Last time I rented from there July 26th 2021 I booked a reservation online for I think 11am, it took about 2 hours to get a car. I showed 2 drivers licenses to enterprise on 91st ave and bell rd for me Mr. Andre Tyrone Johnson #B13903795 I explained to them Im no longer at orangewood address, and that I live at 18610 n. 98th lane Peoria az 85382. They told me they needed 2 pieces of mail with current address so a enterprise rep drove me here to 98th lane I got 2 pieces of mail. They rented me a Mazda 3 dark blue in color. As much checking and validating that was done it felt more like a car buying process i used my way limited in funds wells fargo debit card to rent the car. Something made me feel like i was supposed to keep the car but it was not concretely nor at all verified in anyway by the place, so I returned it July 27th , 2021.

Sales process was easy and pretty smooth, but vehicle had mechanical issues that a 3rd party mechanic confirmed. Enterprise sent the vehicle for repair at their shop. It took nearly 2 weeks and they returned the vehicle with a cracked windshield, but didn’t repair the issue that was communicated to them. My advice would be to exercise the 7 day return guarantee instead of trusting them to do the right thing and make the repairs that they promise to you.

Last night I called Enterprise about financing my first vehicle. Not only did John call me back within 10 minutes, but he listened to my concerns due to a previous bad dealership experience and was honest from the start. Today, I bought a precious little 2014 CRV and was financed for a less APR than I expected. Left with a car that Im excited about, although Im sure Im dreaming. Even the car looks happy. The sales lot was very busy on a Monday at 11:30am, but all employees were smiling, making sure every customer was taken care of. One of the most frustrating experiences purchasing a car. The gentleman we were connected with first, Joseph, tried very poorly to upsell us on a different car because our credit scores would allow for such. He initially didnt want to hear that we were not interested.Then we were told 3 to 14 business days for the car to be transferred from NV. We received a call about 4 days later that the car had arrived but not the title! What?!?! Jessica, the Peoria branch manager, told my husband, each state does things differently! We were told it would be about another 14 days!!! We had already expressed the need to get the car as soon as we could with the understanding of the initial 3 - 14 day wait. There was then radio silence until my husband reached back out and we were told they had no updates. He again expressed the need for the car to conduct the much needed business of closing out our home in WA state.Jessica told my husband that Joseph would reach out that afternoon to get him hooked up with a rental car at a discounted rate. Joseph never called. My husband messaged Joseph that evening wondering what had happened and we immediately, literally 2 minutes later, received a call from Jessica stating how busy the day had been...sorry to hear but dont promise a call that cannot happen! She told him that she would call the next morning between a certain time frame...call never came. She messaged my husband saying she had stepped out of the office and would call later than promised but, when he called the Peoria branch a few minutes later the person who answered said, Yea, she is right here! Clearly, a bald faced lie that she was out of the office.Jessica then told my husband the next day that she personally would get him arranged with a rental at a discounted rate only to later tell him that no rentals were available anywhere in the entire state of AZ. We suggested that we would fly him from Phoenix to Seattle where rentals were available and that she could arrange the car at the promised discounted rate. She said, Nope! She couldnt do that! So, after waiting for over 2 weeks we then had to not only pay for a flight but also fork over close to $1,600 for a rental!!!As if purchasing a car was not costly enough we had to endure completely inept customer service, lies, empty promises and delayed delivery. We have purchased two other vehicles from Enterprise in the past and had no issues either of those times. This experience however has left an unbelievably negative impression with us that we have shared with others, will continue to share and we likely will never do business with Enterprise again.

Enterprise is a great place for purchasing used vehicles, especially Nissans. Their selection is better than the local Nissan dealership.It was a very simple and quick process buying the car - took far less time than most dealerships - and none of that feeling of the vultures (salesmen) that you get at so many dealerships in the region. I just purchased a 2019 pathfinder with less than 30k miles. I am sure I will be happy it. Very happy with the low pressure process.

I was there for more than an hour waiting for my rental car Monday morning. They need to be prepared for the Monday morning rush that happens EVERY Monday.

The experience was good. Truck is in great shape. The only complaint was they promised to remove some stains and didnt . I would go back to them for another vehicle.

Dropped the ball repeatedly with zero follow up. The description on the website never matches the actual vehicle so dont be surprised when it is delivered without specific options or an entirely different engine. I had a truck on hold that was sold to someone else. The sales rep repeatedly told me that I would like another one better with fewer features for $1000 more. So disappointing! The tow hitch, detail, and window tint that was added at the end was never scheduled by the sales associate or the manager that delivered the vehicle. Im still waiting but very disappointed.

This was the best car buying experience we have ever had! I love that they have a no dicker sticker. Basically you dont have to argue about price. They show you the blue book, and price everything $1000 below. All their vehicles were in great shape, and we found a car we love. The salesman was the best weve ever dealt with. He was friendly and NOT pushy at all. The financing process was great as well, as they just tell you the best they can get. There isnt any back and forth, so we loved it. The only concern was a rental car that was needed when we needed a minor repair was not communicated with the rental department. But we will be buying our next car wit Enterprise.

We went to the location off of 91st in Peoria Arizona. We worked with Joseph who was just amazing. My husband is definitely more uptight than I am and Joseph was so patient through the whole process. I would give Joseph 5 stars hands down.
