Called to ask about bringing my computer in for back-up recovery. Domingo and Jose both assisted me when I arrived at the store. Answered all my questions with a pleasant professional manner. They were very knowledgable and informative. With employees like that, I will do business with this store again. Great job guys!

I called into the store to have some blueprints printed the associate told me they had to charge me an expedited fee to pick it up the same day even though it was only 5 o’clock and the store doesn’t close till 9 when I asked him if the fee could be waived they we’re not even willing to have a conversation about it when I spoke to a manager she said not only would she not waive the fee but she would also not allow me to email the documents to them for printing I will never come back to Staples for my print services. As a comparison I emailed, amazing idea, my prints to fedex office and they had them ready in 20 mins for less then the non-expedited fee was at Staples. FedEx office just earned all of my last minute and fill in printing business.
