The Professional you sent made short work of removing and replacing my windshield. You could tell he had done this hundreds of time before . . . not a wasted move! Besides being a professional he was very personable. I’d have a beer with him!

Do not go here! Do not trust your belongings with these people. The worst company and people I have ever done business with. They are extremely rude and inconsiderate people. Arlinda is very unprofessional and the manager was too. I spoke with Arlinda and she advised me that they would not leave my work until they received payment after I advised her that I didnt have the funds while I was trying to teach my class. On top of all of this, they moved my car and didnt even leave a message telling me where they left it. They could have texted me or called me to tell me where they put my car but instead I walked around 2 different parking lots for 30 minutes until I found it. When I called to express my anger about all of this the manager and the staff didnt even apologize for anything until I asked them to. This is not how a business should be conducted. Oh and they also broke my windshield wipers.

Worst company for windshield replace.Windshield wipers worked perfectly before service. After service they stopped working. I was told that it was my fault and that the technician didn’t touch windshield wiper assembly on my Mercedes. I opened the hood and noticed the nuts were not screwed. Technician came and apologized and assured me that he removed the wiper assembly. Contradictory story that customer service had told me.Auto rain sensor was not working after service and was told it was probably broken before the service. Technician came back to look at the sensor and informed me that it was just not connected and in close contact with the windshield.The problems I mention that customer service said it was my fault or probably broken were fixed.This could have been avoided if the company apologized and wasn’t quick to blame. Technician and customer service story did not align. In addition it took days to get the technician back to see the car at that time we had rain in Phoenix and wasn’t able to drive during the time.

It took more than two weeks for them to schedule a time to replace my windshield. Then when I thought I was On schedule for a Friday I received A call saying they didn’t schedule it and it had to wait any extra three days for them to put me on the schedule. When I FINALLY got the windshield replaced they left my alarm system dangling. I’ve had my windshield replaced serval times by other companies and they stuck it back on the windshield for me. I will NEVER use this company again.

Really great! Fast, well done and my insurance travel computer and my service sticker were on my windshield and I forgot to mention them (usually when I forget to mention them they never make it onto my new windshield) but when I got in my car there they were! Great service!!!!

Took 3 visits and a week and a half to get my windshield replaced, because the first 2 visits the windshields were damaged. See the Photo of the first installation. On the 3rd visit was told they needed to drive my vehicle to a flat surface to recalibrate the cameras, (Not going to Happen!!). I took it to the dealer, much more reliable and professional.Beware This company did not reveal everything up front even when they called to make sure they would have the correct windshield for my vehicle

Had my windshield break (12+ inch crack) twice within a week due to trucks hauling rocks on the highway. Auto Glass Fitters had amazing customer service and sent out a pro who replaced my windshield in less than 30 mins both times. As long as Im in Arizona, they have my business and I recommend them to anyone I know. Fair prices, fast mobile service and great customer service.

From the moment I first called about my windshield replacement Arlinda was very friendly, professional and was able to get me on the schedule the next day. The installer came to my house, arrived on time and was quick and professional. I would definitely recommend!

They were the cheapest option by far of the 4 places I called. They were able to come to my office same day and Vince was in and out in 30 minutes. Would highly recommend.

Brian did a great job replacing my windshield... and FAST! Cracked it on Tuesday, they were able to come out next day to switch it out for me. Unfortunately my son was sick the next day, but we were able to schedule for Friday that same week. They were friendly and super flexible with my work schedule and very respectful of wanting to be out of work and on my way home by 5. Great service, would recommend and will utilize them again if/when needed!

Arrived when they said they would and appeared thorough and competent. Replaced windshield appears great and lane assistance and blind spot warning still work well.

Called at 4PM yesterday and Vince was at my house by 0730 this morning replacing my windshield! Both the receptionist and Vince were personable, knowledgeable, and professional. And the price was $150 less than the next best quote! Great service! Would definitely recommend!

Amazing customer service, super friendly staff when they answer the phone. I ended up sick the day my appointment was scheduled and couldnt go to work. Called them at 6 in the morning, they answered the call and rerouted the driver to my residence. He called when he was close and finish the job timely. Will be using them for all future needs.

Definitely recommend! Was trying to get our windshield replaced with Safelite for close to a month, short story, they messed up the final appt and wouldnt get us in although we were already at their facility.That is when I found Auto Glass Fitters and Arlinda was able to get us done that same day. Took Vince about 20 mins to meet us and it was done within 30 mins. Excellent customer service on both Arlinda and Vinces part. Vince did a great job, very thorough, cleaned up after the job well and was very friendly! Thanks again Auto Glass Fitters!

Im so happy with the quick response in replacing my busted window, in fact they came to my place of employment while I was hard at work just to take care of it super fast! Very friendly staff and dude that installed my window was DOPE! What a great guy to chat with while finishing up my window! I had a glass repair done through my insurance and literally 5 days later the glass was cracked. I called and they sent someone out to me. However, they found a chip. I dont recall any impact to my car. The agent was very distant and unprofessional. Showed no regard for my situation and when I asked if there was anything he could do he just walked away and said sorry it happened this way. Ple as e if you need a durable glass and good service dont go here!!!!!

I would not recommend. We had a crack in the windshield and called our insurance company, which set up the service with auto glass fitters. They did give us a window of 8-10 am and they did show up on time. That was about all I can say positive though. Frank, the installer wasnt particularly friendly, but he wasnt rude, just kind of rough. He got the job done and told me not to take the car through a car wash for 48 hours. I was thinking thatd be ok because we generally keep our car clean.Well, once he left and I went to go pull the car into the garage I noticed that he tracked MUD on both sides of the car, all over the front floorboards and the door frame. He also left little (rubber?) pieces all over the dash.Basically, he was very sloppy, made a huge mess, and didnt clean up after himself.We have had Safe-lite come out several times in the past and they were always super friendly and clean. They even washed ALL of the windows just as a courtesy service. Id go back to using them in the future.

Worst company in the world had windsheild replaced and the broke my wiper hose took 3 men to rig it I was not satisfied so of course they say my hose was very brittle so no true so I asked for there address so I could come to them so they can show me the brittle hose now Im going to fix it and contact my lawyer
