Fantastic customer service! It was so nice to be greeted when I walked in the door and I was helped during my time shopping in the store. More stores need to remember what customer service is and how it does matter to customers! I enjoyed my visit and I LOVE my 2 pairs of new boots and thank goodness she showed me the products to keep them smelling good and looking nice! I visited the store on 10/29/2020

Good customer service, friendly, knowledgeable staff.

Robert was AWESOME! He worked hard sizing my crazy feet. We found shoes (cute and comfortable), terrific insoles, and super socks. I am so happy with Robertss level of service, professionalism, and kindness. His associates were engaging and courteous, too. Everyone was helpful!

Although the selection is fairly limited, I found the sales team (or at least one member in particular) to be incredibly helpful. Derek (Im not sure how to spell his name!) is obviously very passionate about his profession and answered all of our questions. He was knowledgeable without being too pushy and we were happy to purchase a pair of Sperrys from him. I cant speak for the other employees, but if you happen to venture into this store while Derek is working, then you will surely not be disappointed with your visit.

Management has changed since five years ago. The employees are very friendly and knowledgeable.
