Absolutely amazing customer service and exceptional experience! Jordan and Austin were terrific, and I couldn’t believe how fast I was able to get through finance on a Saturday afternoon. First Genesis, but future customer and I’ll be back… outstanding warranty and premium quality.

Horrible salesman. I spoke with Austin who told me that their dealership does not sell GV70s to anyone who is in another state when I purchased all of my vehicles from other states and have them shipped to me. Genesis dealerships in Atlanta and Miami are willing to do that without requiring a buyer to fly in. I could leave a deposit or pay cash for that car. Havent you heard of courier services and electronic documents? Doesnt your website have an online sales department? You dont hold these cars for customers? Why would you still have that car listed if it was sold this morning? So if I bought it now online, it would say it is not in stock then? And it is still listed, isnt it? And I havent seen a GV70 with a purple interior in stock in the US yet, so purple exterior and interior sold this morning? Did you check your stock and are you being facetious? Are you pulling my leg? They are nice cars, but there are better cars out there and other Genesis dealerships. I have never spoken with a car salesman in any dealership ruder and more annoying than you. You just lost a sale and I will make sure to tell all the people I know in AZ not to purchase anything from your dealership. I hope your manager gives you better training in selling your product instead of driving potential clients away. Perhaps I should get the new Lexus NX coming out in December or a Cayenne or Macan. It absolutely kills me that I cant give them a full 5 star review as this dealership and its employees are way above top notch. The only one complaint I have, especially since it has happened now on the two cars that Ive bought from them, is that their car cleaning guys are horrible. They cannot detail/wash a car if their life depends on it. Full of streaks, smudges and just overall not great for delivering a new $60k+ vehicle. If they could get people to detail the cars better...you will be hard pressed to find a better dealership experience anywhere.

Genesis needs to work on their dealerships if they are looking to compete in the luxury car industry. Came in looking for a used Genesis G80 and was met by an incredibly sub par experience. First, the car I test drove was in poor condition. The interior was dirty, the back bumper had a large dent on it, and the logo was missing on the front of the car. Went in the back for a price quote, cue all of the classic dealership nonsense. Extra fees for nonsense like anti theft, cant let me take the price sheet because they might get in trouble. Couldnt do anything about the genesis logo or the damage unless I make a commitment to buy. Imagine a Lexus dealer refusing to put a Lexus logo on a Lexus. It would never happen.For the record I ended up purchasing a beautiful and spotless used 2017 G80 Ultimate from CarMax at a lower price than what this dealership was offering for their car with all of the damage priced in. This dealership could have earned my business if they simply were up front with pricing and if they treated their used cars with respect. Hopefully Genesis will crack down on their dealers, because they really do make wonderful cars, they just need competent people to sell them.

I had been looking at the Genesis GV70 online only and went in to test drive and work out numbers. Vohn was extremely helpful, professional and listened to my concerns. He had so much patience with me considering we had to test drive the vehicle back to my house to make sure my mother was able to get in and out of it with ease. Overall I am very happy to have purchased my new vehicle from Larry H. Miller Genesis Peoria. Everyone, not just Vohn, was awesome to deal with... no sales pitch. Thank you for a great experience!

I HAVE A GENESUS G70 AND HAVE CALLED MANY TIMES TO SET UP SERVICE APPT .THE CONCIERGE PERSON NEVER ANSWERS HER PHONE AND YOU WOULD BE LUCKY IF SHE EVER RETURNED A CALL, THE LAST TIME I SET UP APPT I CALLED FOR FOUR DAYS AND NEVER HEARD BACK FROM HER., UNTIL I WENT IN LOOKING TO TALK TO A MANAGER, SOMEONE INTERCEPTED ME AND GAVE ME SOME EXCUSE FOR HER. I DID GET A CALL THE NEXT DAY.RECENTLY IVE CALLED TWO DAYS IN A ROW AND LEFT A VERY NICE MESSAGE ASKING HER TO CALL,AND STILL NO PHONE CALL. I LOVE THE CAR BUT WOULD NEVER BUY A CAR FROM LARRY MILLER IF THIS IS HOW THEY TREAT THEIR CUSTOMERS. I UNDERSTAND THAT PEOPLE CAN GET BUSY ,BUT THIS IS RIDICULOUS.

After visiting a number of car dealership we found this dealership to be exceptional. At every step in the process they made us feel valued as a customer. I cant say that about other dealerships. That was one thing we really noticed and it made a big difference in our choice.

I usually hate to complain but Im pretty disappointed, partially with the dealership but also with Genesis.First it took 2 messages to get a call back as they only have one service person for all of genesis apparently and it took several days just to get a call back to schedule.Then they schedule me out 2 weeks for an oil change. (Which is fine because I was under the assumption that they didnt have any loaner cars available until then)I get to my APPOINTMENT and wait 20 minutes to be seen, and then told they have no loaner vehicles available and that i have to wait. Since the kid already took my car back, i cant reschedule.I was sold on the concierge service for 3 yrs/36k miles that would be on par with BMW/Merc and other luxury brands. Im over halfway through that 3 yr/36k mile mark and i have gotten to use the service maybe ONCE.The service people were nice enough so thats what the extra star is for.Beautiful car. But this will be my last Genesis unfortunately.

Service department for genisis if horrific at best. Advisor was good but the mechanics couldn’t screw in a light bulb. Not the luxury experience that genisis claims. I will drive 40 min to Scottsdale from now on.

Horrible dealer interaction!!! I went there to look at G 90 to find out how the car is, it is a $80 K and hardly any interaction with salesman. it was like pulling information on how the car works and features. Then quoted me with a 6% APR WTH. Anyways got with my bank and got a 2.2% APR. So I got the car a G 80 instead at Earnhart. The guy I guess didnt take me serious and probably didnt think I had over $1 million in the bank. My sales rep at Earnhart was very helpful with over 8 years of experience. And I walked in the dealership looking like a bum. I was impressed.

Bought a genesis g70They owed me a refund of 399 for window tintingFor a month and a half I got the run around. The person who writes the checks is never there. Told me the check would be sent in the mail. Of course it never wasMade multiple visits in person made a scene to get things moving. Ill probably get the check in a week

I leased my 2018 Genesis G90 April 2019, from a salesmen named Alex Tolentino, who is a very knowledgeable, polite, and friendly salesman. I was in and out within 3 hours. We then when for a drive, and he explain how to drive this vehicle He explained the control pannel and how to input information into the automobile. I am an elderly person, 82, and Alex went over the information more than once. His boss, Justin Mauer was just as courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. I thought the price and interest rate was very fair. It was my best leasing experience of over 20 new cars over the last 45 years. This is my second Genesis, the first was 2015 G80. I just love this car and it is especially comfortable for seniors.

Would definitely buy a car from them again. My only regret is getting the G70 2.0l instead of the G70 3.3l. If I had it to do all over again, I would have spent the $5k extra for the top of the line model. It is definitely worth the extra price!
