Friendly environment and quick unloading

One of the worst arrangements to pick cargo from!!!

They guys very cool...am first time here ...empty just 20 minutes

Management is rude and doesnt care about your well being. Seen many people fired for getting hurt even if they reported it immediately. They hire mostly ex convicts and drug addicts. Pay is well under average for the physical load they assign. Machinery is extremely outdated and they dont care about how clean the foundry side is or how much working room you have. Seen many OSHA hazards and violations. Lockout tag out is not used when you have to clear jambs on shop blast. They dont give you proper PPE for shop blast. Many of the fork truck drivers do not go through training or even have a fork truck license.

The people who work here are awesome understanding and driven. The company has multiple opportunities for a great work experience. I work in impreg and the supervisor for impreg is Jeremiah Mosely hes a great guy. He trains you in all positions, gives opportunity to everyone especially if you are willing to put effort in learning.I recommend Snavelys Machine to anyone whos looking for a great job!!!!They offer all shifts for work.....

One of the worst places Ive ever worked. The management talks down and treats the employees awful.
