Mike and Dalton called ahead to let us know their arrival. They were prompt and got right to installing the roller shade for our patio. They were very cordial and took the time to explain what they were doing. The installed was professional and went off without a hitch. Looks great and very satisfied with everything.

This is the third time we’ve used All-Pro….top notch company. Starting with their knowledgeable sales person (Mike) who was prompt and accommodating. They quoted 8-10 weeks lead time and we got the call to schedule the install at 8 weeks and 1 day. The install crew (Robert and Joel) were right on time, professional, clearly proficient in their craft. They did a fantastic job, cleaned up their mess and asked all the right questions to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. We would absolutely use them again.

With a west-facing backyard we wanted a reliable and durable shade that retracts when we don’t need it. All Pro Shades provided a free on-site estimate and installed just what we needed to block the sun in the afternoons. I love that it has a motion sensor that retracts the awning automatically if it gets too windy as well. It’s also great that we can adjust the angle independently which allows it to stay open in slightly windier conditions. The led lights have a low & high brightness to suit the mood. We definitely love our shade and after a month of use we are very pleased with the professional installation and look of our shade. Thank you!

We have been wanting to add shades to our outdoor patio since we had it built. When we ordered the shades we were told not to expect them until late October, surprise surprise they we ready for install today October 6th! We had a crew of four (Steve, Eric, Mike & Dayton) install the four shades, they were courteous, efficient and cleaned up once the job was completed. I had All Pro Shades Concepts put in 4 patio shades in for me in 2018. The sales person and the install went great and I have been using the shades for 3 years now. The shades started making a loud squeaking noise so I called and they sent out Shawn and Mick. They adjusted all the shades and oiled them, which took care of the problem. While they were here Shawn noticed that one of the shades motors was going bad, so he took pictures and sent them to his boss. He said someone would call me. The following week they called and said that they wanted to send someone out to replace the motor. Today Joel & Robert came out and in about 10 minutes had it all replaced and working. All 4 guys that came out were very nice, courteous and professional. The motors were under warranty, so I didnt have any charges. I got the same great customer service as I did when they came out to give me bids 3 years ago. I highly recommend All Pro Shades Concept.

Our BBQ Pit faces West and as enjoyable as it is to cook out it always felt like we were the ones being cooked. The guy who came out to measure and give us a quote, Danny was friendly and professional as were the two guys who installed our shade, Joel and Robert. Adding a few updates to our newly purchased home and sun shades were a must. After finding AllPro Shade Concepts in a local magazine and reading online reviews I gave them a call for a quote. They were our first and last stop on this project. The process was very easy. Our salesman, Bill, came out to look at the project. He communicated his ETA, was punctual and very helpful. Within two weeks the installer, Josh, was here to complete the job. He too was on time, and communicated any issues he stumbled upon during the process. We first bought a 19’x12’ Powered sunscreen for our patio. It was ready for installation in the time we were told it would be. We liked it so much we purchased window shade screens for the back of our house. They came in earlier than expected (which was nice). Weve used All Pro Shade Concepts on 2 different occasions. First we had 2 Roller Shades installed and after such a positive experience, we had them back to install solar screens. Installing sun screens was one of the best improvements we made to the house. We went with 90% blockage. Its noticeably cooler and dimmer near the windows, which is what we wanted (go with 80% if you prefer to have a little more light, but a little more heat, get through).We got quotes from 4 different companies, and All Pro came in about $150 less than the next lowest quote. For the estimate, All Pro measured everything, discussed fabric color, frame color, 80% vs 90% blockage, and I didnt feel pressured to move forward. I didnt have to pay a deposit either.Josh did an awesome job on the installation, only took about an hour for 19 screens. All Pro doesnt haul-away old screens but Josh removed the old screens from the windows and piled them up in the side yard.I would definitely recommend All Pro Shade Concepts.

I am very picky about my house. I waited awhile to get a screen enclosure for my patio because I was sure it would not be very attractive. After the last bouts of rain and wind and the dirtiest patio furniture ever, I decided to bite the bullet. I just did a google search and looked at reviews then called All Pro Shade Concepts. I had a team of 4 guys come to my house today to install what could have been a complicated install. (Steven L, Steven A, Eric, Garret) You guys were awesome, professional and very knowledgeable. They had the install completed in about 2.5 hours. We are very happy with the shades and the installation process. I highly recommend this company. We are already outside enjoying our newly found shade. The guys went over all the details of using the shade, the lights, the pitch, the remote. They were very attentive to all details.

I dont recommend using this company. The installer took out his frustration on my decorative shutters and damaged them after banging on them with the drill. The company has done absolutely nothing even though Ive sent them photos and invoices. They also damaged my screen door and it doesnt open or close properly anymore. I saved up for sunscreens for 6 months only to end up with even more damage to my house that this company told me to fix and they would reimburse me. My builder actually fixed the shutters, I just had to buy paint, it was $12 and they haven’t reimbursed me 2 months later. It’s not about the money but the principle. And to top it off my screen door is now damaged on both corners and won’t open and close properly.

A wonderful company. I worked to get bids from several providers. There were only 2 that responded in a meaningful manner. All Pro Shade was the most responsive and most professional. Brok Butts was a great help. He really understood what I wanted: a system that would truly seal off our patio making it into another room if we elected to lower the screens fully; keep critters out. This was during Covid, so things were a little slow until the installation could be performed, but the screens did arrive, and the crew did a great job with installation. Where the screen slides down the zipper bars had a little space off the wall due to the design by Shea Homes, so All Pro brought fillers in for that gap. In one area the bottom brushes of the screen did not seal completely. Brok got hold of the manufacturer, there was a larger brush for the bottom of the screen, Brok ordered it and installed it for free. This is a classy system sold by a solid company/All Pro Shade.

Within hours of asking for information, Brok, a member of the All Pro Shades sales team, made an appointment to visit my home. He was on-time, helpful, and did not pressure me at all. After securing HOA approval for the plan that Brok developed, I was able to make a deposit by phone. Roughly 10 weeks later, the custom shade arrived. The install team of six guys showed up on-time on the specific date and did an fantastic job installing everything within 2.5 hours. They even did paint touch-ups. I couldnt be happier with the service and the product. Were looking forward to using it for years to come.

If you plan to use this place and get a SRP Rebate, think again.We had been referred to them via the SRP Screen Rebate Program. They delivered the shades and installed. The problem was getting them to fill out the SRP Rebate Paperwork. Its one sheet and it was not done, the installers have no idea, and the salesman has already collected the $$, he does not care!SRP contacted them 4 times over the course of 5 weeks to help clarify the paperwork error they made, and it went ignored.If no rebate and youre paying cash, I think you would be fine.

They came out and measured, then in order to save me some money, took the shades that they were able to re-screen. Set-up an install date and time, and were there early. Very happy with our sun screen. Installers Sean A and Johan R were meticulous and detail oriented. They painted the small areas where the cable system installed and went out of their way to re-arrange all the furniture to the exact original spot.

These guys went above and beyond to help me order $13 replacement parts that they were making little to no money on for my KE Durasol Awning that came with the house we purchased for which they never installed or had anything to do with (manufacture, other dealers etc would not sell to me or even come install at a profit)... goes to show they will take care of you no matter what. Stand up company, would highly recommend. Dont ask me for a KE Durasol Awning recommendation though.

A very reasonable price for very good quality screens. Installment less than two hours. Robert, the guy who installed them, was very professional and did a wonderful job!! Right installment the house went a lot cooler!! Finally we can have cooler summers!!

Turns out they also gave me the best price.Robert took my call immediately, set up and appointment for an estimate and made the entire experience so easy. No money down, just paid in full when the screens were installed. All Pro shade Concepts is a stand-up A+ business from start to finish. I first met with Danny who explained thoroughly all the products they offer. I was in the market for window and patio shades. He gave me his best price from the start, informed me I was eligible for a rebate from SRP, and answered all of my many questions. I told Danny I had several other appointments with other companies before I would make a decision. After my due-diligence I ended up calling All Pro shades to purchase window shades and a 19` patio shade. He was able to get all the materials and scheduled install within a week. There were a couple installers who were very professional which I subsequently found out one was the owner. How many times do you actually get the owner out to make sure everything is done with the highest quality. I am very pleased with the product and money spent.

Excellent service, installation, and pricing. Everyone was very professional, price was fair and charged exactly as quoted, and installation was extremely quick (20 minutes for 8 windows- ranch style house). From initial call to quote to install took 1.5 weeks, and could not be more satisfied.
