Something Ive been meaning to do for a long time was repair the small hole in my windshield. I had a small piece of tape over it and Shanese saw it while I was filling up my car with gas at the Loaf and Jug on Smoky Hill. My insurance covered the repair and within 10 minutes, I was driving away to continue my Xmas shopping! That is 5 star service and I couldnt be happier and want to thank Shanese for her wonderful service and hope she gets recognized as she definitely is a go-getter and does a great job!!!

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE , it took them 2 MONTHS to replace a windshield the company broke on my car. I had to take actions into my own hands and find the windshield myself. They kept giving excuse after excuse.... MARIA at customer service is extremely rude and snotty . DO NOT TSKE YOUR BUSINESS HERE .AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Total scam. Its technician fixed a chip and left a mark bigger than the chip before the repair. When on phone with customer service, the technician jumped on fixing it again without my permission and claimed “it’s just going to be a courtesy repair” to get out of all responsibilities.
