Have had bearings when we needed them and could not get from manufactur

I went into BB&C yesterday to see if they could help me with a hard to find sprocket for a wood thickness planer that is out of production. John took several measurement and knew exactly what I needed. John was able to track down a part, but not one they could order. He told me what I needed to do to order the part myself. Thats great customer service, which ensures that I will be back in the future.

Ok so I was trying to find a front wheel bearing for my motorcycle. Now I tried 20 motorcycle shop no one had it in hand, auto parts stores they didnt either. But these guys had it on hand for me and the price went from $50 each to $10 each. You wont get better customer service they were awesome and I appreciate you guys thank you so much for solving my headache!!!

Have done business with Bearingand Belt and Chain for five years and I have nothing to say but great things about them. Every time I go in there, every single one of the guys knows who I am, and call me by my name. Just a fantastic relationship I recommend this place to everybody that I can.

I ordered 2x pulleys and a belt, and the person (Rick) taking my order didn t pay attention as I was placing my order. The wrong part came in, and they had the gall to expect me to pay for their mistake. Their compromise was to split the cost of their mistake! They insisted that Rick couldn t be wrong, since according to them: He has been in the industry for 30 years . They tried to blame me for Rick s mistake and the lack of attention to my order, and then make me pay for it! I have never dealt with such a pompous, unapologetic , and otherwise dishonest vendor. I will never do business with them, and I HIGHLY recommend you don t either. If you need a pulley, call Applied Industry Technology instead. Expect better service than this bunch of jokers....PS. They will leave you on hold for ten minutes at a time, and obviously dont pay attention once they get off their lazy butts to take your order.

Closed on Saturday when they were supposed to be open. Ive avoided them for years, now I guess Ill continue to do so.
