I wanted to thank the Bell Honda Service Department and especially service specialist Alan Tarin. I first met Alan when my car was towed to Bell Honda on a late Saturday afternoon. The service department was closing up but Alan told me to go ahead and have my car towed there because he would keep it open. He reassured me that they would figure out what the issue was. I live closer to another Honda service department but I now drive further to Bell Honda because of the excellent customer service that Alan provided. Alan always goes above and beyond every time my car needs to get serviced. He is also proactive when multiple repairs need to be made with many options that fit my budget. He is a superb specialist and I would recommend Alan and Bell Honda to everyone.

We called and made an appointment for a leaking tire. We are from out of state and needed to get this fixed before we continued on our journey. We got their 15 minutes early. It turns out we had one tire that need to be replaced and one tire that had to be fixed. It took them an hour and a half to diagnose it. And additional hour and 45 minutes to change one tire and fix a leak on another. Then we asked him about the control panel on the dashboard saying we need work on our car they did not clear the control panel. It turns out we needed an oil change and they didnt even check it. We asked about getting an oil change done and they told us it would be almost a 3-hour wait before they could help us.We are happy they are not our regular Honda dealer

Was doing a road trip from South texas to North cali. My AC broke down midway here in arizona at 110f heat. I called different dealerships no one lifted a finger. Called here and Logan helped me get my car back to working condition same day so i can get back on the road. 10/10 would recommend.

I bought a used cr-v from Natasha In sales. She was absolutely splendid to work with. She found me and my wife a great car at a great price.The loan guy was as all money guys slightly pushy but we ended up with a great deal in the end.We found some front end issues with the car that needed to be addressed and were covered by our warranty. The used car manager Wade helped us over several weeks navigate the issue until all problems were resolved. He was 100% professional and completely accommodating as well as very communicative the entire time. Thanks Wade!The service Rep David is also a joy to work with. He was very attentive and sympathetic to our situation. He did everything in a professional and timely manner. I would highly recommend going to bell Honda for all your Honda needs, these guys rock!Thanks Honda staff for all the hard work!

Service department is AWFUL. I took my Pilot in for an oil change at 38K miles, they told me front and rear brakes were at 3 mm. They also told me I needed a new timing belt. After rejecting those services, I took my car to an independent dealer and they measured my brakes at 7mm and the belt was fine. Bell honda, shame on you for lying and trying to make a quick buck.

I love Bell Honda! Everyone there is so helpful and courteous they get you in and out very fast.I had Logan from the service department who worked with me today he was very courteous and very knowledgeable. I had brought my vehicle in for a recall so instead of having to wait there I was able to get a ride back home and wait for my car to be fixed. The gentleman whom I had drive me home and even pick me back up, his name was Jerry and he was another person whom I recommend very highly at Bell Honda he was very kind.All in all I highly recommend Bell Honda!!🌹

Went to do that fuel pump recall with the service advisor Steven. A few weeks later after the service was performed, my car smelled like gas at the tailpipes! I knew something was wrong. When I went back for them to check (I went to a different advisor , Andrew, which by the way is great!) , it was found that the o ring on the fuel pump was cracked and it turned out that their technician messed it up when he installed the new pump! This is pretty bad! To go in for a recall service and come out worse, with fuel leaking! I’m never going back to see Steven at this location ! I don’t trust him! He even told me that it’s normal for the fuel smell to happen when I called him to share my concern.

If I can give 0 stars I would. I have never experience the worst customer service at any dealer in my life. Robby the one helping me out with my car due to having a leak in my car told me my car would be ready in 1.5 to 2 hrs it took more than 3 hours could’ve been more but I called 2 times looking for him until I finally got a hold of him. I was advised I could get dropped off and picked up Robby said he would call me in 10 min now has been more than 20 min waiting to get my car. I didn’t feel like he cared in any way. Busy or not they need to know how to manage time wisely. Supposedly my car doesn’t have a leak Ima take it somewhere else and if it does they will hear from me.

We bought a vehicle from this dealership and let me start by saying the experience we have had has been horrible their is always something that we have to deal with . First it was from the salles person the pressured us to buy the vehicle . Then their was the loan person who tried to sell us things to us we didn’t want . Then it was the constant having to travel to the dealership to fix the issues with our contract and also they took for ever to give us the car after we purchased it . Then the biggest thing was the car was not inspected before being sold to us . Now we are dealing with our calls being ignored and being directly transferred to mainance . They told us they where going to contact us to schedule our appointment with mainance because their was things not done to our vehicle that needed to be done . I honestly thought after speaking with a manager everything was going to be smooth but we are still having a bad experience with this dealership.

Car was there for a rodent problem, car was ready after a week just to find out It wasnt, had to bring the car back and get their recommended rental car ( Hertz) stating they will cover the rental expenses only to get a letter couple months later from Hertz stating they havent got paid by Honda.Call Honda few days ago spoke with someone that promised me that hes going to give me a call back the day after which obviously he didnt leave me with?

I went to the parts counter. They are friendly. They didnt carry or even sell the part I needed. And unfortunately they couldnt order it either.They were nice though. Call first to make sure they have your part before going.

All the service specialists are friendly and seem to know what they are talking about. They have service financing for big fixes. An express oil change can be quick. They are also really good about taking walk ins. I have never been turned down because they are too busy and they will be honest on timing.

Set an appointment online for 2pm for an oil change and brake fluid. Show up 20 min early and they say it’ll take 2-2.5 hours. I then call an Uber to just wait at my house. Don’t get a call till 5:37pm saying my car is ready for pickup and they close at 6! So I had to pick up my car the next day. I show up and literally nobody acknowledges me. I guess their workers are too busy to help me as they’re all standing around talking with each other or flirting with the female workers that pass by. So unprofessional, I will never go there for any repairs or to the dealership for future car purchases again.

Service Center-I went in to get my AC checked ad my driver side AC was blowing neutral air instead of the cold setting I had it on.After a little time sitting in the waiting room as excepted they checked out my car and Bryan Johannsen came and got me to tell me the bad news that my compressor was leaking and needed practically a whole new AC unit with the other problems as well.After telling me the cost of this service my heart sank as I was not expecting it to cost that much.....this is where Bryan jumps in to save the day!Noticing that my car was far to young yo have this problem and literally just over the warranty he told me not to worry and that he will bring it up with Honda and higherups to see if he could help me with lowering the price as this was a very unusual case.I heard from him the next day and was extremely happy to hear that he got them to cut the cost to an extremely agreeable price! I knew this was a special case and was extremely lucky they were able to do this!This made my day and I thank Bryan and anyone else he worked with to help me with this particular problem.Bryan Johannsen, if I have any other problems Im coming for you directly to help me. I know you my not be able to do this again but with your customer service and you want to help me, you definitely made an impact.THANK YOU!p.s. Sorry I know this Is a little late ha ha

I came in for the service department to look at my rims. I also talked to JJ in sales and he got me into a new lease of a brand new 2021civic sport. JJ was great, no beating around the bush and he listened to what I was looking for and made it happen. They sold or gave it for free my information to their sales department and they started calling almost everyday to sell me car, pushing me to trade my car. I was never informed that the information that I will provide to them they will pass them to their sales department. Very unprofessional, threat of your privacy, life comfort. Why would I want to go and do my services here where their sales department wouldnt stop calling me even when I make them clear I wasnt interesting to do business with them and to remove my contact. That bothered me so much that I had to get angry and told them I would walk to the store and toke one in one and after that phone call I have found some peace.Sorry Bell Honda Service but you cant share your costumers phone number with your sales team. Privacy means everything for me, therefor I will not do my services at your store and I would never purchase from your next door building just because of the harassments approach that they do have.

My first experience here was about 2 weeks ago on a Saturday with no appointment. I was greeted and attended to with in a reasonable time and respectfully...unfortunately due to circumstances beyond my control (no supervisor) I left without any work being done to repair A/C compressor and leak in the line.Let me clarify some of these details.2018 Honda CivicBought Jan. 2019 certified used from Bell HondaBrought in for issues with tire pressure light malfunctioning.Oil change...was told the battery was in need of replacement. Was told A/C needed recharging.Unusual for Hondas to need anything replaced, but being new to AZ... I could understand the A/C.I had the A/C recharge done, but I replaced battery myself at Napa.I noticed no difference in the A/C until bringing the vehicle in for cosmetic body work on the hood and front bumper and fog light repairs due to rock damage on freeway. However the temperatures have been extremely high and I assumed that to be the cause. It wasnt until renting a car for a trip to Washington that I noticed the extreme differences between working A/C and Non working a/c...Upon returning to AZ. I was told replacements of a hose line due to leak, and compressor were not covered by the certified used honda guarantee and my warranty just expired per mileage. I pointed out that at the time of repairs mentioned, the warranty was in fact within the requirements and conditions for Hondas responsibility to cover the cost.I was told they would order the parts and proceed with a Goodwill request to pay the difference, and that it would take a couple weeks before parts would arrive and repairs could be made.Upon arrival for repairs... I was told only 80% was approved to be paid, and I would be responsible for the remaining 20%. I dont think I need to post the amount, but I was disappointed enough to leave (112 degrees) and return when a supervisor would be here to answer my most logical question...why? I was informed by the service tech that this was going to be the best offer by Honda. I replied that if that is true, then I will be buying a vehicle from a different dealership and my reliable 20 years of Honda relationship will be sadly ended. I am currently in lobby waiting to hear what that verdict will be. Anything Bell Honda says, does, or doesnt do, will have no affect on my current 2 star rating, however I will follow up with a second review and new rating after today...stay tuned.

In addition to selling a car with a bad tire, and then not being able to find a tire leak, which Discount Tire found and fixed in 15 minutes, I had them do the first oil change. Big mistake. They took off the splash panel under the engine, and never put it back on. I didn’t notice that it was missing till a few months later when I did the next oil change myself. Never will I return to these creatures for anything.

If your arent planning on spending any money or just here for a tire check you will 100% be treated like the lowest scum of the earth. If you dont schedule an appointment you can 100% expect to wait. Imagine being told to have to wait for hours just for some single random mechanic to look at it and and turn off the notification on the dash rather than having to do anything to the tires themselves. Oh yea they also dont wash cars anymore because of the pandemic

August 30, 2019 - took in vehicle because A/C was outSeptember 6, 2019 - car was returned with the compressor, clutch set, and coil set replacedSeptember 16, 2019 - car was taken in again for the A/C not working againSeptember 24, 2019 - car was returned with a replaced compressor, hose, clutch set, and coil setNovember 30, 2019 - car was taken in again for similar A/C issuesDecember 10, 2019 - car was returned with a new condenser, compressor, clutch set, coil set; at this time we spoke to the Service Manager, who told us that there were no problems with the A/C systems in the Honda Civics (which a Honda America case manager informed me that he should have known there were) and that our A/C was completely fixed and they had the best guy working on itDecember 10, 2019 - after picking up the car I drove it down the street when I noticed an audible rattling sound when the A/C was turned on and returned the vehicle immediatelyDecember 11, 2019 - the car was returned with replacement of a bracketDecember 12, 2019 - In the morning we noticed a neon green oil leaking from the compressor. I called Bell Hondas Customer Service Manager, where I told her of the new possible leak and that we would like out of the vehicle and we wanted to come down to work something out. We were told that Bell would be happy to work with us to make it right. We head down to Bell Honda to look at a different vehicle, we were told that we would be working with Heather but instead we had JJ and the Sales Manager, Brandon Latour, working with us. Instead of trying to make our situation right we were instead offered to buy a brand-new car with no deal. They offered us Kelly blue book for our trade-in vehicle, but the price of the vehicle we were interested in (stock number was checked) was listed lower on their website than the price that they offered us. We were told that the General Manager was involved and that was the best deal that they could give us. We walked out, feeling insulted.December 13, 2019 - took the car to Showcase Honda where they confirmed that a hose was leaking refrigerant and replaced it the same dayUltimately, Showcase was able to fix the problem and gave us a better deal on a 2019 Honda Civic Hatchback than Bell was willing to offer on a 2019 Civic Sedan LX.This review is limited solely to the facts and does not include the bad service and insulting behavior by many of their employees.
