Had the best experience getting a full face service here. Crystal went above and beyond. I got so many compliments at the wedding I went to. Everyone who worked here was so friendly. I wish this was my hometown Sephora!

I enjoy shopping at Sephora sometimes. Its makeup overload. Good selection, helpful friendly staff. Lots of free parking.

I’ve tried shopping here a couple times but the staff doesn’t leave me alone to browse. I felt eyes on me the whole time and was approached by four different sales girls in a matter of ten minutes… I genuinely went in looking to buy something and left empty handed. It starts to feel… accusatory after a while. If I say I’m fine and I’m just looking around, just let me look around and stop staring at me. You aren’t as subtle as you think, and I’m not trying to steal anything.The selection is great. I think I’ll stick to online shopping tho.

Uncomfortable shopping experience every time. Seems like the employees are constantly looming over you as if they’re making sure you’re not going to steal anything. I just want to shop, compare shades and textures but I feel someone coming up behind me every 2 minutes. I’ll shop online from now on.

Love this location! I came in on Friday looking for the perfect nude lip gloss. When I entered I received a welcoming greeting. Two employees helped me find the perfect nude that match my skin tone. We matched the lip gloss with a lip liner and was given instructions on how to apply it on my lips. Friday I went to dinner for my birthday and received so many compliments on my makeup and how natural it looks. Thank you guys for all the help and always providing excellent customer service.

This isnt a nice Sephora location. While the employees greeted me upon entering and guided me to the place where the products I am looking for were at, certain employees dont even know where the items are. I was looking for a moisturizer from fresh, which an employee told me that it is not available, with doubts I took another item for replacement and that employee just walks off. It is when I was at the checkout that the cashier looked at the inventory on their touch pad/desktop at checkout that the item was in stock and she handed to me. After spending $200+ at this location for 6 items, I am hoping that the products I purchases will work and that I will be looking for other, better Sephora locations for future shoppings.

This spot is fantastic. On Friday, I came in looking for the ideal nude lip gloss. As I walked in, I was greeted with a friendly welcome. Thank you!!

Everyone in the store was awesome, it was my first time in and they definitely made me wanna come back with how sweet they were. Tons of deals!! And Yvette was so sweet.. Such an awesome patient employee who made sure to help get me the best deals. Included samples in my bag and when I told her it was a gift she showed extra love.

Although one or two out of the, like, 25 employees that work there seemed very nice, the other ones followed my husband and I suspiciously throughout the store- even though both of us work full time and probably make more money than they do. I have spoken to managers about this on more than one occasion resulting in their employees getting fired-so, a word to the wise for overzealous salespeople out there: please do not judge a book by its cover. If I wanted to rob your store, please believe you would have no idea if and when I was doing it. Following someone excessively throughout your place of business is not necessarily going to discourage them from stealing - but it will discourage them from spending money in your establishment.

I was looking for a nice perfume for my wife, at her request. Well that is quite a monumental request, because as a guy Im either running in and grabbing the closest bottle to the register, or spraying a dozen or so various ones in the air only to create an amalgam of fragrances that smell hhorrible. So great customer service they were able to narrow down two or three immediately and I selected one that I believe will be her new favorite. Cut my shopping time down to minutes and nailed the fragrance. Total in and out less than 20 minutes too!!!.

Nothing I went to purchase was being carried. I walked out and headed straight over to MAC and Nordstrom.

Everyone was so nice! 🥺❤️ Hayden especially was a doll. This Sephora didnt have the Tarte body shimmer gel in stock, but recommended this delicious Sol de Janeiro Glow Oil instead. After a terrible experience at Ulta, Im def sticking to this Sephora.

Walked in today 5 minutes before they closed. I was coming in for just a foundation (it was a quick visit). Lady at the entrance was really sweet, She assigned me to a ‘artist’ let her know what I was seeking. she found a product and the product she showed me was not a great fit. I asked her if she could help me find something with more coverage and she stayed still??? I look at my watch and it was 2 minutes before they closed. I was bothered because I needed help seeking a product and I felt her attitude in not wanting to help me. Very unhappy with this Sephora’s customer service.

Ive been to this location a few times and have had decent experiences. Today I went to return a broken pallet the lady in the front was watching me like a hawk. As I left I had plain sight of the entrance where she stood she called over 2 more employees and kept motioning in my direction more likely asking if I had purchased or better yet stole anything. It was degrading and embarrassing experince and more likely will not be returning since I am not the correct race.

I was supposed to photo shoot last night. According to the Website, the store closes at 7pm. I drove way over there for them to close at 6pm. I wasted gas and time. I already did not feel comfortable going to this location due to the snobby ppl in the plaza. I wish the location at Bethany Home was still open. I started spending a lot of money at Sephora because I loved the experience the staff at that location gave me. The location inside the Arrowhead mall also gave me a terrible experience. The staff was VERY dry and they did not want to help me. I WILL be calling corporate again on Tuesday, assuming they will be closed on Monday due to the Holiday. I hope in the future Fenty can be sold in other places than Sephora!

Sephora is great!! Not sure who helped me out today but her recommendation for Biossance was the best got home tried out the products.. gave myself a mini facial and my face looks and feels amazing!!!

I didnt even know there was a Sephora at this shopping plaza. The lady that helped me was super nice. I had completely forgotten about my Birthday gift, Im glad she reminded me and was able to add it this visit. The inside was very clean and organized and had lots of hand sanitizing stations. I came to buy Rihannas Fenty foundation (my fav).

I understand due to Covid that store hours have been reduced but hours should be updated online. This location clearly stated it closed at 7pm and showed up at 6 and the employees stated they were closed. I tried calling the store a few times during the day to find out hours and no answer every time.

The people there were nice and they recommend some good products.

This Sephora has everything you would expect to find there but is still dwarfed by the one in Fashion Square. It isnt usually too busy (which makes it much easier to navigate than the aforementioned establishment). Some more obscure brands arent available here. Parking is plentiful and it is easy to get validated. My only gripe is the smell. Some kind of structural deficiency has caused much of the south side of Biltmore Fashion Park to reek of sulfur. And it ALWAYS SMELLS. I really wish someone would address this; it cant possibly be good for business and there are lots of restaurants nearby with outdoor seating options. No thanks.

This place is beautiful! It would have taken me a week to browse the whole place, but with that said, they didnt have two of the items I was searching for. It was clean and staff were very friendly and helpful. Check out was pretty quick. I will say that their prices on things are quite high. So unless you have a coupon or a friend with the rewards number, you might try browsing here, but buying elsewhere. A perfume I spent about $60 on was $95 here. 😕

Hands down the best ladies in the business! Anytime I go in, the staff really works hard to help me. I can go in with a random object and have them match Ill look around it. This last time, I went in with a fuchsia shoe and found the perfect lip color to go with it. Not only that, but we found a really awesome super smooth liner that Blended so well it was virtually flawless. I barely had to do anything because the women really knew their products.

Everyone here is always super friendly and helpful. Pro tip: spend the time to make sure you get the right shade. I had to come back and return some stuff because I “ok’d” a swatch match when it wasn’t really a good fit. Just be honest with them and take the time to do it right.

Google maps pin is incorrect.I knew I would be cutting it close to closing so I called ahead and had a product put on hold at the check out counter. I arrived at the shopping plaza at 7:50 pm, spent 6-7 minutes looking for what ended up being a vacant shop, called the store for correct directions and to let them know I was onsite to pick up just one item already on hold, got to the door at 8:00 pm exactly and was turned away.The low rating of this location feels accurate to me. I would advise you to steer clear and choose to invest your money/time into a nearby location with a greater focus on customer service and satisfaction.

The girls at this location are mostly so sweet. I did have a bad experience with a lead telling me a product was cruelty free when, in fact, it was not. However, most of the girls are willing to help you find exactly what you need, and the cashiers have often chatted with me about how amazing certain products are. I also love that several of the employees have recognized me and remember certain products I have purchased or conversations we have had.

The adorable doll with the blue hair is your beauty guru. It sometimes hit or miss with Sephora makeup artists, but this woman never steers me wrong.And she takes the time to listen to preferences and skin concerns, before making a recommendation. And her recommendations are usually a great win! The ladies at the checkout line are a little iffy, but still worth the visit.

I cant believe all the bad reviews! I come here all the time and everyone is always extremely helpful and friendly. The store is always well staffed with friendly and helpful employees, along with being organized and well stocked. I love it here.

I was very happy with my makeup artist she made me look Flawless effortlessly .She is very talented and extremely amazing at what she does. Sephora always has the highest quality products and provides excellent customer experience. The store vibe and the atmosphere is always amazing and the girls always seem to be having fun and enjoying themselves searching for their makeup. I was fortunate that the first time I shopped here, I was assisted by a sweet girl who seemed to listen to what I wanted and found me a good eyeshadow palette to use.

I stopped in hoping to get great service as the yelp reviews implied, instead I got a barely there smile from the gentlemen in front of the store and ignored through the rest even though I walked throughout the whole store. I noticed a display of palettes that I had missed when I walked in and meandered over in that direction. 2 managers followed me over and one handed me a basket and said heres a basket and nothing else. I guess the store director thought I was going to go around the corner because she jerked her head to the other girl as if to say follow me. I happened to see her. Its incredibly insulting to be thought of as a thief and treated as such especially so blatantly. If your concerned about me stealing then why dont you offer me client service instead of ignoring me? The cashier was excellent and tried to really change my irritation and I appreciate that but the damage was done. Another lead was behind the counter and heard my complaints and said nothing. I dont know what type of training the leads in this location had to go through but they need a refresher. I was judged solely on my appearance and treated poorly.

Every time I go to this location the attitudes are RIDICULOUS. The older black guy always has a funky attitude and the customer service is terrible. Was in the store the other day for probably 30 mins looking for makeup. No one offered to help or asked if I needed help. I ended up coming back because one item was totally dried out and the other item was not my correct shade even though I tried to swatch it. Employees at counter were rude about me trying to return the items, the girl even snatched the Sephora bag off counter after she scanned the items back??? Please dont treat customers like theyre nothing when theyre LOOKING FOR ASSISTANCE AND TRYING TO SPEND MONEY IN YOUR STORE. Will no longer be shopping this location.

Went in to shop for my wifes Valentines day gift. Wasnt allowed to hold my own products , an employee followed me and would take my items to the register. The last item I picked out she was about to take to the register before I asked if they took American Express, after she saw my American Express I was allowed to hold my own items.

The staff is so helpful and the selection is better than some of the other Sephoras around the valley

This is hands down my favorite Sephora to visit! Everything is well stocked, sample products are well maintained, and the staff is super friendly! I’ve only had good experiences here. I actually driver out of my way to visit this store as opposed to anothe that is about a 5 minutes drive from my apartment. Thanks guys! Your staff really works for their $$$$$$. It shows!

Disappointing experience. I was traveling and hoping to cash in on my free VIB 60 min makeover and was told that I would not be able to choose what makeup look I wanted? Woman who helped me was snippy and rude. If I had known that I would not be able to customize my makeover I would never have chosen it for a reward. Luckily not my home store.

My friend took me to pick something out for my birthday. An employee helped with trying different mascaras.

Dont know why there are so many bad reviews (its seems like most of them are from people who have never worked retail a day in their life) Everyone is super friendly Ive been going to this location atleast 2x a month since they opened and everyone always helps. Sometimes I might have to (god forbid) go and ASK for help instead of expecting everyone to drop everything and follow me around for the moment I have a question. No one has time for that, they are very busy and it shows because they are always running around. But they ALWAYS are very friendly and helpful for whenever I have a question.

Ive been to stores all over the valley. Remember what you buy from what store incase you have to return. Inside jcpennys wont refund a regular sephora purchase and vice versa without recipient. Was a dam headache trying to get a return. But thanks.

I hate parking at the Biltmore!! This location is tiny compared to others and there are never enough associates to ring or assist. However, lines are not usually too much of an issue compared to other locations.

This store smells HORRIBLE! The smell of sewage hits you in the face before you even walk in the door . i dont know how the employees can stand to work in there! Id be moody too. I went in for christen dominique pallete. Quickly found what I needed and hurryied out. I didnt even want to brows around because it smells. Its shocking too since it is located in upscale Biltmore.

I been to this Sephora a couple of times to pick up items or get my make up done. Always been greeted. I dont have any complaints except this past week walked in for those 15 minutes make overs i wanted my eyes done, the girl did a horrible job, i understand they were short staffed but she was just worried about her next appt, one eye was half done and left it like that. I really wanted eyelashes but i had to wait 30 min, i picked up a browpencil from Anastasia and left.

Worst customer service I have ever received. I have patronized several Sephora locations in many states and this location has the rudest employees. They ignore you and when I asked for assistance was provided virtually no help and then deferred to another employee. I will NEVER return to this location and will be sure to tell anyone I know that shops at Sephora to avoid this location.

This Sephora is okay, but most of the time when I’m there I’m not helped by an employee for at least 30 minutes. On the few occasions I come in I like to look at EVERYTHING and see what’s new, and I can be in there for up to an hour. The entire time I’m there I’m usually not approached by an employee. They have a huge selection of products unlike other Sephora stores, so this is why I make the 10 mile trip out here. Orlando works in fragrance but he was so helpful in helping me look for makeup. I had forgotten my debit card at home once for a purchase and he put all my samples and items aside for me and rang me up when I came back afterwards. He’s the only employee that’s really helped me in Sephora, and the only reason I’m giving so many stars for this location.

The store is not in a convenient location at the Biltmore—you can’t access the store from inside the mall area.I stopped here to purchase YSL foundation. No one greeted me or any other customers while I was there. I did not see associates helping other customers. I was not offered any help. I wandered around the store for a good 10 minutes before I finally approached an associate (who was facing the wall looking at products) to ask for help. They ended up not carrying YSL brand makeup at this location, so this visit was a complete waste. Had the customer service been better, I would likely have purchased other things I was not looking for. The associate who I asked also gave me inaccurate information (she told me only Scottsdale Fashion Square carries YSL when Scottsdale Quarter does as well.)
