Great! I found the parts I needed at a fraction of the price online and was able to use their tools since mine were not the correct size. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The owner/manager was on hand answering customer concerns showing a seriousness for good customer service. I would recommend Pull A Part to all DIYs.

I like this place because for one, Im able to take a break from the world and find that time alone. Finding the parts I need at a reasonable price, is like putting a feather in my cap.The Staff are friendly and helpful, even crack a joke if you like. Only thing that keeps me from awarding them five (5) stars is discarded parts everywhere, and without a doubt its the customers.

Love this place theres nothing you cant find plus more but you can get lost easily and separated from your company

Very friendly staff the aisles are marked so you know exactly what row and what car and what stock number it is. A little bit of a wait to get in but it didnt take that long.

I want to look for a radiator for my car me and my cousin I could not stand the heat anymore so I went to wait inside well needless to say that Phoenix heat had no mercy on me and these people didnt even have water for their customers and Im talking about water for sale bad customer service I cant stand cashiers that take your money and cant even say thank you for shopping here we are their bread and butter you know

Found a few parts that were in great shape, worked and didnt have to go to part store.

I just came to this location 15mins before they were closing looking for a radiator and the woman at the counter tells me I only have 5mins to pull the part and if I don’t they will kick me out. Are these people serious? What kind of service is this? At the end of the day the customers pay your check what a way to act towards a customer I’ll be sure to let others know not to bother coming here. Waste of time people are trying to leave early and not work for the customer at all.

Never leave your money in your tool bag or tool box because somebody cant say who but the lady with the short hair the dike looking one took my $50 dollars out of my toolboxwhen I turn my back to go look at the stereos and stuff you have there so fair warning watch out for her if you have money in your bag shell take it.

Anybody got the number to the place?

Confirmed the phone # with the staff while at the facility. Made no less than 6 calls before and while at the facility. Never got an answer from anyone or a return call per the recording. This was on a Sunday when it was very slow. Theres no excuse for not answering customer phone calls. ,.........employees stalk you pretending to be customers. I understand theft is a concern, but it was excessive and poorly done. Yard organization is the worst Ive seen. They had 6 vehicles of interest for me, all the same make, model and year and none of them were anywhere close in proximity. Mixing foreign and domestic brands isnt in anyones best interest. For the size of the yard the clutter was low compared to competitors. Staff was friendly at the counter. If they would just answer their phone and reorganize the yard layout theyd be an A list company. For now C+is all they represent.

Most of the cars dont have engines which is to bad because the still charge u the entry fee.
