The team at 3A Automotive were very professional and courteous. They provided me with a detailed explanation of what preventive maintenance they recommend; and more importantly maintenance that was not necessary. A Ford dealership told me I needed expensive engine components replaced. 3A Automotive techs performed comprehensive tests on these components and found no major replacements were necessary. This was such a relief! Honest and professional service in the automotive industry is hard to find. I had a great neighbor recommend this place - a stellar repair shop that genuinely cares, staff are honest, and thorough with your car. I appreciate that the fact that they took the time to do things upright and quality was never compromised. So thanks to the staff from Emily to Dennis, Jimmy, and Edgar. I was told my car would take a day to run through timing belt, water pump, spark plugs, transmission fluid and air filter but due to bad tensioner it took a little longer. Creates a peace of mind and trust that they are not in a rush to get things done but take the time to do things right. In addition to all that they provided an Uber ride home and delivered the car after the service was completed 👊🏼. Just a great experience all around.

My daughter recently moved to Phoenix and she took her in for an oil change only to find out there was a lot more wrong with her car. Thank goodness they do a full inspection. Tony was able to show us what was wrong via video but also took the extra step to see if any of the repairs were covered under warranty. They have a customer for life.

Ive been here a few times. Nice clean shop, the staff is friendly. Their mechanics are pretty sharp, do good work and dont over charge. They even give you a ride home if you need.

Under old owners there integrity was high, quoted 250 for Lexus coolant flush that every where else is 109, was told it took a special coolant, Ive been flushing coolant for years and it takes Toyota pink.. No special coolant, just a lie for a sale.

I cant say enough good things about 3A Automotive. I have used them exclusively to service my vehicles for over 5 years now and they always do excellent work at a fair price. They treat you like family. They provide free shuttle service to and from their shop while your vehicle is being worked on. They are professional and courteous as you would expect but go beyond and are friendly and they have gone above and beyond to help us out on more than one occasion. When I first called 3A, my car was leaking coolant, Emily was sympathetic and understanding. She asked if the car needed to be towed. I did not. I asked if they had shuttle service, they ordered Lyft for me as part of their service. I put on the service ticket that I didnt need the car until later in the week,but they had a quote for me the next day! I okayd the quote and they fixed it within a couple of hours. I was impressed. They made me feel like I was top priority. The ordered a Lyft to bring me after hours to pick up my car. The whole transaction was SO EASY! Emily and the other folks at 3A were great to work with and they took away the dread that I usually feel dealing with auto shops! Big Shout Out to 3A!

Ive used many online reservation systems and normally just an automated response if any. this time was different. upon making online request i was contacted within minutes by front desk to be advised the time i booked would overlap the techs lunch and did i want to reschedule. i just appreciated the heads up and seeing this was my first time i was prepared to wait. even with lunch break i was in and out with in 3 hours. waiting area for a car shop, or a lot of places for that matter, was the cleanest ive ever seen. although only in the area for that day, i will return again for future car services.

We were traveling through the area from out of state and had a warning come up on our dash that our vehicle needed to be serviced within the next 150 miles, or vehicle would go into limp mode. Had some unexpected car troubles recently, and I dont know what I would have done if I hadnt found 3A automotive. The entire process from initially bringing my car in, diagnosing the problems the vehicle was experiencing and all the repairs that were necessary including getting the keys back in 8 days. The diagnosis report was very well laid out and easy to understand. The price was fair for the amount of work and turn around time went into everything. I hate dealing with car issues, but they are one of the first auto places I’ve been where I truly trust them. Besides regularly servicing my car, I’ve had them service my son’s car and have recommended them to other friends!

Very professional and knowledgeable. I went to Purcells and Network Alignement before asking them to fix some issues I had with my braking shaking and leaking. They say it was fine. But I know my truck and i knew it wanst right. Network alignment said my brakes were fine. After a month my brakes were still acting weird and sometimes not even braking how it was supposed to. So I saw an add about 3A Automotive & Diesel Repair doing an oil change and 65 point inspection special! These guys are the best, they found a lot of problems, they take pictures of the inspection and give you solutions. My brake discs were really bad, I mean, they really inspect the vehicle, not like other mechanics who told me they will take a look of my truck and they just overlooked a lot of things. 3A Automotive did an excellent job, Emily is so nice and always trying to help. I totally recommended this place.

I felt I was greatly overcharged for an alternator replacement on a 07 Lexus they charge $900 after first saying it was going to be $1100 kind of felt like I got ripped off smh

Wow. These guys have great rates on oil changes and drove me back home ! They even offered to pick me up when car was ready. Granted I lived less than 2 miles away but round trip on Uber that would of been easily 20$. Was a nice gesture. Everyone here was really nice.

They are very competent and straight forward, and their customer service is great. They worked with me when other shops were jacking me around. They can be expensive, but I would not hesitate to use them for diagnostics or any work you want done.

Why am I not surprised to see all of these great reviews. 3A still has my car - I am using them for the first time and feel so fortunate to have chosen this company. It was pure luck and how often does that happen? As I was given a quote for repairs I was asked if maybe I have an extended warranty on my vehicle. Duh! I do and I forgot all about it. Theyre going to do the footwork and see what may be covered which is so above and beyond any service I have experienced. Finding a shop that I can trust is everything and I am a thankful customer for life.

I was extremely impressed with Dean at the front desk. From my call to schedule an appointment, to meeting on him arrival through the process of going through the items I needed/wanted checked to a call back to discuss needs/costs, to resources he used and information he passed along, final checkout - all went so smoothly. Deans calm, personable and helpful demeanor was a blessing. I felt the atmosphere in the office had improved tremendously. I found the young man who was giving rides, Mike, very personable and comfortable to be with. A careful driver appreciated! I don’t think anybody’s perfect, but these guys came pretty close. This was my first experience with them because my truck broke down when I was in town from Prescott. I had my truck towed to them due to the ratings and comments that we saw online. These guys worked with me closely and personally. Because I was back up north, they took pictures to show me the problems that I had. The service was fast and they did everything they said they would do. I could not be more pleased. Best Auto Shop Ever - I wont go anywhere else! They are very straightforward regarding time and cost of needed repairs. They got my vehicle done on time and within the quote. Very friendly and efficient. The repair I had done was done right the first time. 3A Automotive sets the standard for auto shops.

They are all very nice in there, but incredibly overpriced. They quoted me $1200 on one car part to be replaced and the actual dealership and several other repair shops quoted me $480. Not impressed.

WARNING AVOID THIS SHOP! I repeat AVOID! This shop told me my truck would be done in three days and they kept pushing it back day by day they kept telling me it would be done for sure tomorrow, now it’s two weeks later and I JUST got it back. They have a new technology where they send you pictures of the engine taken apart and what parts you need and come to find out the pictures they sent me are of another engine. They also sent a picture of my miles and they clearly drove my truck at least 200 miles (how does that happen) especially when they say your vehicle is disassembled and being worked on. Then they told me on the last day it’s an additional $700 dollars over the phone, then they tried to get me for another $300 when I showed up at the shop to pick the truck up. By the time I got to my house (about 6 miles away) the wrench symbol turned on and on top of all that there’s a dent in the side of my truck that was not there when it went into the shop. THIS IS UNBELIEVABLE HOW HORRIBLE THIS SHOP IS. WARNING WARNING

Changed owners and the new ones said we had a bad oil leak and couldnt drive it off the lot, until a month later when pressed finally told us we could drive it if we signed a waiver. We instantly took our van to Grease Monkey where they inspected it and found there was no leak. We had to get two rental cars while our van was held hostage. It cost us way to much money. Do not go there, they are no longer honest. Very disappointed as we always went there and received great service.

They were very thorough and kept working on my issue till completely resolved. Highly recomend.
