Im sorry to have read so many negative reviews about this company. My experience was top notch. Daniel took my info over the phone and provided supreme service. I used my keypad to enter my card info instead of verbally giving him the info. The sale was finalized and when I arrived at will call, Ariel assisted me with getting my part pulled. Jaden retrieved my part quickly and brought it right to me. All staff I encountered were extremely professional and nice. The establishment was clean, organized and welcoming to customers. I was in awe of the warehouse area, what I could see of it, for the cleanliness and organization. The shelves were neat and tidy and the staff utilized safety procedures for the equipment they were utilizing. If I could have given 10 stars, I would have. Great job guys! Keep doing what you do. Oh yes, my part was about $70 cheaper than online and I was able to leave with it, not wait for a week or more for delivery. Their main customer base is companies dealing with auto body repairs, but they are also open to the public. So very glad I found them.

Staff are helpful, you can pick up parts. I picked up civic fenders here and they are packed nicely. Definitely will comeback for other needs.

Great and helpful employees. Needed a warranty exchange and had no problems. Very friendly when we came to pick up our parts.

Bought a engine (so I thought) on Monday expecting to pick up the engine on Friday. Throughout the week I planned to make the trip to go pick the engine up. Once Friday came I was excited to go pick up my new motor. Little did I know that my order was canceled. After sitting on hold for 30 minutes between two different LKQ reps that were looking for my work order. Come to find out that the engine that I already purchased, wasn’t tested before I bought it. So now I have a charge that I’ll be waiting to get back and wait until I can purchase another one from someone else, who sells “tested” engines. The cherry on top of this all was when I was asked at the end if I’d like the same engine but with higher mileage, doesn’t seem like a bad offer... but once again, too good to be true I guess. They wanted the same price as the engine I already paid for...with higher mileage. I ain’t no expert but you would think I would get a cheaper price on the higher mileage engine.

If i could give 0 Stars I would the Salesman Eric Is very Rude and unprofessional when you and telling him parts your interested in he rushes you and doesnt have much time to look at parts he has other people on hold and then puts you on hold or hangs up. THE CORPERATE NEEDS TO INVESTIGATE THIS SALES MAN! PLEASE DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT

I am still waiting for my $230 credit for an item that I bought on 9/1/2020, yes, 8 months later they have not returned anything, Melissa is useless, she sent me my check 3 times, 2 to my house and once to my workshop and never received anything, according to her the mail returned them. I have lived in the same place for 12 years and nothing like this has ever happened to me. I no longer want to order something else and keep my money!

Worst customer service. They give you like four phone numbers to call and all numbers you cant get a hold of anyone and if you do get someone on the phone they automatically put you on hold and never comeback.

The people there were friendly and great to work with. Unfortunately the product they tried to give me was subpar. In my previous experiences buying a couple of engines from them I experience was great. This time the transmission looked like it was put together with RTV and duct tape

They have the hardest parts to find. Only thing is, they cant have parts shipped to the Casa Grande location. Such a bummer to have to drive all the way to PHX just to get parts.

J.R. in sales is a nice guy. Prompt when answering the phone and helpful when possible. Partially a poor experience from the parts department but it seems to be getting resolved.

I received the same wrong part twice. The correct part was ordered, but an incorrect part was received. I drive 30 miles one way to pick this up. The part was reordered and I was promised next day delivery. The replacement part came in the next day as promised;however, it was the same wrong part as before. I tried calling and emailing to make sure this was the right part, but no one answered my email and the only phone number was a centralized call center which assured me the correct part was sent. I was leery as how could he know without seeing it? I again made this drive and again it was the wrong part. They were very nice and processed a refund efficiently. I would have rather had the correct part and didn’t enjoy 3 wasted round trips.

Never pay debit or cash always pay with credit card if give you run around you take moneys back consulting with credit card customer services is way way go with this crooked people can’t overcharged or charge for defective parts

Great place to find affordable car parts. My mirror and motor came in less than a week

I bought an engine early last week. John from LKQ Phoenix charged me 300 for a warranty that I didnt even want in the first place. I try calling his direct line it goes straight to voicemail for 2 days in a row. I call the main line and have been hung up on twice now. Still havent seen my refund.

Ordered parts for an entire front collision build and repair from them. Received the wrong model headlights for the vehicle and did not notice until going to plug them in and they were the wrong connectors. Car is a 9 wire and they sent a 5 wire headlight which was a base model and was not compatible.At this time of final assembly it was right at the edge of return policy and all they offered to do was sell me a set of used headlights at more cost than I could get brand new assemblies from ford that were not scratched up etc. My cost was $1250 per headlight and they offered used ones for 1280 for one and 1500 for the other. After not wanting this Ty charged me $200 to restock parts that he wrongly sold me and would not work for the car.Super excited Ty got to make money off of not properly doing his job. Will not buy from him again.Austin Thompson

Overall happy with my auto parts for a really good price versus online shipping costs. Ordering specific parts was pretty straightforward. The guy on the phone made sure I got the specific type for my vehicle. They did not call back when the parts were in within the time frame given. When I had to call back during lunch I was put on hold several times, until one lady just took care of my order confirmation that the parts were in. Overall picking up was a normal wait time, and they carried the items into my trunk which was great.

They always have the parts I need and they are always good quality. I just wish the customer service was a little quicker, but I understand it is really large Warehouse

On 12/8/20 at approximately 1100hrs, I stop at LKQ of Arizona. I spoke with a clerk about an ECM. He located the part and advised me that it would take 4-5 days for the part to come in. I paid for the part on my debit card then the cashier give me the receipt. The part I just paid for wasn’t even the correct item it was a radiator fan motor. I go back to the same clerk and ask about the ECM. He looks on the computer and now he doesn’t show an ECM available. Therefore, now I have to wait for them to refund my account. Future customer please review the paperwork before paying for any parts at this business!!!!!

The issue is that they don’t answer the phones. When they do they put you on hold Immediately. Yesterday I purchased a Jeep partial top from Jason, who did a very nice job. He told me he would call Today when it arrived. At 4 pm I started calling As he hand the called only to have the phone answered AGAIN and put on hold. By my watch i hung up at the 20 minute mark. Now they close at 5 and it takes 45 minutes to get there.

So i want to buy some staff for my car and the way they was talking to my and treat me was not good and the right side cashier was really rude he tried to get me in tax Fraud trouble with the car shop owner that Im working with... anyway i end up leaving the store not buying any things and not getting my stuff that I drove about 30 mi to ... and not spend about $800 in that company .. they are not professional and they need more experience and if you think you are the only one can sale this parts you r wrong body .... and finally if you having a bad day that doesnt mean you but that in someone else 😘😘

This place is Massive, every part possible or they can order it. The guys at the front counter are GURUS. They will tell you straight up what the cost is. I will Absolutely buy from these guys again and again. After Market OEM parts!

Started great then the first engine showed up. It was incomplete, had rolled off of the pallet due to no one caring about doing their job, there was a broken bracket that was integral to the engine and would have taken 8 hr labor to transfer from old engine. Worst of all when we looked in the pressure regulator spot it was full of metal shavings. VIN number was different from the one that was sold to me, and the price was 700 higher than promised. Go somewhere else. Go ANYWHERE ELSE.

This is the worst company for used parts. I’ve used them several times and every time I either get the wrong part, broken part or it’s late for delivery by weeks. I’m DONE with this company. I was wondering why every time I call the employee I worked with quit, now I know why. This company is way more expensive than any other salvage place here by a lot. i will never use this place again, lesson learned.

Worst service ever!!! Was leaving town in 7 days ordered the parts on a Thursday was told they’d arrive by Monday was told they’re on the truck should be there today. Tuesday rolls around they’re on the way they should be there by noon. Never showed up. Wednesday rolls around where are the parts? Oh we had a small issue they should be there today by the end of the day never showed up. Call again now it’s thursday and I have to travel 2,106 miles across country and guess what they’ll be there by noon... NEVER SHOWED UP!!! GARBAGE!!! TRASH!!! If your going to waste someone’s time at least be honest!! Will never recommend this company to anyone! EVER!!

Cheap body parts

I just came here for the first time. I was very impressed with how the office looked, and was looking forward to doing business with this company. After I stood at the counter for 10 minutes wild two employees completely ignored me, I decided that this place doesnt need my business.

I have used them several time for parts large and small, cheap and expensive. I will always go here first. I wish they had a better way for me to look for parts and prices on my own.

They were closed during business hours. There is a big sign and an arrow on the front and I could not tell if it pointed to that door or the next. No, it was pointing to a door on the far side of the building. Come in from Southern and Old Southern and as long as you come in before closing everything should go well.

The worst customer service! It takes for ever to pull parts from the shelf, plan to spend over an hour just for one part. Bought parts from their used parts yard and it take more than 5 days to deliver, got here and it was broken! Sales person (Angel) said he had another one in the northeast but he couldnt promised it wouldnt arrive broken! Said the best thing he could refund my money but I wouldnt receive my money with in a week! Needless to say I dont have a part and I dont have my money! And its been over two weeks

Terrible service, if i could i would rate negative.... i orderd some parts for my 2000 jeep sport, one door showed up without a panel, not a big deal but they wanted to charge me for a separate panel. The hardtop showed up cracked and in no usable condition. All these parts took months to show up and a month or so of back and forth messages and calls that all ended with were sorry but our hands are tied this company is nothing but a bunch of thieves and liars!!! Do no d business with them!!!

Terrible service. They order me a part they said that was at there location. Waited 45 min for them to tell me that the part was mission in action. But they said they can order the part again and it came but for the wrong year. Now I have to wait for the transaction to be refunded to my card and since I paid half cash half card they will send me a refund check for the rest. This company is a rip off. The parts reps just want your money cause they now how hard it is to get it back. Use another company.

Standing in here still waiting 30 minutes for a tailgate handle and was told told its ready for pick up asap 2 hours later here I am, not only that I price matched with autozone on more then a few parts LKQ offers a 6 month warrenty on used parts I checked autozone and its cheaper if not $10 or so more for a brand new part at autozone with a lifetime warrenty if your selling the car and trying to fix it quick this is the place if you want it for your personal or work truck go to autozone

I purchased a bumper a fender and a side view mirror From David Garcia we came to settle at a fair amount so i then proceeded to pay for the parts over the phone and the door was delivered first to an automotive sale company then on a later date the mirror and fender was delivered to the same location and upon Keystone OR LKQ delivering these 2 parts they asked for a payment of $88+ change from the owner of the auto dealership when I had already paid for these 3 parts in its entireredy when David Garcia and i came to a fair price. so i called David Garcia about this item repeatly and about the fourth time he told me to call his accounting department and they would issue a refund. So I did so and left a message and of course I got no response so about a week ago or 10 days ago I figured id give it one more chance to get my $88 dollars back so I call David Garcia and he gave me the number to LKQ accountants department and then that lady got me to the correct department and when I spoke to the lady in Keystones accounting department she stated that she had talked to David Garcia and what they charged me for was correct. So i then hung up the phone and called David Garcia directly and his exact words were Man your tripping if you think i gave it to you at that price your tripping (how professional). So i suggest you dont do busieness with Keystone or LKQ they will rip you off and lie to your face make you think your getting one thing and totally under deliver and David Garcia your a SNAKE and A LIER

Lazy employees. Acting like they are busy on the computer but really just dont feel like helping anyone. Grimy culture as well. You have to pay full price for parts before you even get them. If you decide you dont want the part because its in rough shape, it takes days to refund onto a debit or credit card.
