels and beer cheese in times past but wanted something a little sweeter this time.

Ive always been a fan of Huss Brewery and this new taproom doesnt disappoint. Picnic table seating on the patio, plenty of seating inside, and large garage doors that open up creating an nice open air environment.The staff was welcoming and attentive, although they didnt offer any knowledge of the beer selection. I got a flight and would have liked to ask some questions before making my selection. Perhaps next time Ill sit at the bar...Oh, and theres a TV at the bar for the sports ball!I ordered the large pretzel with cheese because I had a lot of feelings I needed to eat. Everything was delicious, no added salt from my tears needed.Overall I had a lovely experience and will definitely be going back!

What I like about Huss Brewery Town Plaza Phoenix, is the great service I receive each time I go there. The staff and manager are so friendly and knowledgeable about the beers, they make it fun for me and my friends every time I go there. Beers are great, food is great, and a very cleane invirement to enjoy a nice time out.
