I really liked the place when I walked in! The guy at the cashier was very nice!! I loved the wigs and will be coming back to buy one they also have a huge collection of lashes which was very good!! I also liked the mask requirement it makes everyone safe!!

Really great store.Im glad that mask are required and employees wear them.Only the ignorant and not concerned about themselves or others wouldnt .Very fair prices and selections are fantastic

Loved this beauty supply! Definitely my new go to spot. It’s a huge store with a great wig selection, plenty of different crochet & braid hairstyles, and all the beauty products you can think of! They even had my favorite oil scents. The staff was very friendly and helpful. If I could give this place 10 stars I would!

This new hair supply store is huge and has an amazing variety of everything you could imagine. I loved it and they are on door dash which could come in handy.

Clean store, owner/manager is a very nice man. Customer service girls were awkward, rude, did not speak to us or offer any help but told us to put on masks. I suppose I shouldn’t expect so much from a store on such a low class side of town so no big deal. The owner needs employees that match his accommodating/welcoming energy. Lovely store but I wont be coming back. Hope everyone else who visits has a great experience though!

Staff was nice however owner is requiring all to wear a mask. Yes, its their right however, I dont agree. They offered me a mask from a bin. Not in any packaging, unknown how clean it is and Im expected to put it on my face!! Employees also had masks pulled down several times while I was at entrance discussing the policy. I saw a employee walk out from the back with no mask at all. OWNER....Please remove this mask requirement! We will all be fine! They were also out of what I wanted. Staff went to check shelf while I waited at the door.

Today was my first day here. I was trying to find a pony tail extension and when I walked in omg they have literally EVERYTHING! There customer service is by far amazing! I will be coming only here for all my hair and eyelashes! By far better than remy co or any hair store I’ve been to in Phoenix! Thank you for being so awesome guys. I will be back for business!

The best store in Phoenix Az by far whoever is at the register always gives the best customer service been here at 6 times and always smiles and love we can grab our own items no one follows you through the store no one over your shoulder and I love it

I had a great experience! The store has a large variety of beauty items, the salesperson was very kind in helping me find what I was looking for, their prices are incredibly affordable, everything is well-organized and the store is supeeer clean! Also they have reserved parking spots right near the entrance! I was looking for Creative Image Adore hair color and could not find it anywhere else and this store carried all colors!! Their website is user friendly and they also offer in-store pick up! One of the best stores around, definitely beats those large beauty retail shops. Check them out!!!

This is by far the best hair supply store I’ve literally ever been to! The store is huge and well lit which is super important bc you don’t know how many times I’ve purchased something then I get home and realize the hair or lace is not exactly the right color or the knots didn’t look so massive in the store but in good lighting at home tho you look like you got some bargain bin horse hair plugs glued in.Anyway the best part about this store is the CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I walked in probably 10 mins before they closed yet a young gentleman helped me taking the time to actually help me find what I wanted. He didn’t rush me at all and didn’t have an attitude when answering any of my questions. He genuinely cared and was sincerely nice! Most of the time I go into any hair store I really can’t find any help and if I do all I get is attitude and eye rolls so this was a good shocking surprise. I didn’t catch his name but he had braces and wore glasses and another young lady I think her name was Jen or Gem she was super kind too!!!I don’t really write reviews that much but i felt compelled to write one about my experience at this store bc I was just so impressed. I hope that everyone looking for a reputable, clean, friendly, affordable and customer service based store to spend money at shops here! Plus the store is POC owned!! Very important bc unfortunately most hair supply stores are owned by white or Asian ppl. So please ppl don’t sleep on this store SUPPORT THEM!!I was also very surprised at the prices SUPER AFFORDABLE I couldn’t believe what my total was bc I even when I was in line I kept seeing something and would grab it so I ended up getting more than just a wig but still spent less than $70! I was again shocked in a good way! I am forever a customer now and can’t wait to go back!! No more having to shop online either bc their prices are much cheaper plus things of course look different on a screen… IRL you get to see and feel the hair and lace. They have a TON of wigs on display on maniquine heads so you are able to really get what you want! Bonus is instant satisfaction no more waiting on shipping 🙌🏽

The customer service was TOP OF THE LINE. If you didnt really know what youre looking for the staff would help in an instant. They also have a vast wig selection and wait for it....they arent behind the counter so you can get a feel for the different hair textures. All different hair products anf the complete line gor all. Really bad online customer service and in store. Not only are they actively on their Instagram social media platform but never like to check their DM. Also love to post tiktok of false information. They posted a video of a lady trying on wigs and when I went into the store and was going to purchase a wig over $100 they said I couldn’t try it on due to Covid. It’s ridiculous and when I comment on a picture addressing they don’t answer their DM they deleted the comments ! This was a beauty supply that I wouldn’t even bother going too. Bye
