I have never had a bad experience shopping at Money Mizer! Since the new manager Rossell has been there it has been lively and customer service has gotten better. I purchased my personal handgun here and they were very patient with all my questions!

Rossell is the best! They are HONEST about what they can do as far as pricing and the customer service is outstanding!!!!!

Purchased an item here and all the staff were very helpful! Unfortunately had to return it as it wasn’t the right fit for me, but even during the return process they were nothing but polite and completely helpful. The item was also super reasonably priced and in excellent condition. I would definitely make another purchase here!

By far the best Pawn Shop in the area! Competent and very friendly staff and a very nice and clean place. The staff were knowledgeable and made appropriate and competitive offers for the items I wanted to pawn or sell. It was refreshing to walk into a pawn shop that felt like an actual store, compared to most Pawn Shops that have product in disarray on the shelves and you feel dirty when you leave. Best place for a squatted truck meet

I got my wedding ring sized through them within the last 2 weeks. When I got to the car my husband realized that the piece that connected the 2 rings together was broken off. Took it immediately back into the shop and the older woman working there told him that it was “probably removed for sizing”. Spoke with 2 jewelers from 2 other business to verify that it should have been removed and both of them said that there would have been absolutely no need in removing that part and that it was probably done accidentally and they are just saying that it “had to be removed” to cover themselves and not take ownership. I absolutely will not go to money mizer again. And to think that my husband was about to purchase 2 guns from this location this month. We will definitely be taking our business elsewhere from now on, as will my entire family.

I have always had great shopping experiences at this location. The staff is super friendly, very helpful, and knowledgeable about items in their store. Charlotte knows us by name and she’s knows what we like to buy. She’s always ready to tell us what she has waiting when we walk in the door. I would recommend this store if you like pawn shopping.

Went in to inquire about some handguns, one man was behind the counter on the phone and did not acknowledge us there. Another couple male and female was behind main counter, no greeting nor asked if we needed help today? Ever other shop I been to knows how to greet you.From the looks of the shop it did not have many items to bargain for. Guns where over priced by hundreds even shotgun over priced. Not many electronic.

I have Purchased numerous Items from this location with no issues and great prices. I went in to sell them an item and they insulted me with the offer. I understand they need to make money and never wanted full price for the value. I even had an official appraisal letter and they didn’t even come within 25% of the value. I was told it was because they could not find anything like it on the “auction” web site they use. Disappointing visit. Will never return.

Worst gun shop Ive ever been to. Called on the phone and put me on hold. I finally drove down there I wanted a holster and the man pointed to the end of the counter and said theyre down there. No help sad pathetic Gun Shop

Money Mizer Phenix City is my go to store for getting electronics, jewelry, and guns. I’ve even bought fishing equipment from this location. Staff is friendly and helpful even when they are really busy.

Be careful putting things you want back in this pawn shop. They will break it and you are responsible to also get it fixed after you pay an extra high price to get it back. If you can avoid this business it would be in your best interest to do so at all costs.

There has never been a greater pawn shop than money mizer in phenix city alabama. they always help me in every way possible. i have never ask them a question that they have not been able to answer and help me with. they have a great varity of things to choose from especially on jewlry and eletronics. ( please excuse my spelling) but to finalize my review they are great. you will feel right at home

Horrible service at front desk very disrespectful, very unprofessional, and the sad thing is I been buying weapons with a vaild state DL along side my Retired military identification not to mention my gun permit there for years and they have a very professional and very knowledgeable gentlemen who sells or displays weapons which is the only reason i go there and i appreciate his knowledge and approachability but i will no longer be shopping there...

We entered this location and purchased 3 Xbox games, only to come home and discover 2 of the three will not work at all. We were definitely scammed.

Been buying guns for many years,they sell used guns for new prices, they consistently and intentionally inflate the new firearm prices way above the standard, when asked about a gun they immediately drop the price to make you feel like your getting a deal....but your not its still overpriced.
