Nobody enjoys being ordered to get an interlock on their vehicle. But if you have to Smart Start is the provider to visit. Very professional and affordable. Matt has went out of his way to help me when I had equipment issues. Very knowledgeable and professional.

Cant speak for others but I chose Smart Start because it was close to work,there staff has always been great I had only 1 issue and I left unit in car in the summer ..it didnt want to work right a Tech came out and switched it with me. And never had any issue there after. Went to another smart start in the east valley once they were cool too. I recommend Smart Start AZThank you for being kind.

Smart start was a great choice for my interlock device. Everyone was nice from corporate to the actual shop and technicians. Made my program by quickly.

It’s a rare accurance to say you had a great experience getting an interlock placed in your vehicle but the guys at this location made it easy and hassle free! They went above and beyond my expectations. My advice, drive out of your way and come to this locations! You won’t regret it! Thank you everyone at Smart Start!

This place put my breathalyzer in wrong the ignition wires in wrong had my car out of service for close to 24 hours gilbert smart start fixed the issue thanks Frank this place has put me through a lot do not get your car ignition lock here they will put admin hold on your account because they want you take a battery to them that is rightfully your because this place didnt wire the machine right this man Kade has hung up on me these people at this CORPORATE location are not suitable to be working for this company they give you credits for things they did wrong then they reverse the credit months later

For the first week I had the device installed it wouldnt work after 9pm until 12 pm the next leaving me stranded at work for a whole week..took until I went to a non corporate location to get it fixed and still took them a whole week to get it working correctly

Dont like it but have to do it

. These people took my money I paid insurance yet when the device was taken by the police they never acknowledged giving me insurance. Dont use them
