Both Frank and Loni did a very thorough estimate and were great to work with during the entire process. The car was actually completed early. This was wonderful considering they asked for eight days but it was ready in the morning of day 6. Id highly recommend this business as.the car looks great and the price was right.

Great price and very kind staff! However, there are several areas of paint error and you can see where things were rushed.

They did an amazing job repainting my daughters car. It had bad sun damage and was oxidized on the hood and roof and it came out so nice. Very impressed and will use them again for our luxury car rental fleet when the need arises. Customer service was outstanding also and the car was finished in half the time we expected.

Maaco repaired a few body dents and scrapes on my 1998 Dodge 1500 along with repainted it the original color and clear coat. I was amazed on how great it came out. The whole experience was great from getting the estimate to picking it up. The staff are friendly and professional. I scheduled the day to bring it in and was given a rough estimate on when it would be finished. Well that estimate was almost exact to the I received that it was finished. Employees were professional. Quality of work was not good. Took two weeks to paint my car, which is fine. Unfortunately several areas of my car had running paint as well as areas were primer seem to bleed through. Took it back for it to be corrected, which they did. Two more weeks later I got my car back only to find enough overspray on my tires that I end up replacing them and half my radiator is covered in overspray. So one month service, $1100 and a job with a little more to be desired. My car still catches your eye but I know where the imperfections are.

Nice people and car looks great. I choose a fairly inexpensive paint job for an old car I have. They said it should look good for a few years with proper care so time will tell. Veryhappy with initial result and price.

I’ve always heard of Maaco as nothing more than a cheap Pay n Spray type place. I’ve got an old beat up truck I’ve been bringing back to life, and I figured she deserved more than a rattle can paint job, but not quite the full on $8,000 job I was quoted by a local shop. Maaco gave me a quote that seemed reasonable to me, and I dropped the truck off without expecting a whole lot. Needless to say, I was absolutely floored when I picked it up. The truck looks amazing. The quality of the body work they did rivals anything I’ve ever had done at high end body shops. Obviously a big part of a paint job is longevity, and I cannot speak to that yet. But the truck is free of overspray, drips or runs in the paint, etc. I really am impressed with the quality of the job, and how quick and cheap it was. Will definitely keep this shop in mind going forward, and I have to say that my impression of Maaco is forever changed

I’m left with trying to get a heat spot out of my bumper because they left it on a drying rack improperly which caused the middle of the bumper to come up and not stay clipped in. Also they didn’t get my bumper finished by the time I was originally quoted.Edit 6/19/2019I’ve contacted the customer service email that was provided to me twice and still have not received a response back. This shows just how much customer service cares about their customers. I’ve also added a photo to show the heat spot that my bumper has. Thanks Maaco

They painted my RZR 3 years ago and 9500 miles later it still looks great.

I had my vehicle towed into this shop over 6 weeks ago for body work repair and I gave $2000 down payment on a $10,000 job. After trying to contact the owner Pat several times over the last two weeks he finally called me and told me he could no longer repair it due to staffing issues and he would refund my deposit and I needed to pick up my vehicle to take it somewhere else. I called the other Maaco in Tempe and left messages but never received a call back. I called Maaco corporate customer service to have someone call me and never heard back. I have now had to pay over $400 in towing fees not to mention time lost that should have had my vehicle half way done by now. I have used Maaco for years and always had good work And service but the owners of the shops in the Phoenix metro area are the worst Ive ever dealt with. I will never bring my vehicle in for service at the locations here as it appears that not only the local shops but corporate does not care about previously loyal customers.

I had a good experience with these guys. They finished when they said they would and the paint job looks great. I did their highest level of paint which matched my original paint job. I dont know why my original review said 1 stars, but they did a good job all the way.

Completed a bumper patch and paint for my mother in laws car... seems to be a good value regarding cost and work performed.

Initial greeting by the person who runs the place was very good and they gave me a good estimate. . Unfortunately, that was the last time anything was good about the experience. . They forgot to do part of the job. They took a week longer than they said they were going to take. And it was more expensive. . Lastly I found a lot of work was done poorly. . Close look at the paint job shows that it was not consistent... wrinkles and not smooth. I really feel like I was taken advantage of. I would strongly recommend going somewhere else. . To be honest, I dont normally post very much on here. But I felt like I had to in this case because this place did not do what they said they were going to do. . Original estimate was $1300 . Final cost $1800.... wasted.

AMAZING!!! My Altima’s paint was fading and it looked terrible. Maaco did an amazing job fixing it. The faded spots were all over the car. It now looks perfect, better than when I first got it. They also buffed my lights, which now look brand new and replaced one headlight. They also fixed a dent, and repaired a piece of the front bumper.Great customer service. I walked in a little nervous to get the estimate, but Jared worked with my budget and made it happen. I couldn’t be happier with the outcome.11/10 recommend. Thanks guys!!

I cannot say enough good things about this place! They gave an amazing price - about $100 less than everywhere else, and did a superb job painting my car. Only paid for the hood and roof but they went above and beyond their responsibilities by touching up other spots on my car that needed it for free. It looks brand new again. Jarred L gave me the estimate and was the employee that primarily helped me with my transaction. He was really kind and was a great communicator throughout the process. While the actual delivery of the service was not 4 stars the experience and ability to help made up for it. I had requested the package to remove scratches and dents, this wasnt completely done the paint looked a lot better. I was then able to get a credit back as the work was not done. The estimated time frame was 5-7 days, but it had taken 19 days to get my vehicle this wasnt a big deal for me. Overall Jared changed the experience from a 2 star review to a 4 I appreciate the help

These guys are amazing. We were scammed on awful van back in February and their manager Pat spent a ton of time with us trying to help us make it beautiful. We decided to sell it and take a loss. Pat then taught us things to look for when buying another vehicle. After, we bought an older van that had a great engine but had a lot of sun damage on the paint. Being teachers, the loss from the scam van really hit our finances hard, but finally in July we saved up and came in for a paint job. The price was cheaper than we expected and they offered a teacher discount on top of that! We used them because of how kind they were in February, even after they knew they werent getting our business for the scam van. We knew our next van needed a paint job and there was never a doubt in our mind where we would go when the time came. They took our gold beast and made it beautiful!! It looks like a brand new car. My 5 year old said we needed to rename it Goldie Sparkles! When we got our van back it had been detailed, a surprise we didnt expect. We really appreciate all the guys over there at Maaco!

Very nice people here. If youre looking for a basic inexpensive paint job its a fantastic option. I have an old crown Vic police car that I just wanted to look neat but didnt want to spend more on the paint job than the value of the car and this was a perfect option.

Was told the job would take 1-2 weeks, it took over 3. The headlights were left completely misaligned with the left one pointing towards heaven. The rep i dealt with however was nice enough and the paint job came out pretty good, so 3 stars.

Shopped around different places, and was always astounded, to say the least at how much some shops wanted to charge just to paint my car. I called Maaco, and they quoted me half the prices of any other place. I was happy with the friendly staff, they delivered my car in the time promised and did a quality job on my car.

Below average paint job. There are still spots of bare metal and some dirt imbedded in the paint. Plus they quoted six days but it took two weeks.

We did the body work on a 65 mustang and had maaco do a basic white paint job. Turned out great for a daily driven car.

Too busy in march, checked back 6 weeks later gave me a quote 22 hrs labor plus paint $3800. Took my info and never called back. Reached out to them that i was still interested and said they would be in touch. Nothing.....how do you run a business and let almost 4k walk away? I guess just keep doing the little 300 to 400 dollar jobs. I got my car done for 4k from out of sight paint works in glendale.

Could have taken more time in sanding prep. Blemishes are easilly detectable. Over all the paint job is pretty nice.

This is the second car that I have had painted here. They did a great job. The staff is professional and the paint job looks amazing.

Work is crappy. My car still has the problem and additional new problems come up. They delayed work more than a month long I ended up with paying rental car. They talk so rudely! They wont even respond to complaint. If I go to their service center, they wont even talk! I had to redo the repairs again and cost extra $3000+ . Never ever anyone go there! They just, take your money and dont fix the car!

You dont get what you pay for. Quality is fair in painting. Communcation is terrible with the salesman. An entire part of the job with fixing hail damage was not even done, just painted over. It looks very obvious now. The salesmans excuse was juvenile but he said for more money they could fix the problem.Im angry with Maaco and incredibly disappointed. I wish I could get my money back and have the job done right elswhere.

Excellent job on matching the paint, finish looks like new. One item they couldve done better on was smoothing out a few rock chips on the hood before painting, called me with the option to have the extra work done to make it look even better.

Left my car there for 8 hours for an estimate on scratch repairs and painting on a bumper and got nothing. They dont answer the phone or return messages. Took my car up the road to Service King and got a quote in 10 minutes. I know which shop Ill be using for the repairs.

Not even worth a star, but unable to post comment without a star. VERY Unhappy costumer, I’ve had a vehicle painted at Macco which turned out good. But I’ve recently had a truck painted, and personally feel like they took advantage of out of state person...there’s overspray in the inside doors. Also paid extra for the edges of the doors and they didn’t get completely covered. When I went to pick the truck up, it had clear bubbles all over the hood, I mentioned them, they buffed them out & then basically filled the areas with nail polished size bottle...now I mentioned out of state, with a repair like that it is very worrisome, warranty out the window... if and when the rain gets into the recent spots on the hood it’ll end up peeling up. I know this as this is why it needed painted in the first place. I live in Southeast Alaska where it rains a lot. There’s debris on the surface clear coat, they tried to touch up right passenger door side area and now looks like a scuff mark. Very disappointing!

Very satisfied with the job. Just wish they would have advised me of a few minor dings that we didnt see on initial inspection of the vehicle.

Sadly, not the best experience. We took my daughters car here after a small accident. The car is badly oxidized on the drivers side, so we took it here to see if we could work a deal and get it painted too. We were told when they looked at the claim paperwork and inspected the car that they could apply the money for painting in the repair and do a whole basic paint job for little to nothing. Dropped the car off on a Saturday. Several promised calls never received. We had to keep checking in and we kept being told that they were waiting on additional approval from the insurance. We found out Wednesday afternoon that they just sent the request to the insurance that day. First call back we got was on Friday to say the work was done and it was going to cost about $1000 additional to paint the rest of the car so we should just come get it. This was very minor damage. Nothing hidden.... replace/paint bumper cover and cracked tail light. Maybe $150 in parts.... So, $700 to paint the bumper cover? Not what we were promised. I feel taken advantage of. I figured arguing wouldnt get me anywhere, but maybe my review will help someone else. My recommendation: Dont leave your car without a written quote.

No BS here. I got estimate, waited a month, took car in within a week done. Quality is good and I am happy.

I called Maaco on July 20th telling them I needed my car worked on on Monday. I ordered the parts that was needed on Friday and they were delivered through National Auto Parts. Monday I brought my car in and Tuesday afternoon when I asked on the progress of the work I was told the car has not been touched it has been left exactly where you left it which is not good because I dont have a hood on my car and all my parts can be stolen. When I asked why that was when I asked on Thursday if the car could be work on Monday and they didnt tell me there was a problem until Tuesday afternoon they said oh we are a first-come-first-serve basis and our entire back parking lot is full of customers that are before you. When I asked him if I could schedule a day when the car could we worked on they said it doesnt work that way we work on it when we get a chance and the car stays here until we can. So basically I dont get any use of my car until they say so and theyre not going to secure it safely the whole time that its there. When I told them I wanted my parts and my key, they said thats fine heres your key we will set your parts out by the road. well thats a huge problem because I cant transport that hood in my 94 Camry so now the parts that Ive already paid for are sitting out by Deer Valley Road. They could have made arrangements to have National Auto Parts pick them up but they are not that professional of a location. Go anywhere else but here. If you leave your car here you risk vandalism or destruction of property to your vehicle not to mention who knows when youre going to see it again because these people do not apparently schedule appointments.

Dropped my car off at 8 AM on Monday and picked it up at 3 PM on Thursday that was four days sooner than they said it would be done and it was done with a very good professional paint job. I have nothing but good things to say about Ted and the other employees at this establishment my best regards and I recommend them to anyone that wants a good paint job for a great price.

I brought in my car to have its fender and a big dent removed on the passenger side. Within not even 2 days, the paint job was perfect and the dent was completely gone!! These guys are quick and professional, I would recommend to anyone and everyone!!
