I used to sell advertising to this business and as their sales rep, I was always impressed with their attention to giving a good value. Over the years as I met with numerous businesses I would take mental note as to who I would choose to do business with and who to avoid.Having been on the inside discussing mission statements of the owners or managers and the execution of business principles I learned who talked the talk AND who walked the walk. I told myself, this is a person, (business) I would buy from. Be it an attorney, a contractor, Medical practice, mechanic etc. I have a list of businesses I trust to do it right and stand by the sale. IRCA is one such business. I have been retired for over 6 years but reached out to Ray N. when it came time to have our home re-carpeted. He too had since retired but put me in contact with Ray G. to come and give us a quote. Ray G. came, walked the home, made suggestions, though never pushy, and we settled on a carpet and cost we could afford, a day and time for install. Due to the size of our job, he arranged that two of his carpet install crews join forces and told us they could have it done in two days.Four installers, John, Hugo, Elmer and another John showed up on the appointed day and moved furniture, tore out the old and spent the whole day installing. They took a 40 minute lunch break and were back at the job. They worked steady from 8:30 AM to 8:30 PM and finished the job in one day. They cleaned up and replaced all the furniture and were pleasant as could be all during their labor. The day after the install Ray G. came out and inspected the work and declared it fit and proper. My wife and I were delighted at the process. The price was fair, the carpet is high quality, the install is superb, (not a seam to be seen anywhere, and the crew really had a sense of pride in what they were doing) and the follow through was excellent. I give IRCA, the two Rays, and the install crew 5 stars. We could not be happier. The outcome is a reflection of having the correct business culture executed by the correct people in place. That doesnt just happen by chance. Thumbs way up for this experience with IRCA.

I have purchased a lot of furniture & decor from them. The staff is always super friendly & helpful. The prices are amazing & always have nice things. They are always bringing in new items so you can shop again & again. If you have never been here then hurrying on in & check them out!

Just stopped by after seeing IRCA on the news. Worth the trip to check them out. Hit and miss if they will have what you are looking for. Huge inventory. Never seen anything like this.

This place is great if youre just furnishing your living space for the first time. You can find a lot of good sets of furniture, or you could always find something that looks good together, and its all priced pretty nicely. Most of my furniture is from IRCA, and it was an amazing value. Some of the furniture is a little worse for wear sometimes, but the price always reflects that. The staff makes sure that the product you want is in the condition you want - they wont sell you something thats wobbly or broken if you dont want to put in the time to repair it. To list all the furniture I bought, I got a bedside table, a dresser, a TV stand, kitchen table, set of chairs, a floor lamp, and a couch. I dont even think I broke $1000.It also has some nice items like cutlery and glassware, of which I bought a set of pretty nice cutlery for special occasions, and a set of nice tall glasses for special occasions, and it was a bargain. I wasnt a fan of the decor for sale, but if it matches your taste its pretty reasonably priced as well.The floor staff is never pushy about asking if you want help, but are always there and ready to help you out if you need it. The staff is also very knowledgeable about everything in the store.The selection is always changing too. So, even if you didnt find anything the first time you went, they could always have something new in as little as a week.

If you need some furniture for your first place or something economical and commercial built, i would look here first.

The Environment was very nice. The Employees welcomed us like family. There is a lot to choose from. They are always there to answer questions that you have. Great place great people worth spending your money here.

Big place, thousands of items. Sales persons let you look without breathing down your back. We looked and got help from Goldie, she was very informative and very helpful. We got a Really great deal on a bed& they deliver. Great staff all around& high quality furniture. I will go back for more!!!

My experience.with Irca wasnt good at all over charge you for delivery.The sales rep judge by color of your skin. I should have known by it being on that side of town.

I had the best experience at IRCA. They have an amazing selection of furniture and items. The staff was extremely helpful so kind. As soon as I bought my item, they carried it out to my car and loaded it carefully and easily. They were the best! I would recommend this place to anyone!

Scored some nice stuff here. A pair of brand new bar stools and a book case. The stools were a steal because we just got an apartment that has a breakfast bar type counter. Everyone was really nice here. But this is more of a goodwill for furniture. As in, you might get lucky and find something nice, or you may not but you still managed to pass a little time anyhow.Definitely check it out.

Decent prices, but make sure the furniture is in good shape. Condition can vary widely. Often a $40-50 upgrade is a much better deal than the base package.We bought a specific new bed frame, but they only had a different type. Since it wasn’t detailed correctly on the invoice, it took many weeks and a few calls to get it right.

Ive bought a lot of stuff here over the years. Love their lamp selection, there are so many that it gets overwelming. Also love their artwork and mirrors. My mom bought her mattress here. No complaints here. Chelsey is super cute and has helped me out with my stuff the last few times I popped in.

Love IRCA!! Been shopping here for years. Super friendly staff, reasonable prices, great used furniture. Bought a fridge 6 years ago and it’s still chugging along. Love working with Goldie. She talks a lot, but makes it a fun experience.

Has so much great furniture! Everything from beds nightstands lamps TVs And all! Typically in great condition from hotels. Some of it a little outdated and some of it extremely nice! Held it for 7 days for us and then helped us load it up Thank you all!!

Super happy with the bedroom set I got here!!! I got the mattress set, dresser, nightstands, and headboard for only $300.... it works perfectly in my guest room. The service here was great. Loved the delivery people that came and set it up for me. Shout out to Itzel!! She made sure I got the least damaged nightstands possible and made my experience truly bellisimo. Love this place!!!

Every time I have gone there I have found something that has worked for my needs. I sent a family friend there who was just starting out and he was able to completely furnish his one bedroom apartment for less than the cost of one sofa at IKEA--and THATS saying something!

I purchased some smaller unique, vintage items from IRCA, and was extremely happy with my purchase—great price, cool items, and the staff, esp. Chelsea, were friendly and helpful.

Chante was very very helpful when we stopped by. She was patient with my herd of children and helped us find what we were looking for quickly. She gave me a reupholstery quote for the armchairs we bought. Weve been coming in to the store off and on for a while... its a total hit or miss whether IRCA will have the furniture you are looking for. We just happened to get really lucky the last time we were there.

Love the euro sofa sleeper that I got for my Air Bnb. The guests love it and always leave happy reviews. Who would have thought that a $200 sofa could change my life? Chante helped me out, and walked me through my many options. I tell all my friends to go here, youll get a great deal and walk away happy.

Great place for quality furnitures

Fun place to shop. Great deals on furniture, indoor AND outdoor . Big selection of table lamps, shades That you can mix and match. They have set up small furniture groupings to get ideas for decorating. Sales associate John very helpful and gave us tip on their pictures. We were looking at the pictures to use the frames . John told us that the 2nd Weds of the month all pictures and mirrors are 50% off!. Thanks John !! Dining tables and many chairs to mix and match . This store is AMAZING!! If you value solid, well built, real wood furniture over MDF & particle board, but are on a budget, this is your store! I can afford new ready to assemble cheap junk, or I can put my money into long lasting, high quality pieces that will last. They have sets of a lot of thing6, and at their prices, you can buy BOTH nightstands or lamps, and not have orphan, mismatched furniture!

Love this place! Tons of great furniture to choose from. Some of it is a bit scratched, as to be expected with used furniture, but I always end up leaving with some great finds. Staff is always helpful and friendly. I’ve been coming here for years and would recommend this place to anyone looking for some good quality furniture for a great price.

The employees were very helpful and courteous. They answered all the questions that I had. And overall I had a great experience. I bought 3 pillows this visit but ive bought many things at IRCA. Lindsey was very helpful and stood out on our visit.

Place to go for deeply discounted, somewhat older, furnishings and hotel/motel things. I bought a king size FEATHER bed for $115 put the door. It was clean, in great shape, and comfortable as hell!!

Over priced 😲used hotel furniture etc. Very disappointed 🙁with the service. I will not be going back.

I got a nail head sofa sleeper for $150 that looked brand new. Ive purchased lamps to coffee tables from here at amazing prices. They also offer mirrors, chairs, dining tables, entertainment center and tons more. They also offer re-upholstery.

I have shot here about 10 years ago when I lived in the Phoenix area and I am about to move back and Im so happy that this story still here looks like its in the same area and I was just there fine this morning that they were still open and Im happy to see that they are because Im relocating to the Phoenix area and this will be the 1st stop Ill make to re supply my new home a furniture the furniture is top quality in low pricing excellent.

They had some nice furniture but not too good of selection the prices were almost the same as brand new furniture stores. When I went was raining and there were leakes and buckets everywhere. There was a nice couch but when I went to go sit on it there was a huge wet spot where the roof was leaking onto it I was afraid of that price is was being sold for I would have regret buying it for there will definitely be mildew or mold in that huge soaked spot. They had alot of the stuff like tables and chairs that were closed off. Just wasnt for me

Got a 5 diameter marble table from the Bellagio for $150 - gorgeous - use it for the kitchen table. Yeah - normally for something like that, that weighs as much as a small 🚗, try $4K->$5K. Or - want a MASSIVE mirror for some wall, a painting, small lamp, outdoor furniture - they have hundreds of things like that.

Neat place. Some nice stuff, some junk. Great if you want really sturdy commercial grade furniture and can have it refinished.

The sales and warehouse staff were extremely patient with us as we made our choices. It was near closing time and everyone stayed to make sure we were taken care of. Great prices and selection items. Will definitely recommend to others.

I love this store! I always find a great bargain when I come to IRCA. I just bought a 6 pc southwestern bedroom set from Camelback Resort for only $399!!!! Can’t find these prices anywhere else in town. The furniture is used, but with some TLC, the items are as good as new and are ready for my Air Bnb. I recommend IRCA to all of my friends and family!

Prices are good, huge selection, lots to choose from, cant say how customer service is, cause we never encountered a single employee while in there, they were always off in the distance busy doing this or that. I do believe that had we needed assistance they would have been right there to assist if asked. They do need to get rid of the green chaise lounge with the 2 big black grease stains on the top of the chair back, looks like someone was laying on the chaise with their dirty ankles resting on the top of the chair back, almost on the same level as someone trying to sell a pee stained mattered. We had a great laugh over it though.

Great selection. Mostly hotel leftovers which can be good. Some prices are higher than new. Some items are new too. Service is ok, nobody greeted me or asked if I needed help finding something.

Hotel Furniture Liquidators - good selection of interior and exterior furniture of all types. They also have appliances like dorm refrigerators and sometimes washers and dryers. Friendly staff and stock levels are deep. A really neat place to walk through.

I visited this place 3 years ago and they had fantastic deals. Yesterday I was looking for patio furniture and there was a lot of raggedy looking chairs outside which have been beaten up by the sun and rain... And they were way more expensive than similar new ones on Amazon. Guess I am buying at Ikea or Amazon. Thanks for nothing

One of my favorite places to pick up used furniture. Their items are obtained from hotels which almost always means it is well made and stylish. The prices are reasonable.

They must REALLY like the stuff they have. Prices were far higher than I had expected for bulk used hotel furniture. I didnt have the same experience as the last guy that posted a review. I would not say the items were in excellent condition. There was heavy wear, chips and scratches on almost everything I saw. There was very little room for negotiation and they dont offer a veterans discount. Would not recommend.Edit: $140 for some 19XXs chipped and beat up, lacquered night stands. But they might be from a 4 & 5 star resort. Pay attention to this guys copy paste response. I hope you read the reviews as a customer.

Ive been going to Erica for many years practically since it opened there are an excellent source of good quality used furniture they also will reupholster the furniture in the any fabric youd like and there are great place to buy good flat screen TVs for right around $100 the staff are very helpful and the values can be amazing

Exceptional staff & service. Bought several unplanned items today. Havent been to IRCA in 3 yrs, had moved out of state. Overall I thought the merchandise was pretty damaged & hi priced for the conditions.

Ive been able to find many furniture pieces at this store at really great prices. Some take some work to finish the way I want...bit thats part of the fun for me.

Word of advice, stick to their hard furniture and stay away from their mattresses. Youll spend more paying someone to take them to the dump.

(This happened last September/October of 2017) This is what we came home to when we left and came back from Illinois, I put our bed together from IRCA and even had the apartment come and see where the infestation was coming from because I thought it might have been the apt. but it came from the box springs which by the way fell apart (by falling apart I meant the thin paper that was tacked on came off and the box springs were full of bugs and infested the whole apartment) on top of that when we bought the mattress they were loading it on to a cart and it slipped and hit the ground and there was a big black mark on the bed from the floor and I know stuff happens but they didnt tell me until I found it at home by that time it was too late, so I had to get rid of both of them.....I learned my lesson, not going back....Buyers beware.....
