As a follow up to an earlier review when I had a last minutes chain service to keep my GS 700 on the road for a planned trip I returned to have my sprocket and chain replaced as was recommended earlier. Once again first class service from Service Specialist Justin Root and excellent work by the Service Technician Jason Pellengahr. I was advised during the service that I needed rear brake pads which were promptly installed and I was on my way in a shorter time than expected. Well done .. excellent, prompt, professional and polite service. From both Justin and Jason. I would also add that during the last few visits John in Parts has been excellent as well.

Well just got my very first motorcycle and I chose go az peoria. I have to say this was one of the best experiences I have had buying a vehicle. William Azar was able to help me from beginning to end, even got another bike from the Scottsdale location just so I didnt have to drive there. Will even answered my questions after the dealership was closed. If youre looking for your first/new motorcycle Id highly recommend Will, hes very busy but even if hes working with other people he doesnt forget about you always checking up on you. Finance was easy and smooth even on a busy weekend. When its time for service or even an upgrade I will go to go az peoria and see Will.

Great experience buying a bike here. Craig was very helpful. No hassle or pressure and made the process a breeze. Matt did a fantastic job going over my finances, warranty etc. Overall GOAZ has such a great vibe with a personal touch. You feel welcomed and not just another jaggoff buying a motorcycle. If you want to buy a motorcycle in the west valley, these guys are my choice 100% as I would definitely buy from them again.

The only reason I would continue to go to this place is because they are the only place in the valley to sell Zero Motorcycles. The purchasing experience was easy but only because I knew exactly what bike I wanted and bought it. I cant imagine what it would have been like if I was actually shopping without knowing what I wanted. Picking up the bike was horrible, waited 2 hours while they were getting it ready for me to drive off the lot. The only reason it wasnt over 2 hours is because I decided to go back to the service department to see what the hell was going on, only to find my bike just sitting there and no one even knew what was going on with it. Bike had smudges all over it and found out that my sales person just decided to leave for the day... Also, when picking up my bike after I paid for it there were more miles on the odometer than originally stated. Not to mention I ordered a helmet and jacket the same day I purchased my bike only to be told a week after I bought it that my jacket was on backorder until Jan. 2022... If they would have told me that to start with I would have just bought it elsewhere. Terrible service all around.

I recently purchased a 2019 Zero S at GoAZ in Peoria. Craig was the salesman and Mat the manager. I want to applaud their efforts. They made the transaction pleasant and were friendly without the pressure of selling. They made me feel like a customer and not a dollar sign. Craig followed through with what he said he was going to do and Mat was fair in his negotiations. Even Mike in Parts was extremely helpful. Overall a fantastic job; keep up the good work!

Well initially i rated 5 when I thought they helped me.But later i realized they actually screwed my ride.I was riding from east coast to San Francisco and my bike started overheating, took it to the service center. The mechanic incorrectly fitted the thermostat resulting in no circulation of coolant. Before reaching to the service center at least there was some circulation. I rode with that faulty thermostat from New Maxico around 500 miles. After paying for their service i could not even ride my bike for 5 miles and had to tow the bike to bay areaHere when mechanic opened the thermostat he said its perfectly fine just needed a wash, only issue is it was fitted incorrectly, it was suppose to fit in the groves. Its a shame on BMW to rob customers. I was not expecting such a shady work from BMW.Avoid them if you can.

All I have to say is flawless service… Andrew, Will, Matt, and Mike showed the upmost respect. If I could give this place a rating higher than 5 I would. From the moment I walked in nothing but the friendliest service I ever received. During signing I was walked through the whole process by Andrew and Matt and they broke down it down ABC style so I understood everything. I appreciate everything y’all done for me and I’m loving my 2019 ZX10R. Would HIGHLY recommend this dealership. Will definitely tell anybody that’s slightly interested, that I know, to see y’all. I purchased a KTM Dual Sport cycle to join my son riding and had a great experience. I did my research online and reached out to Craig Sallas in sales @ Go AZ. He followed up and answered all my questions and then some. He helped make the deal happen within my budget and I cant say enough about him and his team. John Huebner/parts helped me get all the gear and accessories I needed to ride at a great price. Matthew Paullin/Sales Manager/Finance walked me through the paperwork and warranty and even suggested some great trails to ride.. Justin Root/service is a KTM expert and walked me thru the bike, service schedule and even helped me load it. I dont make many reviews, but when you have a great experience you have to give a shout out. Thanks guys!

The moment I started a web inquiry about the bike I had planned of buying outright and cash in hand, Craig Sallas went above and beyond to satisfy my every need and question I had about the bike. I had looked at was a 2021 BMW S1000RR. I knew they have been having numerous recalls lately and Go AZ seems to be the only knowledgeable dealer her in Arizona that actually have their stuff together and get the parts that are needed in a timely fashion and get the bike across to the customer. Superb customer service, I went in to finalize the sale and they even delivered it out of town to my Tempe location for free the next day! I have owned and dealt with numerous motorcycle dealers over the years and this one was an all out winner. Not only did I save over $3000 on the bike as it had premium features and extras on it, but the extent of how he reached out to me directly was exemplary customer service. Even though its quite a drive out there from my location (45 minutes) I will be happy to have all of my future service completed with them for the motorcycle going forward. Can recommend them 100% and would not consider going with anyone else where I get a lesser deal for more money. Not going to mention which other big market chain it was, but its quite obvious there arent that many. Hands down, the best experience buying a new bike. Cheers Craig!

Would have expected this from Ride now, but not go-az. Browsing the website over the weekend, decide to submit and offer for them to buy one of my bikes outright. After going back and forth over email for 24 hours, I received a preliminary offer based on appraisal. Agreed, and brought the bike down this afternoon. Waited for an hour while the bike was fully appraised, and was given the go ahead for the sale at the previously agreed upon terms by the sales rep and GM. At this point, I ask my wife to come pick me up from the dealer, which is over an hour drive each way. For the next hour I hung out and made small talk. Literally as my wife pulls in to the parking lot, I get called in to the general manager Andreas’ office. Where I am then told that they have Mis-identified the model of my bike, and that the best they could do was offer me 2k less than the agreed upon price. Now, maybe I am being unreasonable here - but I would fully expect the general manager of a high performance moto dealer to be able to pull correct book values for a 2 year old fairly unique motorcycle, especially when they received the vin, description, and multiple hi-res photos beforehand AND they had an hour to completely appraise and evaluate the bike in person before agreeing to the terms of the original sale. I am extremely disappointed, as it feels a lot like bait and switch. Add to that spending an entire afternoon wasting my time, as well as my wife’s time to come pick me up for a deal that fell apart literally out of thin air. I have previously sold two bikes to ride now a few years ago, and the process was 1000x smoother than this. I used to go out of my way to take my bikes in for service and parts to go-az dealers, but will no longer be doing so.

My boyfriend and I had an exceptionally stellar experience purchasing a motorcycle here. I originally came in by myself to look at my different options and throw my leg over some to see what Id be comfortable on as a short rider. Craig was wonderful in helping me whittle down the options and even brought out a low height bike to try. I never felt any sales pressure and had a great experience.Craig followed up with me after I left and encouraged me to come back and do some test rides when I was ready. I went to another dealership that was more convenient to try and test ride and had a pretty bad experience waiting over an hour for the bikes to get ready and never even ended up riding that day.I contacted Craig again and he set up the test ride for me and my boyfriend the following day. The bikes were ready when we got there. We ended up buying a bike that day. Brennan (finance), Jenn (management), and John (parts) continued the fantastic service throughout the purchase and after. We would recommend them to anyone. Thanks again, guys!

I purchased a bike here. During the height of the pandemic fear mongers psychotic episodes this business decided it was a good idea to FORCE customers to submit to invasion of privacy by physical temperature inspection. Or go somewhere else to get your $25k machine serviced. Even in protest they did not relent for months. The “nurse” they had was rude too. No science behind the practice... doesn’t bother them. Fear rules over them. Checking temperature of people who just walked inside from 110d weather wearing a helmet with a cheap process that doesn’t prove anything. Two stars only because they do have great staff. But, massive leadership failures have led me to shop elsewhere. There is redemption only if you publicly apologize for the failure. Be specific.

GoAZ represents the best in vehicle-sales customer service. I recently purchased a motorcycle using their fly’n’ride offer, whereby they discounted my one-way airline ticket price from the final vehicle purchase price. Throughout the motorcycle sales process, my account manager, Mitch H., patiently and thoroughly answered many questions, provided ample photographs, and never pressured me to rush the sale. By the time I was ready to commit, I felt confident that, even sight-unseen, I was making the right decision. Based on the highly professional way I was treated by the entire GoAZ staff, I would highly recommend them to anyone contemplating making that big, emotional purchase, even if it’d be out-of-state. A lot of dealers, and sales teams in general, could learn from GoAZ what it means to take care of their clients.Five stars; would buy again.

They have an excellent inventory of bikes. I went here to buy a triumph bonneville t120 black off the showroom floor. 11,500$ msrp ended up being 15,500$ out the door. I told them no thanks. On the car ride home I received a call from the salesman price went down to 14,000, I said no again. They called back one last time and told me 13,800. I ended up buying the exact same triumph t120 bonneville black with 1 mile on it for 11,515$ out the door from San Jose triumph in California. San Jose triumph was very professional, the original price they told me was what I paid out the door. They were upfront and honest, made me very happy to purchase from them. I will not go to GO AZ power sports and have been steering my friends away from here. They wanted 4,000$ more for the same motorcycle at first. All of it was bogus add on fees. Do your research before you buy from this dealer. You can find a better price out there.

Initial visit was great! Buff gentleman at the front door instantly compelled me to do some push-ups. The sales man I talked to was nice and patient with A1 customer service. I was interested in a side by side which he happily showed me. We went far a test drive ( he drove) and a deal was being formed as this was a new adventure for my family. I noticed the rear axle was bent and a whip light wasn’t working and he said they would take care of it. It was listed at 19,xxx for a 2017 rzr. he comes back with a total price of 24k. Obviously a lot of fees were added and they wanted 4K down (I have an 800 credit score) the reason why is because it was priced well over book value ($11,950 kbb trade in value) which is likely what they paid) and we know a bank won’t finance that. I told the salesman that is way too high. I was willing to pay full asking price 19,xxx plus taxes and for the registration which put me at $21k. Salesman says he wants to work a deal with me but it’s before closing so he says to come back in the morning so we can work it out. I return in the morning to find that the GM denied working with me. He said that the price is actually going to go up because he received a lot of interest in it the next day so he won’t budge at all and I should take the price he gave because he is going to raise it. Also, that they are fixing the camber on the wheel and the broken light as if it was a favor to me. The salesman try’s one more time as I felt this was the greediest dealer I have even been too and bad on the GMs part. Gm stood firm and said no and lost a customer out of his own greed. I expect this from a private party but not a dealership (this is why people don’t like supporting their local dealerships). Hopefully he loses more customers until he humbles himself. Ride Now is terrible but I think there is a new king to the throne... Go(away)AZ good thing is right after I left I found a newer ride with less miles X3 turbo r Canam cheaper than his 24k! GOD doesn’t like ugly so he looked out for our family due to GOAZ greedy a**. 😁

I worked with Kaydee on purchasing my 2015 900 Vulcan. It was an excellent experience. She was very knowledgeable. Answered all my questions and the whole process was short and sweet. Highly recommend her and AZ Peoria to anyone looking for a bike.

Jen was an excellent sales person. No hassle, cut right to the chase. Her general manager was awesome. They were both more interested in earning my business than making an extra $ on the deal. Picked up a nice BMW RT 1200, and will be back for service and future buys.

Jennifer Duarte from Sales was exceptionally professional, courteous, and did everything on her end to make buying a motorcycle smooth and easy going. Got a test ride in which she prepped in advance as she first hand cleaned the bike! Amazing service that I value. Even more so, Andreas Spencer, the General Manager and Mat Paullin Sales Manager were very supportive and made the finance process incredibly easy. Greatly appreciate the effort and energy guys you put forth! Extremely happy buyer! Will be coming back, even if Im from far East Mesa.

Kadee Lee and the whole team did an awesome job! I came from out of state and they had everything ready and it was an overall excellent experience. I would highly recommend them, great great job!

Jennifer deserves an honest review! She was very easy to communicate with, she listened very well to my wants and expectations, I feel like I received a great overall service. I live in Portland Oregon, I have a Ducati dealership near me, called MotoCorsa, I didn’t buy from them because their ego was too far up their ***. So I decided to go call out of state. After dealing with Jennifer at this dealership, I will continue to buy more Ducati’s in the future. IT DOES MATTER WHO YOU PURCHASE FROM, not all sales consultants will treat you the same. Give Jennifer a chance.

Go AZ Motorcycles provided the best customer service I have ever had whether I had purchased from out of state or in person. The communication from their team was outstanding and each member was pleasant and was up to speed on the process of my purchase. Each phase from sales, financing, paperwork and shipping was top notch. My only problem is they don’t have a shop in Tennessee to service my bike, lol. Thanks go to Tommy, Brennan, and the entire team for all their hard work.

Cool place. Nice bikes and unique brands. Seems like a store for riders by riders. They didnt have what I came in for. But helpful and courteous. Though it seems over staffed I suppose thats better than the inverse.

I dealt with the service managers at both locations (Scottsdale and Peoria) as well as with Brian, the GM, before writing this review. My experience during the sales and accessory purchase process was great, but as soon as the ink on the contract was dry I started to have problems. When they brought the bike around my requests to have someone show me some of the technical features on the new bike were met with I don’t know, read the manual”, I was not fitted to the bike, I wasn’t made aware of the adjustable rear suspension or other mechanical features, I found out that the software had an update available (per a bike forum) that wasn’t installed, and I’m pretty sure the rear tire was low when I left the dealership. The next day after riding the bike home I found I had to refill the rear tire and re-sync my phone to the computer. The low pressure and losing sync to my phone happened again over the next 3 days so I made a service appointment. Soon after making the service appointment I found a construction staple, not unlike the ones being used at the dealership for remodeling, in the rear tire; which likely explains the low tire pressure from day 1.When I got the bike back from service, you had replaced the rear tire, updated the computer software version, updated some engine settings in the computer, and replaced the seat under a recall. On the ride home, the rear brake started squealing and the next day the bike stalled in traffic without notice. Over the next few days the bike stalled more than once so the bike was picked up and taken back to you for service. This started a ~4-month ordeal of the bike going to service, service not being able to recreate the issues, me getting the bike back, it is stalling in traffic again / having a rear brake squeal, and it being picked back up for service.Over these ~4 months I worked with the GM, the service departments and BMW corporate and I was met with “You’re using bad gas.” and “We can’t recreate the issue, sorry” (even though I was able to recreate the symptom on demand in front of your service manager using the exact method I told them to use to recreate the symptom), as well as “The rear brake just does that, brake harder.” from your service group in Scottsdale; this comment was extremely rude and unprofessional as a brake pad replacement did fix this, it was not rider error. There were also multiple times I was told I would get a callback or reply e-mail only to have to call back in to get an update. In the end BMW ended up buying the bike back, but even that processes got messed up as the driver to pick up the bike was 3 hours late and was given the wrong pickup address; luckily, the wrong address and pickup location were only a 5-minute drive from one another.I understand that issues happen, and stuff breaks, and there can be lemons, but during this entire process I felt as though I didnt have a customer advocate, my time was not considered valuable, and I had to fight each step of the way. That, and not the bike quality issues, is what made this a horrible experience for me.In summary, I would highly recommend that you go somewhere else to purchase a bike or for bike service. My purchase was only an $8,800.00 scooter; but maybe the service department and BMW will take you more seriously if you buy a more expensive bike.

Go AZ is the place to go if you want to test ride a bike before you buy it. Shawn and John are amazing, no high pressure sales! They let my son ride whatever bike he wanted to and even encouraged him to try different styles to help him make the best choose for him! Even know we did not buy a bike there this time we always have fun and a great experience at Go AZ!

This was my first time visiting this dealership. I have just moved from Baltimore, MD to Phoenix AZ. I was in need of scheduling a major service for my BMW motorcycle. Everyone I came in contact with was professional, helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. I dealt with Justin in service, and had a great conversation with Adrianna, their newest salesperson and both are great ambassadors for the companyThe place has a great atmosphere and based on the ongoing expansion project they are doing very well. Assuming my service experience goes as well as my initial contact I am certain Ive found my new BMW dealership.

Very impressed by an excellent selection of bikes and friendly staff. After several visits, I ended up purchasing a BMW R1250 RS. Kadee did an excellent job in showing me a variety of bikes (BMW/Triumph/Ducati) and encouraged test rides to ensure I would find the right bike for me. I also appreciated other staff willing to step in and answer questions, or simply chat while bikes were being prepared. Special mention to Mitch as well. Overall great team effort and I would purchase there again.

This place has a fantastic sales, parts, and service department. Usually youre lucky if you get 1 out of 3. Felipe (parts department) is really helpful. All the guys at this shop are bike enthusiasts. They dont try to scam you like they do at car dealerships. If you need a new bike, hit this place up first.
