I had been doing a DIY project and broke my original mirror and caught a mirror on offerup for $50. Rented a timed truck, picked up the mirror and went to ACE hardware. Mirror was a 1/4 in thick and they couldn’t do it so they referred me here which was 5 min away. Hence time was everything for the truck... called..they said cmon over he grabbed the mirror cut through it like butter, taking a 90x35 to a 77x35 and even cut off a discrepancy I didn’t see from the other end AND buffed it down in less than 10 minutes it was back on the truck. Went to pay with debit but only took cash and he knew I was pressed for time so he did it for me for FREE!! I couldn’t help but hug Rick! Thank you so much!! Good people and will be returning for future projects!! Floor to ceiling mirror is GORGEOUS! I stared at the wood of a custom frame I made for 3 months because Home Depot tried to charge me $450 for the mirror alone! I’m so grateful everything worked out! I saved so much money doing it myself and I think my version made the expensive version look cheap lol!

Bell Glass has saved me more than once. I had a mirror from an antique dresser that was badly scratched and need replacement right away as the piece was due to be shipped back East that day. I literally called about 10 different glass shops. And none were able to accommodate my need for speedy mirror replacement. Bell Glass shop not only had my mirror replaced within the hour, the price was un beatable. I have been back numerous times and been greeted with friendly faces, excellent service and a very affordable price. Highly recommend this place!

The driver side mirror on my 62 Vette was cracked. I had called another glass/mirror company near me but the glass for cars is evidently a special type. I asked if they had a recommendation and they suggested Bell Glass. I dropped off the mirror Thursday morning and they said they could have it ready that afternoon or Friday morning. I was in no hurry so I said I would be back Friday. They happened to call me as I was on my way there to say it was ready. I had never asked about the price but when I got there they brought out the mirror (beautiful job BTW) and told me it was $25.00. I thought the price was great and everyone at the shop was friendly and professional. I will definitely use them again for my glass or mirror needs.

I talked to 5 or 6 glass companies to replace our 3 single pane windows before choosing Bell Glass Co. The man I spoke with over the phone was able to give me an exact quote $60.00 less then all of their competitors. They were able to make it out to the home two days after I had called and were out to the house within the 8-10 time frame they gave me (right at 9 a.m.) They had completed the job by 11 that day and charged me exactly what they had quoted over the phone ($240.00 for all 3 windows). I was very satisfied with their service and this will be the only company I use for glass moving forward.

They fixed my broken refrigerator shelf right away. I was very impressed with the speedy service. The owner n son were very friendly.

These guys just delayed a home sale by 2 full weeks!!! They promised completion by 12/3, then 12/4, and now they say 12/19! Unbelievable...zero accountability, zero effort to fix this issue, zero integrity.

I called for an estimate for a 58in round dining table, they said to call back later. Only to be told they dont do that size. So unless you have a small table they cant help you.

We own an auto shop and took a old 56 ford there to replace the front window told them it was custom they said no problem after charging me $750.00 I got it back with scratching. When I called to ask about it they said they didnt want it back and thats all they can do. We high end builds will not ever use them again.

The rearview mirror fell off of the windshield on our land yacht recently, and I was directed by ABC Glass to Bell Glass, to correct it. Was in and out very quickly. Thanks for your courtesy and professionalism.

I had 2 mirrored doors from a very nice piece of furniture that needed repair. I stopped in to see if they could help. I assume it was the owner that came from the back to the counter, he greeted me and I explained the situation. He took 1 look at the door and said this is glued in, plus beveled, something I dont want to deal with....buy a new door. I explained that this was impossible, and he said im not the guy. I told him OK, ABC Glass has helped me in the past, I will give them my business again, and he replied with a stern F*** Y**. I was floored. Please make better choices than this one when choosing a glass shop, this guy has some serious anger issues.

Closed all this week for Labor Day. Monday Aug 25 though Tuesday Sept 2. No indication anywhere that they would be closed except for the poorly hand written sign on the door.Such poor consideration for customers time, doesnt bode well for this business.

Had a small mirror cut. It ended up being to large to fit the frame. Had to take it back for adjustment. Finally got it.

Update to my review:Just this morning I got a Yelp compliment from a person named Darren W. The compliment said:It seems like your window is the only one with a problem , maybe you damaged it taking it out and reinstalling it.I called Bell Glass and asked for Darren W. They said he wouldnt be in until the afternoon. So this guy either works for or owns this place.Is this any way to treat a customer? Apparently this place only does perfect work...if anything is wrong it is the customers fault.Wow! Great business practice! I hope that somebody reads this review and sees that this place isnt as perfect as they seem.Review from 3/26/2015:I always hate to leave a bad review, but I wasnt impressed with Bell Glass. To begin with, the person I spoke to when I initially called gave me an estimate for the work being done at my house, but strongly suggested that it would save me money by bringing the window into the store. I went through the trouble of taking the window out by myself so I could bring it in.The guy that helped me was not friendly by any means, and he just took the window and frame and told me when it would be ready. When I asked him how much it would cost, he acted annoyed. I decided to rely on the reviews and let them impress me with their quality.When I returned to pick up the window the next day, my attempt to pay the bill with my card was met with a muttering of cash or check only. Thanks. That would have been helpful information to give me when I dropped it off the previous day. I guess Ill go find an ATM to pay your antiquated shop with. The guy this afternoon was just as unfriendly as the guy from the day before. Maybe even more so.As an aside, I think that the way I was treated by both guys might have something to do with my age, or rather how young I look. Im almost 40, but I get mistaken for mid-20s all the time. I find that theres a lot of discrimination based on age with these old trades guys sometimes. If I was a 60 year old that looked like a 60 year old, I bet they would have bent over backwards to help me and be polite to me.I loaded the window in my car and brought it home. Only after reinstalling it did I inspect it more thoroughly. My mistake! The workmanship seems to be very poor. Im looking at it next to my 20 year old windows, and the difference is stark. The stripping around the corners looks to be pulled out on the new windows, whereas on the 20-year-old windows it is tucked in nice and tight. The seam where the stripping meets on the new windows has a 1/2 gap that was filled in with some black goo on the new window. There is no visible seam on the old window. I posted some pictures of what Im seeing. Maybe Im wrong, and this is how windows are supposed to look these days, but it just looks poorly made to me.I have another window that needs to be replaced, but I think Im going to do a little research and find a place that treats all of their customers well and does higher quality work.

I went in to replace a piece of broken glass from a kitchen hutch.....not only was the gentleman there courteous and kind....he cut me a new sheet of glass for free!
