It would be nice if they sold used tire seeing that the tires they do so you cant just buy one and and the cheapest tire is like $300. So there are little bills of 51 get 1 free that means theyve hiked the price on that 1 for it to make up for the free 1 outside of that their tires work so thats good but were in a pandemic and they are keeping their prices like pre pandemic Im just crossing my fingers for the day that they help out the single parents that were hit by covid

I went on a Saturday and knew that it would take a while to get my tires on. Your actual time that I was quoted was an hour and a half to an hour and 45 minutes. It ended up taking 2 hours and 30 minutes to get my car back. I was advised that a Tracker would be sent to my cell phone so that I could track the car status. But Im tracker never was texted to me. Not only that but there was never any updates on the time. I would say that it is important to communicate expectations to clients and when those expectations are not being met that new expectations are set.

I came in to get my air checked and had a tire that was completely ruined. Luckily they were able to replace it with my protection plan. They answered all my questions, were professional, and gave me multiple options. They were extremely busy and running a bit behind but thanked everyone for their patience and were literally running to try to stay on time. Wonderful service even though they were absolutely slammed. Adam at the front desk helped everyone very quickly as well.

I wish there were a way to give 10 Stars today. I found myself stuck with a rental car for a short while all my car was being assessed by my insurance and ended up with a flat rear passenger tire as I came out of the store I was in thanks to the accident that has my car being assessed Im in a wheelchair at the moment and the gentleman at discount absolutely went above and beyond for me today the rental agency did not want to do anything about their popped tire they simply wanted me to put the spare donut on and just go with that. The guys at discount did not like that idea the spare tire was a donut and a decade plus old possibly so instead of just taking the laziest way out that they could which would have been to help me put the spare on, theychose to go a little above and beyond and they put on a brand new tire for me that they didnt ask me to pay a penny for just to make sure that I would be safe leaving their care. I so greatly appreciate it that I think I will be coming back to this specific discount for years and years to come no matter where in the valley I may live thank you guys I appreciate you looking out for my safety.

I had a nail in bedded in my tire this morning, and I was able to get it in at 9:30 in the morning and leave by 10 AM and still get to work on time.I know it was last minute on my part, and I didn’t want to stress them out, but they made sure everything was done and completed on time. Adam A...amazing customer service, give this young man a raise!!!!Ive gotten used to doing everything I can do online. I needed new tires installed on a Monday, tried picking product and scheduling online on a Saturday however earliest date was Wednesday. I was very frustrated with this and other retail things I was trying to accomplish this day. I met my daughter for lunch, during which time I was online trying to figure out how to get my tires replaced on Monday. She suggested calling the store directly to which I replied Ill end up on hold forever, but while driving her home I took a chance and called. Phone was answered after 1st ring, Adam was able to quickly pull up my account, previous tire replacement and tell me hed call me back as soon as he could secure 4 tires and schedule me for Monday, which he did.I showed up Monday at 8:45 and was quickly processed through line by Adam as I had an appointment..ahead of no less than 10 people in line with no appointment. I quickly paid for the tires with my Discount Tire account and was on my way to work, came back after lunch, Adam recognized me when I walked through the door, grabbed my key and paperwork and showed me to my car in minutes.What a perfect customer experience, I cannot express my gratitude enough to Adam and Discount Tire for a completely pleasurableexperience, for something that is never fun, nobody enjoys spending money on tires LOL. The day that I came to Texas count tire they were fully booked and working at a very organized very rapid pace something that would something that with that number of people that should have taken hours took an hour and a 1/2 which I was very glad to hear my tire was appropriately treated and put on new one on and I will recommend them to anyone

I went to Discount Tire for the 2nd time in 4 days. The first time, I had my right front tire replaced. After I left, the tire sensor light came back on. After driving for a couple days, I decided to turn into the lot of a different location of Discount Tire. Turns out I had very low air pressure in my left front tire. I had to get it taken care of right away, as my daughter had been admitted to Childrens hospital and I needed to be with her. I also live 2 hours north and needed to be able to drive home later. The service guys at this location, specifically, Jorge and Brock, were amazing! Their customer service was great! There were actually 11 cars before mine and a 2 hour wait. These guys got my car in right away, found a screw in my tire and repaired the tire. I was back on the road in 45 minutes! Thank you so much guys! Excellent service!

Went to Discount Tire due to a flat tire. I was having a horrible day but one of the service coordinators made me feel at ease. He walked me through the process and didnt judge me for having to finance my tires. While I was waiting, he constantly kept checking on me and was very friendly. Even the guy who changed my tires was outstanding. I feel bad about not getting both of their names but I highly recommend this store.

Tire blew at 20th Street and Highland, so I changed to the spare and went to this location, because it was the closest. Online it said they had 1 of my tire available, but after getting there and waiting for half an hour, I was told they did not have my tire, and they called another location closer to my home to order the tire. I was told that location would call me the next day when they had my tire, so I went home.

Not impressed with the service at this location. Came in yesterday to get one tire replaced on my work truck. Guy tries to up-sell me all 4 tires which I decline. Get my truck 1.5 hours later, drive it almost 100 miles. Wake up this morning with low tire pressure in the same tire and when I look well sure enough THEY REPLACED THE WRONG TIRE. The gash was 3 inches long and you could audibly hear the air rushing out when the tire was in a certain position. I called, explained, and asked if they could please replace the correct tire now. They said “we will see what we can do”. I’ve now been here another 1.5 hours waiting for them to re-install the perfectly good tire they removed and replace the gashed tire. Im not happy as now I am late to the job and will have to do my work during the heat of the day instead of first thing in the morning like I was planning. Also, nobody here offered to discount my tire which cost $233, yet I’ve lost almost 4 hours now in the last 2 days trying to get a simple tire replacement. Not coming back

I came in Saturday because I had a flat time with a nail and I informed the employees I was leaving on a trip. All they did was patch the tire. SO WHAT AM I PAYING WARRANTY FOR!!!!!!!!! I’m stranded in the middle of the highway not even 24hours after getting my tire fixed!!!!! And you guys are closed till TUESDAY!!!!! Thank you for sending me and my family on the road with unsafe tires!!!!!!! Knowing you guys would be closed the next 2 days why not replace the tire!!!!!!!!!!!

After being ran off the road by a semi-truck changing lanes without looking, I damaged 2 tires. I called this shop and spoke with Adam who promptly made me an appointment at 4:45 that day and also told me that when I bought the tires originally, that I had purchased the roadside hazard plan and that the damaged tires would be replaced at no charge to me. I arrived 15 minutes early for my appointment and Adam checked me in. A few minutes later, Jorge and I walked out to my car to look at the tire damage. 1 tire needed to be replaced for certain, but we agreed that all 4 needed to be checked by the technician. All good up until this point. We went inside and I was billed $56 after I was told there would be no charge, but I guess there is some warranty certificate that has be renewed or something that I am still not clear about. In any case it wasnt explained very well, but I just paid it. At 5:50 I noticed my vehicle still sitting outside, so I asked Jorge when he thought they would be getting it into a bay because my appointment had been set for an hour earlier. He told me it was due to be worked on next. At 6:20 they started closing the store down and my vehicle still had not moved from the parking lot, so I decided to ask for my keys back and figured I would just go another store the next day. I approached another guy (Moe?) and told him I wanted my keys and that I was going to leave because I had been waiting for an hour and a half without the car ever moving. Moe then says, Its in the bay being worked on right now. I turned and looked outside and my car was still in the same spot I parked it an hour and a half previously. I told him as such, and he starts looking in the computer and says he cant even find my repair order in his system. I told him to give me my keys, and he stated he would get the car in right away and refund the money I paid. I agreed and they rolled the car in and got the new tire on, however they did not dismount the other 3 tires that Jorge requested they do to check on them from the inside. The experience was disappointing. I was very happy that Adam got me in the same day, just 2 hours after I called. Had the experience went well, I would have given 5 stars. I am giving a very generous 2 stars because I was refunded the unexpected $56 charge and the 1 tire replaced however I wont be going back to this particular Discount Tire again after this experience. Id rather drive to another location to get the remaining 3 tires checked on as originally stated by Jorge.

Went for an overdue air check, friendly folks and attentive.

Jacob and his staff did a great job with educating and properly suggesting the correct tires for my needs.2 cons:1) My wheels were not tightened to specs, which could have had adverse results while driving.2) I had to go back to get a valve stem replaced due to the tech not installing it the first time and was charged for it, which was frustrating. Just dropped $2600 on tires, balancing, installation, and warranty.

In March 2021, I turned in my partners car (VW Tiguan) to have a tire checked because The tire which I bought from this company has an air leak on the passenger side rear tire. The Discount Tire is located in 1824 E. Camelback Rd. I waited over a hour before the car was serviced. It took only a few minutes after front desk clerk to me they couldnt find any leak. They just refill the tire with air. The problem persisted. So I took it to another Discount tire store because I know some stores are franchise and are managed differently. I took it to Discount Tire on 2240 W. Camelback Road today. I spoke to Randy and told him my problem. I said I would have taken it back to E Camelback Discount Tire Store, but I suspect something not right about the service there. I also told Randy that I am aware not all franchise store are managed the same. So Randy was so understanding, so he took my car in and had it rechecked. I sat inside and observed from the viewing window my car being serviced. It was obvious the tech found a problem. The car was done and the service person called me and told me there was a nail that was causing the leak. They removed it and my car was ready to go. They politely emphasis if I have another problem with the tire, not to hesitate and come back. It was the best tire service I have found yet and it is in the west Camelback Discount Tire Store. They deserve a 5 star and east camelback store deserve a NO star vote from me (but I will give them 1 star because its the minimum allowed for rationg

Grossly over priced. Needed the Tpms from factory wheel placed on aftermarket wheels and mounted. Priced 240 dollars. Tucker Tire quoted 100 bucks and I know they do good work. Will never do anymore business here.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Worst experience. All they do is sell you tires when you don’t need them. They lie to you to sell you tires. they lie and say they can’t work on the car unless you buy new tires. Then went to another location and got the rotation done and they said the tires were fine. This is the worst discount location I have ever experienced.

After work i noticed a nail was in my tire so i went down the street to this Discount and made it there about 10 min before they closed. the store manager was very friendly and went outside to look at the tire right away and got me in to have them check if they could just repair the tire free of charge. they were able to repair it and i was outta there within 15-20 min. very very friendly and fast.

I had a blow out and I was not sure how old my spare was. This is our haul truck, 1 ton dually (6 wheels and a 4x4). This was the closest Discount Tire that had a tire in stock. When I got there it was very busy! I got checked in and was helped within 10 minutes. My transaction was done, I was told it would be about an hour/hour 15min. It was just shy of an hour. The young man that worked on my truck was very nice!This store works very well, it kinda looks like chaos when you first get there. But As you watch its like a well-oiled machine!! They are also very good with Covid-19 precautions. I enjoyed sitting outside under a tree while waiting. Over All I highly recommend this store!!

Inexperienced? lazy? and dismissive - outdated equipment? Bought set new tires. A month or two later experienced vibration. Discount: your suspension is shot and wheels vent. Me: I just purchased the tires and the wheels are less than a yr or two old. I’m old and don’t race or drive through pot holes. Discount: need new tires and wheels. Me: went to Audi Dealership and told me the tire balance is way off on all tires and told me never to take it to Discount. Moral of the story - If you have the same experience get a second opinion🧐

Update: Carlos was very helpful in getting the hubcap situation resolved. They ended up ordering a new hubcap which took a few days to come in. All in all, it was frustrating that I had to take extra time out of my day to fix this issue, but I’m glad they were able to address the problem in the end.Took my car here to get new tires. The tires themselves are fine. But when I got my car back, they forgot to put one of my hubcaps back on, and the other 3 were VERY loosely bolted in- to the point where I could even tighten the bolts by hand. How do you forget to bolt a hubcap back on???

Excellent service! Long wait but it is a very popular location and I didn’t have an appointment, but they fit me in before I left for my road trip. They also offer indoor and outdoor seating.I also love how easy it is to get in and out of there tire fill open lane!They have always seemed like family and there we I need them most!

I had never been before. I wish they would have a list of tires like Pep Boys does. I had to keep asking questions as it seem the gentleman wanted to only tell me about certain tires. I also thought they were doing curbside service to keep everyone else safe....it was me and a bunch if people awkwardly trying to be 6ft apart. I wish there was some origination around this. Otherwise tires is great and fast service.

Ended up my tire just needed a patch. They didnt even charge me! My day was saved. Discount Tire could have told me I needed a tire replacement and I would have believed them but they didnt. Wow! An honest & professional establishment. What a shocker. No upsells, no drama, no broken promises.Fast forward to a few weeks ago when I really needed a tire replacement due to a rip in my tire beyond repair and it was a no-brainer to head back to Discount Tire on Camelback. My customer experience was flawless from the moment I walked in the door working w/Moe (Assistant Mgr) and Adam (Sr Assistant Mgr) until the end. They are the upmost professionals and went above and beyond to help and assist.Bottom line these guys know how to make and keep a customer. I pulled in for the free tire check because rear driver side tire kept losing air. Even with the extreme heat the employee was working in, he still maintained top notch professionalism, told me the tire was fixable, but also pointed out my front tires needed to be replaced. In fact, he showed me where the metal band was poking through. Yikes! Due to the pandemic, I drive 95% less than before so had no idea they were that bad. Thank you Discount Tire for pointing this out, you saved me a potential disaster. Also thank you for replacing them as fast as you did! The store was packed with cars, yet I was in/out in about an hour. This Discount Tire rocks!

It was the tpms wheel sensor was installed incorrectly. And 2 weeks ago i had a flat, .... Drum roll...... They fixed it for free. Mind you my tires are very expensive but still. I went here with an appointment and was told to scan the QR and sign in. It wouldnt let me sign in so I informed Chris. He told me to wait a minute. I was standing at the counter, he walked out without saying a word, came back and told me he had three in front of me and asked my name. I sat down and five minutes later another customer walked in and told the other counter person he had an appt. and was helped right away, with Chris standing right next to the other cust. service rep. I decided at that moment I wasnt doing business at this location and left. I went back to the office and called the Discount by my house, 46th and Bell. The gentleman told me to be there at 3:45pm, park outside between the yellow cones, he would come outside and hed have me going in less than an hour. The 46th and Bell location has always been professional and helps me. I was at work and thought that Id go to the closest one and it would be the same, was I mistaken!

Theres no better place to buy your tires than at Discount Tire. Period. I have been trading here for 12 years and the staff has always been professional, capable, efficient and courteous. I have never found a lower price on comparable tires anywhere. This time I reserved my tires on their website and made an appointment. Everything was smooth and I was in and in less than an hour. Perfection.

My family has been going to this location for years. They have always demonstrated exceptional service. I trust in the work that they do. Yesterday was supposed to be a normal trip to exchange and buy new tires. I closed my door and smashed my finger in the door like no other. These guys went above and beyond to take care of me.
