They have some of the most helpful, efficient, and friendly employees there. Im not into this kind of store but had to go in for a gift. I would come here exclusively if this was my kind of product though. Clean and convenient location.

The staff was so friendly and helpful. The store was just stocked with all the new fall scents and they smell great! I love that this location is a quick in and out you dont have to go inside a mall to get to it. Cant wait to see what they have for black Friday specials!

It was wonderful! The bath & body works we used to have an my town closed a couple years ago and since covid I had not been inside one. I have ordered a few things online but it doesnt really compare to being inside and the wonderful customer service and smelling all of the wonderful smells. I spent a long time in there and everyone was so very friendly! Im extremely happy with all of my purchases

The scents i got yesterday were AMAZING!!!!! every single employee is super friendly and helpful and knew exactly what i wanted and was looking for. I didn’t catch his name but the blonde dude with ear piercings was a mind reader. Checkout was fast and friendly!! Not saying that the B&BW at the mall is bad necessarily, but this one is SO much better.

Literally the best , short red headed female staff member gave me the best dupe of a candle that was half off since the one I wanted was full price! Super helpful thank you!

If you are looking to save money this is the place. They have great products at great prices. Always a buy one get one, prices for multiple items, and they have soap. 😁 The scents are amazing.

Great store, convenient location for a quick run in, as opposed to Northwoods. Their selection is nearly always the same as Northwoods.

Great holiday scents.

The store clearly says it closes at 7 and I show up at 6:55 to be met at the curb by a worker so desperate to LET ME KNOW she gets off at 7 and I’m not allowed in the store. Unbelievable. Customer service at its finest!!!!

Sales lady was pushy to have me smell the sents..

Arrived 10-15 minutes before closing, and they wouldnt let me or the other people who showed up into the store. When the other person mentioned the time, the associate said they had to let people who were already in the store shop but wouldnt allow us in. Drove 25 minutes for one specific item to be turned away, not happy with the lack of customer service.Edit: Looking at other reviews, this seems to be a common occurrence. B&BW needs to take care of this.

Good deals, good smells. The people around me make me uncomfortable due to the type of people this business attracts but thats a personally problem

I have to agree with some of the negative comments. I just left the store. I do like the products. Many people working, but one person really needs some customer service training. Unfortunately, thats what will stick with me.

I felt like they swoop on you a bit aggressively when you walk in the door.

Good visit! Got everything I needed. The staff was attentive and helpful but not pushy. The store setup is good because you can see most everything from anywhere but trying to maneuver through it is a bit more challenging. The setup makes it almost impossible to bump into products and th tables theyre on.

I get sucked into this store every holiday season buying gifts for the women in my life. The candles smell delicious and so do the lotions and hansoaps etc.... The ladies like all that stuff so I buy them.

I stopped in at the Willow Knolls store to buy some of the hand soaps that were on sale. When I left, I realized there was a problem with my total but I couldn’t narrow down the issue. I went back and the cashier was so friendly and helpful. She found the error and corrected it for me. I wish I would have gotten her name...she was awesome! I will definitely shop here again!

I was helped by a girl named Madyson. She walked me through the whole store and told me the specials, pulled out smells, and was just awesome. Love that place!

My daughter and I went in to shop. We were ignored not offered any help or given any suggestions on which products to buy on sale. There was several clerks working, at least 4, no courtesy was shown to us. One employee said hi when we walked in the door and then quickly turned her back. Im writing this review because this isnt the first time weve experienced this type of treatment from employees at the Willow Knolls location.

Im not sure if there is anyone who buys their products at full price, but their sales are always good. I just dont understand why theres always only one employee running the register, with a line out the door and the other 3-6 employees are roaming around, stocking and/or greeting.

Completely out of Vanilla Bean Noel but I guess I can forgive them. 😏

As I was standing at a display looking at products one of the employees began moving the display table that I was standing at. I reached for an item and she proceeded to walk in front of me and move the table again without saying one word to me even though it was obvious that I was looking at the products on this display. I had no interaction with the employee prior to this; there was no reason for her to be so rude. I was in the store to buy several gifts but instead set the items I was going to buy on the shelf that I apparently wasnt allowed to look at and spent my money elsewhere.
