As a woman its hard to get good help specially dealing with car issues, Eddie was very helpful in getting me the correct part for my car. Answered every message, and call. Spoke with EDDIE the owner and was quoted a price for the part. I wrote down the information and took his name down when we spoke. He told me to wait till they pulled it out of the vehicle and I could go pick it up. I called him the day to go pick it up to make sure it was out of the vehicle and he looked it up and quoted me a higher price. He inflated the price over a hundred dollars more. False advertisement at best and dishonesty. He then told me to look elsewhere and said he wasnt going to help me. Hung up the phone on me. Eddie is the owner and not only as a business owner false advertised he failed to upkeep his verbal contract as a business owner. Its unfortunate this business owner treats customers like this. Copperstate transmissions rebuild parts that are priced within the same price range as EDDIE is selling his used parts. Hope this information helps anyone looking for reliable and honest business. Eddie clearly does his pricing based on if hes having a good day or bad day.

I was recommended this place after being bamboozled for $2300 by San Tan Hyundai. 2011 Hyundai Genesis 3.8L V6 needed an engine replaced. Within a week Eddie and Leo had it installed and out the door for the same amount, except 22,000 miles less! Leo cleaned the engine bay to make it look like new, went over every detail and gave me the signs to look for, for trouble while reassuring me I could return if i had any problems. Eddie communicated with me every step of the way. I drove the car 4 hours from the shop to Mexico without a single issue. Thank you guys! Youve earned a lifelong customer. Now if only I could get the stealership to refund me some money for all the unnecessary work I paid for on the old engine that is now junk. 😠

My truck stalled while I was going down the highway and as it turned out I needed a new a whole new engine. The guys here were extremely helpful! Kept me posted every step of the way and got it done within just a few days (my 12 year old truck was running like new). Later on I had an unrelated problem with my coolant on my way to work and within the day, they had it towed, fixed and my truck was ready to go again by the time I was off work. I’d ABSOLUTELY go back to Payless Salvage for any issue I have - they know what they’re doing, keep you in the loop, and they get it right the first time. Highly recommend!!!!

Really, Eddie does need a raise! He quickly found a jack kit for my 4Runner on Friday, 08/26 and told me to expect to receive it by the following Tuesday. It is Thursday and nada. Within about 10 minutes from the time I called this morning, Eddie found the shipper had used the wrong address, and got another jack kit on its way. Before I found Payless I had spent about two hours on the phone with other parts dealers. So glad I found this company!
