My fiance and I were looking for a car over the weekend and out first stop was Peoria Nissan where we met Lawrence. Lawrence was very down to earth. We enjoyed his energy, but we wanted to see other options at different dealerships. We looked at other places even looked online. The next day we called Nissan and told Lawrence we wanted to test drive, he wasnt available and the manager hooked us up with Doc (Michael). Doc was amazing, he worked with us step by step and took care of every question we had. It was like we were relatives. While we were talking to Doc, Lawrence called to make sure Doc was treating us right. George in finance was the icing on the cake, he helped bring the monthly payments down with no down payment. Thanks guys, youre the best! I Will definitely recommend Peoria Nissan hands down.

I was referred to this dealership after purchasing a 2019 titan from auto nation Nissan in chandler. I had the truck for 12 hours and a check engine light came on. I honestly didn’t want to have to drive across the city to have it diagnosed. I was sent to this dealer which is very close to may home and they were quick to get me in and diagnosed. Our family highly recommends Matthew Skinner at Peoria Nissan! We had such a great experience when buying our son his first car. We called ahead of time and Matthew was expecting us when we arrived. This was my first experience with Peoria Nissan. Besides having a vehicle I was interested in, the one thing that got me in the door was the personal video that Cameron took of the vehicle and text to me.Once I was in the door, everyone was attentive but not pushy. Martin was very pleasant as was everyone that we came in contact with. The entire experience was excellent! Great customer service!

I have been trying to get my refund check from not using the gap insurance that they sell since last year,I been there like 4 times and the only thing they said is to wait, is one of the things that they dont care, they only care and give you attention is when they want to sell you one of their vehicles.Update 10/30/2021I finally talk with Eric Olson and he gave me the insurance company phone number, He said that they dont know anything about the refund check

Had a GREAT experience working with Matt Skinner, Weston Parker and the crew at Peoria Nissan. It took me over a week to get there, but they never pressured or made me feel obligated. I highly recommend starting your purchase online, goes way quicker when you get there. Matt made sure the vehicle was clean and ready, and Weston did the rest. Purchase a used vehicle on 10/30/21. Everyone are nice, and Friendly. It was when we got home with our vehicle, I noticed a cracks/ scratches on window. I walked in knowing that they would have to work hard to make a deal. I was slightly upside down and n a car that I had purchased three years earlier. After going through a divorce and cutting down to one income, I was still able to make my payments but was hoping to get into something with a lower payment. I found a vehicle I liked online and sent a message to Peoria Nissan who was the dealership. Matt Skinner contacted me the same day and invited me to come in and take a look at the vehicle. I went in after work and asked him to take a look at my car and run the numbers to see if we could make anything work. Again, I knew walking in that making a deal would be difficult because of my credit and the value of my vehicle. Unfortunately the vehicle I was interested in had too many miles to get financed but they did have other options that might work. We settled on a Dodge Journey that was one year older than my vehicle and had 2,000 more miles but it cut my payment almost in half. Basically, I walked in knowing how much I owed on my car, and how much I would like my payments to be. Matt understood the assignment 100% and delivered on it like a champion. He was super easy to work with, never pressured me on anything and I walked out happy. I can’t remember the name info the finance guy we worked with but he was a champion too. I would absolutely do business here again, they really helped me out in getting to a better situation in my life.

The entire car buying process was painful and difficult, and I was basically misled every single step of the way. The “business manager” told us the price was actually MUCH higher than the sticker price and then tried to force me to buy a ton of extras and lowballed the hell out of my trade. After I argued with him and he got me totally confused over what price was before/after trade, as I’m sure he intended (I’ll note I never saw the window sticker until after I bought the car, so he was obviously not being straightforward, as the rest of this story makes clearer), we came to a price agreement, and then he said he would look into financing. I told him I had arranged financing but I would use his if it got me a better price/ similar APR. I get to signing and the APR was MUCH higher. I had to complain to get it lowered again, but not nearly enough.I had a splitting headache by then, and just wanted to go home- probably another deliberate move on their part. I finally agreed on something I probably shouldn’t have, and two hours later, I’m already regretting it.I have bought a lot of cars in my life, and I’ve sometimes paid more than I planned on them, but I’ve never felt like I got a bad deal, and I’ve always driven away happy. That changed today.I’ll never buy another Nissan, nor will my entire extended family, so I really hope they enjoy the extra money they got out of me. There was a lot more repeat business for a dealership that treated me well, but they had to play these games. Their 1970s car selling tactics made me physically ill. From now on, if I’m at a dealership more than two hours, I’m going to assume they’re trying to wear me down, and I’ll leave. Too late for me this time. At least the car is nice, though I have some random pieces that go god knows where lying in back seat.Save yourself the pain. Don’t go to this dealership. I wish I hadn’t.

I bought a certified used vehicle at another location. 2 months after purchase my car wouldnt start due to a dead battery. I hadnt left my lights on or anything, so I assumed it was original. Turns out it was actually some weird replacement battery from a dealership in Mexico that the Surprise dealership didnt catch. Special shout out to Kyle in the service department who thoroughly investigated this whole situation and had the battery replaced properly without a service appointment that afternoon.

Flew from Vegas to Phoenix to buy my new Titan from Matt Skinner in Internet Sales.  No dealer in my town could beat his price and his professionalism. I started the purchase online and after a phone call to clarify a few things, I gave him my credit card to take a down payment to hold the truck, then I booked a quick one-way flight to PHX.  Matt picked me and my cashier’s check up at the airport! Once I got to the dealership, I finished signing all the documents while he topped up the gas tank for my drive back! Talk about great customer service. While purchasing another vehicle from this dealership I overheard several sales reps taking pretty vulgarly about potential customers. Don’t know if they thought because they can speak Spanish that they could get away with it or what but unfortunately because of that they just lost a third sale from my family. Honestly sucks because when we bought our first car it was great. Oh and fair warning generally their service department is good but stay away from wheel alignments. 4 months later and I had to go purchase one and there was nothing that they could do.

Let me start by explaining the last time I dealt with Peoria Nissan was for an insurance repair (2012) where they insulted my wife and essentially did insurance fraud that lead to a formal complaint to Nissan Corp. So they could only go up right? Well not that far up. I love Nissan products and they had the perfect truck I wanted. I got a good deal overall but that only came after a misunderstanding of $10,000 that left us feeling they were trying to slip past us. We negotiated a middle ground but still $5k over what we felt we had agreed upon. I felt like we could have gotten the vehicle for the same price online without any of the hassle or headache. Anytime you deal with a person there I feel there is a level of dishonesty. After the purchase we found a lot of the info they told us was incorrect about their own product which feels like it was more dishonesty. We agreed to repair a trade in window crack and I specifically asked if I used my insurance that the vehicle be there. Low and behold, the car was not there for the repair so I am out the insurance claim. I will use their service for warranty work and the covered services as it is covered by cost. I do love the truck but was frustrated on almost every aspect I dealt with staff (except Klouse).

I purchased my vehicle from Peoria Nissan back in 2018 and they were going to tint my windows but because it was such a long day, it somehow was missed, however, they immediately resolved the issue and created a we owe you for the tint. Life got in the way since then and I never got to make it out there to Peoria (I lived in Gilbert). I called and spoke with Adam who graciously honored the we owe you and completed the tint. Recently went to get my car fixed for an engine light and turned out it was rodent damage. I went to other places and wasn’t getting the right help until I decided to go here. James a service advisor, helped me get the service my car needed and even had a couple of conversations with my insurance that was giving me problems but through it all James and Peoria Nissan gave me great service and tried their best to fix my car asap! They were honest when my insurance wasn’t and ill definitely be coming back for any future car services.

My daughter took her car in to Peoria Nissan last week to get the oil changed and the tires rotated. Thank God she got a flat tire this morning. Her father was changing the tire and discovered all the lug nuts on all four tires were loose. I talked to the service manager at least that is what I was told. He said he had a veteran worker rotate the tires, and the tires are torqued. Really so why were all the lug nuts loose. No answer. My daughter could have lost her life along with someone else if she would have lost her tires on the freeway, which she travels everyday to and from work. They dont have any regard to human life. No customer service skills at all.

Everyone told me not to go to this dealership, and I should have listened. The second day of owning this car, it wouldn’t start. I looked under the hood and realized the battery cables hadn’t been tightened down. I fixed it, then called the service department to ask them about it. The man said “if you can’t figure it out bring it in and we’ll tighten it for you”. I said that’s not really the point, I want to know how something so simple was overlooked. He couldn’t give me an answer, then we hung up. 1 month later, it starts leaking oil. 3 months after that, it can’t accelerate without making a grinding noise, blowing out smoke and bottoming out. I took it back to the service department. After having it for a few days, I got a call that they were towing it to another dealership. That dealership eventually called saying none of the necessary repairs are under my warranty, I’m basically screwed. It would cost $2,000. I had just put down $3,000 to finance the car only 4 months ago. I was also told I would be responsible for the expensive towing fee (which I was never told about or received an invoice for) Once I got my car back, I realized the engine cover was gone. Whoever took it off never put it back on. I called and emailed and messaged on Facebook, no one got back to me so I went back to the dealership. Again I was told I’m on my own. I’m not the type of person to complain or even write a bad review. But this is ridiculous. I went to Peoria Nissan for the reliability and confidence of buying from a huge dealership. But instead I was sold a car that doesn’t work and treated like a second class customer. Save yourself the time and money and shop somewhere else.

I never enjoyed going into dealership to purchase a vehicle. It’s usually a huge hassle and the attitude of the sales team is always lacking…. My experience here however, was the exact opposite. The experience was enjoyable and fast, the price breakdown was laid down upfront, and the salesman (Clawous) who helped us had great customer service. My wife and I love our new Titan Pro 4X. Whenever we purchase our next vehicle we will be back.

They start insulting you if you don’t buy vehicle from them.After that horrible experience some one suggest me Peoria Nissan. I went there and came out with my car in 1 hour. I wasnt planning on buying a car. Kendrick Ellis had called me on Friday, like so many of your salesman, and so I decided to answer the phone. I was pretty sure Kendrick was young but well spoken and not pushy. So I decided to meet him. I do not like car salesmen, but Kendrick helped me to change my mind. I will always be leery of car salesmen, except for Kendrick. My only hope is he doesnt change.

I have been taking my Nissan Maxima to Peoria Nissan for a couple of years now. Scott Klaus in the Service department is awesome! He is always friendly and makes sure my service experience is top notch. He tries to give me discounts when they are available too. I highly recommend this dealership for service. And when Im ready to buy another vehicle I would definitely consider them.

I love the service department. Getting real tired of the sales team. Im in the market for another car. They sold me my 370z. I didnt negotiate at all. Traded it in and got a juke. Didnt negotiate at all. Now Im in the market again, and because they have made a decent profit off of me and I wish to get a decent deal on something, they speak down to me. Like I dont know what vehicles are worth. Ive also asked they no longer contact me. And that has yet to happen.

I made an oil change and tire rotation appt. was able to get in next day. Got there, was greeted well. Kevin was very calm and friendly. Told me it’d be 60-90 minutes and it was 80. Perfect! I was VERY surprised at how competitive their synthetic oil changes were priced. I’ll be back!

I had to take my vehicle in for a recalled replacement part. I also scheduled an oil/filter change since it was due. I thought that I would be there for at least two hours. Alvaro Barroso is my service advisor of choice, he got me out of there before the estimated time. He is always professional and personable, I appreciate his excellent customer service skills. I trust having my car serviced at Peoria Nissan because I know that I can trust Al to keep my car in tip top shape!

After weeks of searching for a truck to suit our needs my wife and I hit Peoria Nissans website to look at the specs on a Titan truck. As luck would have it, we received a call from John Bresser, an agent at the dealership informing us about the weekend specials they were running, so off we went. After arriving, we were greeted not only by John but his vast knowledge of the Titan and features it offers. We never felt pressured to purchase, were treated with respect and ended up with a wonderful 2021 Titan Pro 4X. Hats off to John Bresser for making this purchase a Hole in One.
