Family owned awesome company!!!! We placed an order for large equipment for our office and had an excellent experience placing the order both with Kimberly (assuming part owner) and Brandon our sales rep. They worked very closely with us in beating all the other competitors pricing, and we even ordered a state of the art 3D cone beam X-ray unti for almost half the price of other companies we looked into. Brandon is always reliable and answered all our questions, emails, and calls in a timely professional manner. Kimberly followed up to make sure all was being taken care of, and we love that they also service their equipment. They stand behind their sales. We love supporting local family owned companies

Excellent customer service from start to finish!!! Jose is always efficient and is quick to fix any issues at our office. We love working with Kimberly and Brandon as well....they are very friendly to speak with via phoen and are always knowledgeable with any questions we have. Love love love that this is a privately owned company. I always feel like we receive quality care and service versus the larger companies out there that don’t pay as much attention to detail cause they are so large! I have worked with Jose and Kimberly for many years for repairs to the equipment in my dental practice. When it is an emergency, they work us into their day as soon as they can make it. For routine maintenance, parts are ordered and they then return to complete the job. When I can’t wait and just rig something together in the meantime, Jose laughs and scolds me just a bit. Whatever. I am happy to have PDS on my side to fix my dental equipment.

Kimberly that answers the phone is very condescending and said she is the owner..? If so she needs customer service skills! They dont show up when you make an appointment. Kimberly hung up on our office staff when we complained that 6 times now we waited and no one showed up or called. Each time we have spoken to Kimberly. Maybe its deliberate. Her actions speaks volumes. Not worth the money. Call anyone else.

We have used PDS for many years! Kimberly is very efficient and always going above and beyond to help us . Their staff are very friendly, knowledgeable and easy to work with. We love to work with the small business family owed companies.

I wish I could give them negative stars. Professional Dental Service is horrible. You have to call a couple times to get a hold of anyone and when you do; the woman Kimberly that answers the phone is rude and condescending. She has no customer service skills and lacks any kind of dental knowledge. They show up whenever they feel like it and make you feel bad when they have to wait. The technicians are nice and friendly, but also seem to lack the skills that are necessary to fix our dental equipment. On many occasions they have come to “fix” something and the next day it is still broken. Save yourself and your office, your time and money and go somewhere else.
