Would not recommend their services at all. They dont know what their doing. If you got money to spend to keep coming back them feel free but to save a headache I would not recommend their services unless youre getting a oil change or tire rotation

WARNING!!! Dishonest owner!!! Took my vehicle in to have the gas tank dropped for a fuel leak and was charged $300 labor up front to have gas tank dropped. Stated on receipt the gas tank would be dropped. Only to have the receptionist call back per owners request “As he was the one working on my vehicle” that he needed to open my tool box to repair my leak. When I asked why you need to go through my tool box the Owner stated that he was going to take the truck bed off of my truck instead of dropping the fuel tank I paid for him to do because it was easier for him. I told him that I paid for him to drop the fuel tank and not take the bed off. But he said he didn’t care what I paid for that he was going to do whatever was easiest for him. I told him I could take the bed off at home myself. This place does SHADY work and very DISHONEST. Be aware the OWNER does not care about his customers or what they ask for. He was very ugly and rude to my wife and I. Be very careful that you get the work that you pay for. UPDATE also owner did a computer diagnosis for my AC and told me and gave me a print out saying I needed a condenser and a new condenser line and several other parts to fix the problem totaling up to $800. I took the vehicle to the Opelika Precision Tune and it was fixed properly and all I needed was a $60 evaporator. They quoted me over $800 and the parts they said I needed wasn’t even the problem. STAY AWAY from these crooks. They need to be shut down there very dishonest.

My truck skipping @40 mph .I ask for spark plugs. She assisted diagnostic check. I got one for $97 than she tell me my transmission need flush out $149.99 on Saturday . I was so upset on Monday at work .I left and went had my transmission fluid flush out . Than my truck got worst skipping. Check engine light came on went to advanced auto to check for code. To fine out I had miss fire on one cycliner. I need spark plugs. I spent $97 and $174 for precision Tune Auto says. Ooo no metal in my fluid pan.. my transmission Good Just needed $25 for 4 spark plugs. Refund me pls. You got mailbox addresses .when I checked in Saturday 6/26/21

I went to have a valve cover gasket replaced. Which I bought prior to dropping my car off to them. They called me after I left telling me it will be $90 just to read the codes. Then told me the needed to change the coil pack because if not Id be back in about a week when they go out from the oil leak. And that would be $400. When I picked up my car they charged me $870.00. My car was smoking and I had another mechanic at OReillys and they said my valve cover gasket or my coil packs have NEVER BEEN CHANGED.!!!! THEY RIPPED ME OFF AND I AM GOING TO EXPLORE LEGAL ACTIONS . IF I COULD GIVE THEM 0 STARS I WOULD. DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP.

It never fails, everytime I go here something else happens to my car. Went in for am oil change and when I left my tire pressure light came on. Had to add air twice that day to keep it from going flat. How to you mess up a tire just checking the pressure? Never again.

I was in there over a week and a half ago and paid in cash because I was told I needed to to get a fuel filter for my vehicle they fuel pump I intern gave them $736 in cash I was told my part would be available the next day and I would have my car in the shop a week later my part still wasnt available I was told by the woman in the office every day that it would be there the next day after a week of this I asked for a refund on my money in order to get it I had to go down there and speak with the owner while he was there because the woman in the office never called the owner like she told me she would I was told at that time that they could not refund my money in cash it would go on my card here it is 3 days later and it still isnt even showing with the card company when I called them this morning the lady couldnt understand why I was upset and threatened to hang up on me all she could tell me was keep calling my bank my advice to anybody is dont do business with them they are not trustworthy and they do bad work and the woman in the office is very very rude and unprofessional. As of Saturday I have filed a police report in regards to it and I was advised by the police department to follow a court claim against them

Cause the guys burnt up my starter trying to start my truck. The owner made out like his crew didnt do anything wrong.. After I explained how to start my truck. HORRIBLE PLACE, DONT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE FOR ANYTHING. I took mine in for an oil change and they advised me I need rear brakes and quoted me $350. I told them I couldnt afford that and to just do oil change and rotate tires. They told me when I picked my car up they had a problem getting my lug nuts off so they only rotated 3 tires, realistically; how do you rotate 3 tires exactly? My husband did my brakes but literally had to DRILL out the studs AND lug nuts because the professional from this store not only put the damaged lug nuts back on my car but they tighten them SO MUCH that it stripped the lug nuts and not even a torque gun would get then off. When I took my car back to them for help the owner said oh yeah I remember this car, I spent over an hour trying to get these lug nuts off, OH YEAH? THEN WHY THE HELL WOULD YOU PUT THE DAMAGED ONES BACK ON? I got no response. I WILL BE CONTACTING THE CORPORATE OFFICE.

Quick oil change. Very quick. The manager even had the tech track me down to review a couple of things I might need to replace on my car. I really appreciated that little bit of extra service.

Took my vehicle in for an oil change. I decided to have my tires rotated and balanced while I was there. Now the vehicle pulls to the right and shakes when I go over 55 MPH. I called Precision Tune and they said it was more than likely a separated tire...I had the work done on Saturday and this is just Monday. Why did they not catch the separated tire when they were rotating them? Arent they supposed to check for stuff like that? Anyway it doesnt matter, it is not a separated tire. I took my vehicle to a reputable tire dealer and they saidA. The tire pressure is not consistent. A tire cannot be balanced until first it is inflated or deflated to the correct tire pressure.B. One of the tires has an old weight on the inside and none on the outside. All weights are supposed to be removed before balancing can be done properly.C.One tire has no weight on it at all which is nearly unheard of.D. One tire has nearly a half of a pound of weight on it and the weights are not next to each other but placed on different parts of the rim when they are supposed to be next to each other.The tire dealer, who asked me not to tell him who worked on my vehicle told me that in his professional opinion some of the tires were not balanced and the ones that were balanced were done by someone who did not know what they were doing. I am going this week to see if they will fix this problem to my satisfaction....Stay Tuned

This place is a proper scam shop . Steve ( The owner ) Tells his employees they will be reprimanded if they actually disclose the true severeness of the vehicles situation to the customers . He has made it policy to always only suggest a systems diagnostics been ran on the vehicle , which is a flat rate at $90 , then charge the highest price for parts to do the repair . The Technicians ( none of which are certified ase Mechanics ) are not properly trained on how to place the lift on the frame on the customers vehicle so not to bend or warp it . The have caused several issues with not only my vehicle, but my family as well . the technicians will over tighten lug nuts and forget to lube the top of the oil filter when doing an oil change . Worst of all , they will send you out in your vehicle with an extreme safety issue if not addressed immediately and merely mention that they suggest a vehicle diagnostics check to determine the issue .....knowing that anyone who know mechanics can CLEARLY determine the problem just by inspecting the vehicle while it is on the lift .

I used them before had a great experience. But this time went in to get a front end alignment. I had to set and wait an hour and a half. Which was ok the problem was I was told that they would not be able to to do it. So after waiting that long I was not pleased could have told me that a long time ago on top of that had to pay a fee so I asked for them to do it anyway. The employees were fine with doing it but the manger was not extremely rude and nasty. I will never be back and anyone who took the time to read this thanks. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Superior tires in Columbus GA took great care of me.

I had my oil changed on September 19th 2020 on October 10th 2020 my oil light came on after checking my all found that I had no oil in my car had a mechanic to look at it and the filter that they suggested that I purchase which was an extra $50 was wrong and for three weeks or oil had been spilling out of my car the entire undercarriage of my car is full of oil and they act like they did not want to refund my money and made it seem as if the issue was my fault some kind of way I definitely will not go back to them ever again and I suggest if youre looking for some place to get your oil changed you might as well do it yourself before you go to these people

My husband and I have been taking our vehicles to Precision Tune for about 8 years now. We have always had great experiences, from simple oil changes and tune ups to more complex repairs, such as air conditioning, brakes, alternators, fuel pumps, etc. We were always told after the diagnostic exam just what was needed, along with a price estimate, BEFORE any repairs were made. We have been pleased with all repairs and services made and have never had to take our vehicles back because the work was done right the first time.We will continue to use Precision Tune for our vehicle needs.

They don’t even deserve one star. I brought my car in to get a new oil pan put in and they tried to tell me it was gonna be close to $400 for the oil pan itself. Which when I called auto zone it was only $80 with express shipping. So I would not recommend this place to anybody. They will try to get as much money out of you as they can. I don’t know if it’s new management or what but last time I got my oil changed they were pretty fast and a decent price. So I have no idea what happened to make them want to suck money out of people but it’s not right.

My husband told me it was a good place for an oil change, so I went there. My car had over 62,000 miles on it, so I knew that it needed some maintenance. They were all very nice, the mechanic was nice and informative and they offered me a discount on my oil change and managers special. The best part is that I noticed a huge improvement in the way my car handled when I left. I will be going there for regular maintenance from now on.

Thank you so very much. I came in for an oil change on my 2001 GMC truck. When I left, my dashboard warning said Check Gauges, and my oil pressure gauge read 0. I was scared so I make a legal U-Turn and went back. The manager and his staff were wonderful. I am not sure what all they did to diagnose the problem, but he had an auto parts company deliver an Oil Pressure Switch. That fixed the problem. My truck never knocked. There was oil, a filter, and a plug the whole time. My truck is fine. Thank you again. The manager wouldn’t even let me pay for the new part. I will continue to go to Precision Tune for my automotive needs. Thank you again – I love my old truck, thanks for keeping her running. Beth

I went to Precision Tune Auto for about 8 years now with 3 different cars. They do pretty good work. You can get discounts every now and then if you look online before going to get serviced. I like that they have a free oil change after every 5 oil changes. The owner is a really nice man as I have seen him help other people in our communinuty when they were in need. The only complaint I have regarding the company is they constantly try to upsell me on other service which I understand that is how businesses make money but I just dont like it. They have only been right about 2 of the fixes I needed out of the maybe 12 services they tried to convince me to buy or my car would stop working. I did go back to them for those 2 fixes and was satisfied with the work done. Overall, its a pretty great company. Just stop upselling so much.

I take my 2001 Chevy Impala to Precision for all my oil changes. When my car was shaking, I took my car to Pep Boys down the road from Precision. After keeping my car overnight, with no call from them, I called Pep Boys and was told my car was ready, my new tires were all unbalanced and I needed an alignment. I picked up the car, paid them and drove home. The car was still shaking. Money down the drain. I took it to Precision. They replaced my CV Joints. Cost more than I wanted to spend, car repairs usually do, but they fixed the problem. And I didnt have to leave the car overnight. The very first time I went there to get an oil change, I walked down to Waffle House, which had just op-ed when I waited. Somehow on the walk back I dropped my bank card. Luckily someone returned it to the bank and they called me. They let me take my car, work unpaid for, and go retrieve the card so I could pay them. I have always been treated with the utmost respect, from the front desk to the mechanic in the shop. My car is back there as I write. Unfortunately, the boss is having back surgery tomorrow and cant take care of my car himself so he arranged for a certified mechanic from the Victory Drive location to diagnose my problem. That man, Steve, is coming from Columbus to check it out, on his day off, so I dont have to have it towed. Ive witnessed a couple of customers give the lady out front a hard time because the oil change cost a bit more than the $19.99 special. Hey folks, if you want more than the basic, you got to expect to pay a bit more. Its spelled out clearly in plan sight for everyone to see. I pay more for an oil change because I choose to use high mileage oil and get my fluids topped off, but we discuss it up front. There are no surprises.

Took my Mercury Sable in for an oil change. Was told that both of my transaxle seals were leaking transmission fluid and that I needed to get it fixed before it damaged the transmission. They advised they could fix it for $500. Took it to a Transmission place for a second opinion. They put it on a lift and had two guys look at it. They advised us that one axle was bone dry. They advised that the wet axle had old engine oil on rubbed on it to make it appear as if it was leaking. They thoroughly checked both axles and advised me that there is absolutely nothing wrong with them and advised me not to go back to the place that told me they were leaking. Will not be going back here in the future and advise everyone who does go here to get a second opinion on any work they recommend.

Typical sales pitch! I bought a new car with 45,000 miles came in for a oil change right after I bought the car. The mechanic told me that the engine and other fluids were do for a flush. I just went with it since it was a new car I kind of figured it didn’t need it I’m pretty mechanically inclined but I just wanted it done.When it was time to get the oil changed again I took the little sticker off in the window. I got to the office I was told my oil change would be a little more because it needed more oil blah blah whatever. I sat waiting thinking when is the sale pitch going to come. It didn’t ! The mechanic came and got me and said everything looks good but your do for a engine flush and so on. I looked at him and said no thank you I had it done the last time I was up here. He was just like ah okay gotcha and proceeded with the oil change. They will tell you if something is legit wrong with your car but I suggest you going somewhere else. My oil change went from the regular $21.00 oil change to my bill being $58 they tack on every little thing they can!

Took my truck back. Tire does have as an issue but a failure to communicate this issue to me is the cause of all the anxiety. They.have taken care of my problem. The owner got involved and answered all my questions, did whatever I wanted him to do with regards to the tire issue AND refunded the money I paid for the I initial balance. I had no expectation of a refund since they did the work on Saturday and pacified me Monday.

They where suppose to replace my front driver and passenger Cv Axle to my 6cyl Toyota Camry and they put 4 cycle axles and it torn my whole car up needed a new transmission and tire came from under my car ! Do not go I had to buy a new car after going to them

Had to get my rear drum brakes fixed, personally I knew they had to be replaced. They have been squealing for months now and decided to take my chevy silverado in for a brake change and tune up. I was told by staff who seemed to be knowledgeable that I had brake dust on my rotor and drum brakes. What I ended up with is my service airbag light up my dash and an even worse screeching noise in my rear drum brakes...

Not happy with place went in for a front end alignment and they tried to charge me more for the alignment cause I installed new parts it was going to take them longer. So they went from 79.99 to wanted to charge me 149.99 not happening. Took it to rapid tire on hwy 80 and they did it for 61 dollars. Precision lost my business thats why there lot is always empty.

So disappointed in this. I have used them for years and I try not to post negative reviews but this just beat me down. The last time the oil was changed my wife went and they had her pay around $100 in unnecessary extras. Today I personally went with a coupon that had enough small writing on it to be a short story. Long story short, they only have one oil change for synthetic oil and its overly expensive. I got a little agitated but let them start. Then for time to pay. The 44.90 increased by almost ten extra dollars to another total. I checked the receipt and they had added not only parts/services but ALSO a shop supplies. I find this absolutely ridiculous as those are the same thing. Bottom line, nothing here is priced as it is actually billed. I have seen it multiple times. Now I have to find somewhere else even though they have all my info and checkin is easy and thy are close. No more of my business.

We drop our car here for oil changes then walk down to waffle house for lunch/breakfast. The guys always have our car ready as we are walking back. Only thing I would change is that the receptionist is on her phone about the entire time you are trying to check in/out, which makes the process take longer than it should.

I used them for several years then they started trying to rip me off. Charged me once for the extra quart of oil that was not put in, but the coup de gras was my last visit. They told me I had a massive oil leak and that I needed to have my engine pressure checked to find it. Strange thing was there was never any oil in my driveway and the oil that they showed me underneath the car was clean new oil that was on the side of the oil pan. I will never be back because I dont feel now that I can trust them. As they say buyer beware. Well Randy you reply to others but not me I have given you ample time to do so. Next month I shall exercise my right to free speech and I can only hope that I have an impact on your bottom dollar.

I paid for a front end alignment on my Dodge truck. It took three visits. Each visit made the issue progressively worse. They continuously stated that the system wasnt calibrated, and on the third and final visit, a mechanic apologetically stated its really no use, its the best itll get. No refund. No solution! I eventually had to replace my tires and get a CORRECT alignment from Epperly Tires. Never again!

Horrible customer service. My 2018 Honda CRV does not require an oil filter change with very first oil change due to thier new engine technology. (Even called Honda to verify)I was quoted $20 for oil change only. Once I got to the shop, the manger/owner told me he would not change the oil without changing the filter. I showed him the service manual and he told me he didnt care what it said that he would not do it. Very rude and basically told me to leave.

Then I take my vehicle to get an alignment check and they proceed to tell me I have to replace both ball joints before they can do it quote me $797 and say price high bc ball joints are $247 each just parts. I found them online and at auto zone for between $38-$64 wth???

Took my 2013 Chevy Sonic in for an oil change and to see if they could locate a noise I was concerned with. They found the issue and had it fixed as well as the oil changed in no time at all and didnt charge an outrageous price either. There really polite and keep you informed which is a problem Ive had with other shops. I would reccomend this place to anyone!

Brought in for an oil change and they said my CV shaft needed to be replaced, said it would be $160 for parts and labor. I bring it back a few days later to have it done and they told me its not my CV shaft, its something else, and it would cost $250! Had someone else look at it elsewhere and it was just a sensor that needed to be replaced for $125. They obviously dont know what they are doing.

No stars here. Poor service at best. Was told that it would be 15 min. before the car was put on a rack .and it took almost an hour. Sign says 19.90 for an oil change, brought my own oil and filter and they charged me 20.00 anyway (however to be fair I did agree to that price) . Charged sales tax even though there is no sales tax on service work. Watched from the outside of the building and the Tech. put no oil in the filter before installing it. Anyone who knows automotive work knows that you fill the new filter before putting it on the car ( it keeps the bearings from running quite so dry on start up). Asked nicely if the owner had a minute to speak with me and I quote not really was his response with a angry look on his face. Before I left I heard him make the comment that he does not understand why someone with a 1993 would whine and complain. My car was the only car that old at the shop and the only 1993 at the shop. I never did whine or complain to anyone as he did not even speak with me at all. And yes, my car is a 1993 model..One of 1500 made world wide, one of only 1000 imported to the USA # 539 on the registry list. A 1993 Mazda Miata MX 5 LE. A very rare car indeed. I will not ever take any of my cars there again and my suggestion to you would be dont take the chance either. What is really amazing to me is that I was a brand new customer and was treated in this manner.

Went to get an alignment on my 07 Silverado 1500, they couldnt perform the task due to their matching being g to small... They said my Truck was too long.... They also performed a break job on my truck and 1 day later I had a complete break failure and had to put an additional 1500 dollars in to a new brake system....

I got my tires aligned. As soon as we got on the road , we realized the problem was still there. We immediately went back and complained. The mechanic said ,we just do what the customer says they want done. They then said it has to be the suspension which would cost around $30 more to check. Then we called the next day and was told theres no manager. This so called company is a JOKE!! NEVER do business with them! It was a complete waste of money.One star is too much!

VERY DISHONEST. DO NOT TRUST. I had my brake fluid change and when I receive my car back every light that was related to the brake function was on. I drove the car home thinking that it would turn off but it didnt. I returned the car back the next day and I was told that my brake light was on prior to the service being performed which was a LIE because I just had purchased the car and had driven it for two weeks without any lights on. I asked to speak with the manager(last name Taylor) and he persisted that the light was on when I left the car which was another LIE. If you value your car or truck do not take your vehicle to this location, you will be sorry. I will NEVER return!

They didnt check my tire pressure

Went in to get oil changed and they striped the drain plug bolt. Call the owner to let him know what was going on, and that my car was leaking oil because of it. The owner told me to bring it back in and he will take a look at it for me. Once I was there they put a new bolt in and told me it was fixed. The next day I noticed it was still leaking, I call back to talk with owner and he said there is nothing else he was going to do after he told me I could bring it back if it started leaking again. Know I have to buy a oil pan myself and pay some one to replace it just to stop the leak. This was the PERCISION TUNE AUTO on hwy 280-431 in Phenix City Al.and he owne the one in OPELIKA, AL., and the one on victory dr in Columbus,Ga. So people be careful he will not stand behind his work, and Does not have good customer service.I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK.

Oil change was quick they asked me toDo other maintenance,which I declined because I had them done recently before moving , on the drive home I glanced up they didn’t even remove the old oil change reminder sticker just stuck the other one on top of it , once I got them off , as i stick the new sticker back on window my next service date is today ?!

Took my wifes car to get an oil change and tire rotation before she went to visit her parents. When I went to pick it up I noticed my lug key was missing. I inquired about its location and proceeded to watch a tech walk over to his tool box and get it out. I decided to make sure it was really mine and as I checked it on my left rear tire I noticed the locking lug wasnt tightened. I checked rest only to find that none were tightened. They did my brake job wrong. A month later my brakes started acting up. I went to different shop to get them repaired warrenty or not I dont trust them with my car. Go to a different place!
