This is the worst experience I have EVER had. I purchased our spa over 10 months ago and have been given nothing but the run around for months now. Its been in and out of production several times, different stories and they wont give me a refund. So apparently they are theives and I will be disputing the charges.

The delivery of my hot tub took a few months, but with everything that’s been going on (pandemic) it’s understandable as shipments from almost every company in the world is taking more than usual. Once I received my hot tub and got to enjoy it, I completely fell in love with it. Was definitely worth the wait, especially since this company offers the best unmatchable prices out there for hot tubs.

We did wait some time for our spa, but with a little patience and understanding that theres a GLOBAL PANDEMIC that changes a LOT of the logistics, we are thrilled to have our spa come today! Its beautiful, seems well manufactured (time will tell right?) and it was a smooth process from ordering, follow up with the manufacturer and scheduling delivery. Jeff was there the whole way, helpful and responsive throughout, and we LOVE our SPA! By the way, you simply cannot beat their pricing!Compare this to the world of Construction. Everyone wants it the Cheapest, the Fastest and the Best Quality. You cannot have all 3, ever. You get 2 out of three. These are sold very inexpensively. So which do you want - High Quality or Fast... I like High Quality, Low Price, and am willing to wait for both.April 27th 2021:Fast Forward 45 days. I had no idea about hot tubs before I walked in but Jeff taught me everything that I needed to know very knowledgeable and he’s not pushy like some sales man are.

Such an amazing experience. The treatment was incredible, Jeff was great he has a lot of experience and knowledge in the hot top department. He helped me find what I wanted, it took a little while to arrive but I understood since we are in the middle of a pandemic and everything takes time to arrive but the wait was worth it because my family loves and spends a really good time in the hot top. Initial impressions from the first week: My wife and I were very pleased with the quality of the construction. I found it relatively easy to set up after my hot tub being delivered; worked pretty much as advertised by Mr. Jackson. I don’t usually leave a review after purchasing a product, but I have to admit that it’s one of the best purchases I have made in quite a long time. I’m a very pleased customer.

There is NOTHING to dislike about this spa. The bubbling action is very invigorating and strong. The filter and heater are quiet. The cover is cushioned and thick maintaining heat very well. The walls are thick and strong. Instruction book is very detailed as well. It is easier to set-up than It would appear. We bought a 4 person spa and the size is more than ample.

I dont think Ive ever written a review for anything, but this one deserves some feedback. I’ve waited months to make this post to see how she holds up. This hot tub seriously is one of my most favorite purchases. Was in a Treat You self mood, and decided to give in into the purchase after Jeff Jackson showed me around the showroom and presented me with almost every detail of every hot tub he had there. Always wanted one! Installation was simple and excellent customer service as Jeff was always there to answer any questions I had during and after the buying process.

I highly recommend this hot tub! My wife and I went in to just look around and came out with a hot tub. The waiting process was lengthy, but that was expected from the beginning since it had to be made at their warehouse and get shipped during a pandemic. Mr. Jeff Jackson gave me a delivery timeframe and I added an extra month or so in my head as now with this pandemic anything can happen. It’s been in place for a month now and we are really enjoying it. Easy set up. No issues at all so far. Cover is sturdy and motor is quiet. A+. Happy wife, happy life.

Hands down best prices I had found. We went to order a hot spa mid January and it actually came on a few weeks a head of time, so I was very surprised and happy about that. Jeff was very knowledgeable and professional. I would recommend them to anyone!

RUN - Run as fast as you can away from this business. We purchased our hot tub on September 4, 2020 after confirming multiple times that delivery would be in to the back yard. Jeff, the only employee, gave us an anticipated arrival of Thanksgiving for the hot tub but told us it would likely be sooner.The week of Thanksgiving we called Jeff to get a status update and was told it would be another week and a half. 2 weeks later, we called Jeff and was told it would be another week and a half.Today is January 22, 2021 - we dont have a hot tub. I had to work directly with the factory to get it shipped out because it had been help up for over 2 weeks waiting for a hot tub cover. When I learned that the matching cover wouldnt be in until March and that was the reason the shipment was being held up, I had to request that it ship with whatever cover they had on hand - this will now cost me an additional $200+ to fix later, but at least the hot tub will show up.I confirmed with the shipping company that it will arrive in the backyard and they promptly told me it WOULD NOT. I called Jeff who originally assured me that it would be delivered in the backyard only to find out that he submitted the order incorrectly and that I was basically screwed as there was nothing he could do about it now. I would now need to pay an additional $225 to his 3rd party vendor or someone else of my choosing to have it moved from my curb to my backyard. He told me that it was too late for him to fix this and that he wasnt going to talk to me about it any longer. If I didnt want the tub hed cancel my order and sell it to someone else in 30 minutes.If you want to give someone your money and be lied to - this is the place to do it. If you want to get what you pay for... find another hot tub vendor.

We bought an Aqua living Carlton hot tub about a year and a half ago. The power supply to the UV cleaning system broke. We put in a request for a repair on their website. We received no call back, no acknowledgement of our existence. We started to make phone calls and finally got in touch with a manager. They said we would be moved up on there list. Well two weeks after that and a full month after initially reporting the issue, we are still sitting here with a broken hot tub and not even a phone call from their maintenance people.

Great service and a good experience.We are shopping for a new hot tub and the salesman, Jeff was extremely knowledgeable, professional, honest and gave us all the information we needed about each product.Jeff did not try to upsell anything we didnt need, he wasnt pushy or insisting on one specific hot tub or feature, and he told us the truth about saltwater vs chlorine based water in hot tubs.a great salesperson like this is extremely rare nowadays.

Absolutely terrible experience. I had asked to cancel the order and the main guy Jeff Jackson Advised me to text him and let him know my answer was. I let him know that we want to cancel the order. Due to his inability to do a simple task he failed to cancel the order. The order still shipped to my home and was dropped off and they are not acknowledging that they made a mistake and they are not taking back any of the products. All personnel were very rude and did not help my situation whatsoever. I will never be using them again and I recommend everyone stay away from this company. You’re better off using Home Depot or Lowe’s by spending the extra money and saving the peace of mind in the nightmare that this company brings to your life

Bought a Catalina Hampton from them, love the customer service and how well the hot tub works.

Drove 35 minutes to their location on Sunday 1:00pm to find the door locked…place not open. Their website said they are opened at noon on Sunday….they must be out of business???

SCAM! SCAM! SCAM! 17 weeks after purchase...spa not even manufactured yet!If you want a spa for next winter, you better order it this winter.Paid for a hot-tub first week of October with 6-8 week delivery (but could be as long as 9wks). Checked on status mid November and was told 4-6 more weeks...hmm. Ok. Called back in 4 weeks and was told 4-6 more weeks to manufacture and 1-2 weeks to ship! So now were in February being told 1-3 more weeks (after being told 1-3 more weeks, 2 weeks ago).We paid just under $8,000 for a spa retailing at over $12,000...great deal...only a great deal if you get the spa. As of now were out $8K with only a concrete pad I paid contractors to pour 2 months ago to show for it.

The manager Jeff was really rude to me and hung up because I asked him, How long was delivery and he said, 10 weeks. I told him that I would have loved to know that info before filling out the approval application online. He said, oh well and hung up. I tried calling them back like 15 times(not kidding) and they wouldn’t answer my call, but I asked my niece to call them from a different number and they answered right away. Jeff is the worst manager ever!!! Wanted to get someone higher than him and he wouldn’t give me that info

Took months longer to receive my spa then I was told it would. I never received any of my filters or chemicals that were on back order. Its been more than a year and the sales rep stopped answering my calls. I did not have a good experience at all.

Jeff was fantastic to work with. We came in a few months back to get some information and he was more than helpful and friendly. We decided to come back and purchase one of the plug n power spas. Jeff remembered us, asked how are business and children were doing and answered any and all questions we had. He is not pushy, gives you honest answers/feedback, and gives you a complete process of what the steps will be to receive the spa. So far so good, and were thrilled to have found a trustworthy business to give our business to. Thumbs up so far for sure!

I found this place to be extremely helpful in choosing a hot tub and not pushy at all. We went to their store and found several that we liked. They went through the differences on the models. They were up front with the time table and told us that they order everything custom made and that is why it takes longer. They told us it would be about 8 weeks. Because many factories were shut down from covid, it took about a month longer, which I understand. The price couldnt be beat and we were willing to wait. If you want something right now, you should look elsewhere. If you want a great spa at a great price, go here. Any time I called, I left a message and they have called me back within a day or two. The only thing I am slightly disappointed in is that the cover lifter is coming in a different shipment and has been delayed longer (again, likely due to covid). In hindsight, I might have just ordered the cover lifter from amazon. Even this does not lower them a star because I found aqualiving to be such a good deal and the hot tub is fantastic!

We order a hot tub in July 2020 it Dec and we have not received it. When I keep trying to call the guy that sold it to us and he cant give an answer and doesnt return my calls..Worse customer service ever.

Wednesday afternoon and they were closed, sign on the door said to call. I called, no answer just a message that said they were in the office but busy with customers, huh, the door is locked? I left a message, 4 hours later still no return call.

Twice I tried to visit there show room and they were closed during hours they posted open on their internet and their door! I called the number on there door at 5 to 12noon and the person answering said he was on a two hour lunch I could wait until he returned! A piss Poe way to run a business on a Wednesday!

Jeff our Salesman was very knowledgeable and personable. They have a very large selection of hot tubs and swim spa sizes to choose from, prices were very competitive. Definitely would go through Jeff again

Stay away!!!!! We were wanting to buy a hot tub. We got approved for financing and have been trying for 3 days to get with him and pay our down payment and order the hot tub. He only answered 2 times each time having an excuse of why he couldn’t meet, but promised to email what he needed from us... that never happened. I tried getting ahold of the main company, no response from the either. If he can’t even return communication when we are trying to GIVE him money, hows it gonna be if we needed service 0r order was wrong ( which other reviews state that was the case) or didn’t come when expected. VERY shady business ethics!!UPDATE!!!!!! He FINALLY called back after I called the corporate office. I was told on TUESDAY of this week it was 4-6 weeks for delivery. He told me today it was 8 - 10 weeks. That isn’t even the issue, now. He was VERY rude and hung up when I asked for the regional person over him. Btw the regional guy wasn’t any better. This Jeff is an independent contractor and obviously doesn’t care about customers at all. He literally told me I should go elsewhere for a spa which is what I did.Good luck with him. FYI we went to Sunset and are very happyLook up the place on the Better Business Bureau. Score of “F”

We love our Dr Wellness G-2 Tranquility Spa that we purchased through Aqua Living Factory Outlets! The customer service through their Peoria, Arizona location has been excellent. And they are there to answer questions after delivery as well. We recommend this spa and this outlet store.

Very disappointed, we ordered and paid for our spa Mother’s Day. We were told 4 week delivery. We are still waiting. We have called and no delivery date in sight. In the meantime I have lost my husband. So we won’t even be able to enjoy together. I’m very disappointed in their service.

We got our approval for a hot tub, planned on paying part in cash but cannot get Jeff to place our order or take our calls! Never heard of a salesman not attempting to make a sale! If we are having this much trouble making a purchase, seems it will be even worse once they have our money! Save yourself a headache and shop elsewhere or maybe this post will encourage Jeff to answer the phone and make a sale!

Stay away... Seriously extremely frustrating experience. First off i custom ordered an x11 hot tub, drove 3 hours to the outlet to pick it up and of course left it shrink wrapped for transportation. Got it home and it was the wrong one, didn’t come with the blue tooth speakers, wrong color, wrong hot tub. So called them, and with no hesitation they were going to replace the hot tub and allow me to use the current one while i wait. So month and a half later new one comes in, we work out a deal because my uncle wanted to buy the one that i had, which was the wrong one. No issues there. Got the new one installed. Now literally these two were built a month apart and are the same exact model. Well new one has a completely different control boards, it’s little tiny compared to the other one. The other one has an audio button on the control board to turn the blue tooth on and off, the new one has no option. So trying to figure out how to turn blue tooth on and off i find a red rocker switch, and i mean like a 3 dollar rocker switch from radio shack style. Sure enough turns Bluetooth on. Are you kidding me??? I paid 6500.00 for this hot tub and this is what i get? I’m frustrated, wish i would have spent another 2,000 on a different brand. throughout this whole process they never made an attempt to make an offer of compensation for messing up. My suggestion is look somewhere else.

We ordered our spa in May, from that time going forward could not get ahold of salesman. The spa didnt come in time that was promised and salesman (Jeff) didnt return the three calls I had left. We decided to cancel the order and are still waiting for a refund. Talked to Jeff today and he didnt know when the refund would be processed and would not give us a number to call to take care if it ourselves. Save yourself the frustration dealing with this company and go elsewhere for your spa.

I read the reviews and saw that a lot of people mentioned they drove across town cause the website said they were open only to find out they were closed when they got here. I also experienced this, how can you run a business if your doors are locked up? I just traveled 45 minutes cause the website says your open till 430 and it’s 330. The number listed on the door continues to ring and ring, so that’s useless. I guess I’ll go somewhere else since this place can’t be bothered. 🤷🏼‍♀️ I’d suggest running it out of your home or somewhere that you can be present to run a business and not waste peoples time.

There were some minor issues with the delivery of our hot tub and the setup. The owner, Jeff, took care of everything in a timely manner and took care of us. He is very honest and responsive. Overall we are happy with our purchase.

We worked with Jeff (the new owner) at this location, he is great. We called ahead and made an appointment to see the hot tubs and it worked out perfectly. Jeff took the time to explain the advantages of these spas over the competitors. We shopped around quite a bit and did our own research before purchasing. We took a chance with this hot tub because the price was right. Im very glad we did, we saved thousands of dollars, and have a hot tub loaded with features. Our spa has been delivered on time and we are very happy.

The purchase has been a nightmare! We purchased our 16ft swim spa in April and it was delayed for months. When it finally arrived it was damaged and trying to get it repaired has been unsuccessful! We also have a water leak and did not receive the $1200 roll-top cover we purchased but they are still keeping the money for that!

This tub is awesome. It is the most relaxing experience ever. It has a pretty appearance. I love getting in the tub after an intense workout. The tub has many functions. You can adjust the flow to make it heavy or light. The Bluetooth option is my favorite. I would totally recommend this company to everyone.

I can’t believe how much hot tub I got for the money, it looks great has lots of power the massage water jets relieve stress and my tired aching muscles absolutely love it. Terrible company. Constant lying about completion date. Was told 3 weeks when I signed the contract. The new estimate I was given will put it at 5 months after payment before delivery. Called me a liar that no one would have said 3 weeks. When i showed screenshots, they said oh well. Go with a competitor like i should have.

I originally went in with my boyfriend for a quote on a hot tub. We wanted something simple yet comfortable. After walking in and experiencing the amazing customer service we fell in a love with a hot tube that was a little outside our budget but totally worth every penny. Amazing Customer Service Skills and clean show room. My husband and I worked with Jeff and he was knowledgeable and friendly he had great sales skills. I must admit I was very skeptical at first. These prices were almost too good to be true! However, once I spoke with Jeff at the showroom he was able to give all the details about the hot tubs. In addition, I also learned a great deal from him about hot tubs in general, the care and maintenance of the hot tubs and the best hot tub model for my individual needs. I must say I was very impressed so I bought one. WOW! This thing is AWESOME (I have the G-6 model)! I did get a little frustrated with how long it took to build and ship to me but it was very much worth the wait! AND IT’S MADE IN THE US OF A!!

I would caution anyone before buying a spa from this place/manufacturer, Jeff sold me on an “in-stock” item and a 3 week delivery in early October (8th). Here it is about to be thanksgiving (28th) in another week and I still have not gotten my spa. Once the sale was made I didn’t hear anything from anyone until I contacted them after week 4. Was told it would be delivered the following week, and of course I didn’t hear anything and it wasn’t delivered. Since my purchase of the spa, I have not heard anything from them and when I call to inquire about it I’m given a false prescript and strung along to the following week to do it all over again. Here I am, on week 7 of a supposed 3 week delivery, still waiting and Jeff doesn’t seem to know when it’s going to be delivered. As a costumer who’s already paid I should at least have the common courtesy of being informed about the product I supposedly purchased. It’s called keeping the customer informed and I haven’t as much as gotten that. That’s unprofessional and terrible customer service!

My husband and I was in the market for a Hot Tub looking for something to help lower back pain I have. The X6 was perfect all the jets, waterfall, topside controls and so much more delivery and setup easy. Relaxing 3 to 4 times a week has really helped my lower back pain I really enjoy my spa...A1 sales and service

Love our hot tub, but horrible experience. Horrible communication. Stacie never stayed in touch unless I called and left multiple messages. Purchased hot tub at the end of november. We also ordered filter and steps. Here it is the middle of February and we still have not received our steps or filter. We called and left message about a month ago. Said she would follow up about the steps. Have not heard a word, have not been refunded or received our steps. Thanks for stealing $100 plus from us...maybe leaving a bad review will prompt her to refund us!

When we first saw the building we were sceptical but after talking to Jeff we very quickly felt comfortable. Every question was answered not necessarily what we wanted to hear but truthfully. That is everything in building trust . We then went on reviews and weeded out the reviews of the previous owner before Jeff and decided to go see him again. We asked if we should purchase some things on the brochure and he said don’t waste your money. He even told us of special pricing on the phone for Black Friday . I was expecting him to bait and switch or give excuses but nothing except exactly what he promised. After delivery we realized everything had come true that Jeff promised . Jeff is not a salesperson but someone who knows his product and cares for your best interests. If Jeff doesn’t have what you want ,so be it , but if you are sceptical of the business or him or the product don’t be. I don’t usually write reviews but I see a guy just trying to make an honest living for his family so I had to help promote his integrity. I ran a small 14 employee company in Canada for 35 years so you can understand my scepticism about business down here and also my passion for helping small business succeed.

We bought an Aqua Living Spa HB-19 after seeing it on Craigslist. I called the local dealer in Peoria AZ and he explain they did not have it in the showroom but I could order it from the factory, and answered all my questions. There was a slight delay in delivery (hurricane season) where it came from, Tenessee but I was kept informed. We had some set up problems, but tech support was right there and missing some extras which the local distributor helped us with. The unit was a 110V plug and play. We have had it for a year and a half and ABSOLUTE love it, and have recommended this to friends. With all the features buying from other local dealers would have cost us at least $1000 more!! Google said the hours are 9to6 today I drove down there and the doors were locked with a phone number to call and the guy said its by appointment only What kind of business runs by appointment only selling hot tubs sounds fishy to me I went over to sunset spas and bought a huge hot tub

Another spa place that posts hours of operation, only to drive across town and see a note taped to the door appointments only. What is it with hot tub stores in Phoenix???

I drove 2 hours to come see their outlet store only to be told that they didnt have time to come open their doors. Sunday hours were 12noon until 5pm. It was 2:30pm when I arrived. Needless to say I was very disappointed.

Stacy doesnt keep phone appointments says the customers in front of her were more important. Wont be doing business there.
